Due to our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a Workplace Services Engineer to join our team in Vilnius.

In this role, you will own and continuously improve the workplace technology environment that enables our employees to work securely and efficiently across multiple locations. You will manage day-to-day workplace IT operations, support end-user devices, maintain office infrastructure, and administer collaboration and identity systems.

Beyond operational support, you will help evolve our workplace services by introducing automation, improving device management, and implementing scalable solutions such as zero-touch onboarding and offboarding. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors, you will play a key role in enhancing the employee technology experience and ensuring our workplace systems scale with the company’s growth across markets.

This role requires occasional travel to our offices in Kaunas, Riga, Gdansk, and the Czech Republic.

Ideally, you have:

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, workplace engineering, or systems administration.
• Strong expertise managing Windows and macOS environments.
• Hands-on experience with office networking, VPNs, firewalls, and printers.
• Experience setting up and supporting meeting room and collaboration technologies such as Cisco Webex, Google Meet, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with MDM solutions such as JumpCloud or similar device management tools.
• Practical experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceDesk).
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), including SSO, SAML, OAuth, SWA, LDAP, and API integrations.
• Experience with vendor management, license management, and procurement of IT equipment and services.
• Experience implementing or supporting zero-touch IT processes, including automated onboarding and offboarding.
• Familiarity with automation, scripting, or AI tools to streamline IT operations (Python is a strong advantage), or workflow automation platforms such as Zapier.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in Lithuanian and English.

Our Vendor Management department is all about the end-to-end procurement process, including P2P, sourcing, negotiations, contracting, supplier relationship management, and business partnerships with other departments. Our Senior Procurement Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement process with a good balance of operational and business partnership responsibilities. 

We believe this position would be highly suited for someone who’s an experienced, detail-driven, and commercially minded professional who’s a keen communicator and appreciates the value of the big picture.

As part of our team of 6, you’d be working with people who are experts in their area and are continuously looking for innovations, process improvements, and simplifications to maintain a high-performing Vendor Management function within the organisation.

Your Experience

Must have:

• Significant (usually 3+ years’) experience in Procurement and Strategic Sourcing
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written (to C2 standard)
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder, and supplier relationship management skills
• Great communication and influencing skills
• Ability to read/ adjust/ draft contracts
• Knowledge about operational procurement (Purchase Orders, invoices, payments)
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and suppliers
• Open-minded, positive, and solutions-driven personality with a “can-do” attitude; a team player 
• Experience in working with Privacy and Security compliance standards (GDPR,  ISO 27701, ISO 27001)

Nice to have:

• Experience working with various procurement (Zip, Omnea or similar) and CLM tools (Ironclad, Docusign CLM or similar), and finance and project management tools (NetSuite, Jira, PayHawk, etc.)
• Experience in procuring SaaS and professional services
• Project management skills
• Good Excel and presentation skills

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining business partnerships with various departments, ensuring full visibility on their procurement needs and expectations, and demand management
• Conducting medium to high complexity sourcing activities
• Advise/ train/ consult stakeholders on various procurement, privacy, risk related topics
• Ensure a smooth end-to-end source-to-pay process for your suppliers
• Secure favourable cooperation and contracting conditions for the company 
• Drive or be part of various procurement processes improvement projects and cost reduction initiatives

You’ll be targeted to:

• Ensure that the procurement process and suppliers are compliant with our high privacy, security, and quality standards and requirements
• Execute your tasks in accordance with  internal SLAs and timelines
• Maintain a high stakeholders’ satisfaction  score

Salary Range - Vilnius - starts from 4,000 EUR gross per month.
Ranges may vary based on skills and experience.
