Artificial Intelligence connects the dots and surfaces insights to help prevent crime and keep officers and citizens informed and protected.
Today, public safety officers spend up to 40% of their time on the job filling out paperwork. Not only is this tedious for officers, but the never-ending pile of paperwork reduces the amount of time they can spend out in the field, protecting their communities. That's why we're building Axon Records — a cloud-native web platform that cuts down on paperwork so that officers can spend more time prioritizing the safety of their communities.
As a Sr. Fullstack Engineer on the IRS Vietnam team, you will own features across the entire stack — from React-based UI to GraphQL APIs and Go microservices — and contribute directly to expanding Axon Records to international law enforcement agencies in the US, Australia, and the UK. You will help shape how the platform handles complex, country-specific reporting requirements at scale.
This is a high-impact role with opportunities for technical leadership and cross-team influence.
Work Location: This role is based out of our Ho Chi Minh Office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. - You are a strong fullstack engineer comfortable owning features from the UI layer through to backend services and infrastructure

What You'll Work On
- International NIBRS (US/CA/AU/UK) — Build and generalize OOTB spec generation pipelines to support crime reporting standards for US, CA, AU and UK agencies
- Form Builder — Extend the form validation engine to support country/state-specific rules, enabling international agency onboarding
- Localization & i18n — Localize Activity Logs, Notifications, and Workflows for international deployments
- Schema Store (Schemastorus) — Contribute to the schema registry that powers form validation and spec management across the platform
- API Gateway (Hermes) — Build and maintain the GraphQL API layer connecting React frontends to Go microservices via gRPC
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping production web applications across the full stack
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript on the frontend
- Strong proficiency in at least one backend language: Node.js or Go
- Experience with GraphQL (Apollo Client and/or Apollo Server)
- Experience with gRPC and microservices architecture
- Experience scaling systems with Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and facilitating cross-team collaboration
- Experience with observability tools such as DataDog, Splunk, or Sentry
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with internationalization (i18n) or building multi-locale, multi-tenant SaaS platforms
- Experience with Protocol Buffers and service-to-service communication patterns
- Experience designing for high availability, reliability, security, and performance
- Familiarity with TypeORM, MySQL, or similar ORM/database tooling
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm)
- Influences peers, advises senior leaders, coaches and mentors junior team members

JOB SUMMARY
Join Storyblok's Support team as a Technical Support Engineer II, where you'll excel in handling escalated tickets and troubleshooting intricate issues independently. With your deep understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) and web technologies, you'll provide expert assistance to clients, ensuring seamless experiences and resolving challenges with precision.
Your role extends beyond issue resolution; you'll manage cases from inception to resolution, prioritizing timely responses and exceeding customer expectations. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including tech support, sales, and partner account managers, you'll streamline processes and drive efficiency to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Furthermore, your expertise will be pivotal in guiding product improvements and updates based on customer feedback. You'll actively contribute to identifying inefficiencies in support processes and suggesting enhancements to boost productivity and elevate the user experience. To support more complex, high-impact customer scenarios, you may also engage customers directly via video calls to troubleshoot technical issues in real time and accelerate resolution, particularly in advanced or enterprise-level cases.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Take on more complex tasks and responsibilities (compared to Technical Support Engineer I), including handling escalated support tickets and troubleshooting more challenging issues independently.
- Manage cases throughout the entire support lifecycle from initial customer inquiry to triage and reproduction, writing bug reports for hand-off to the development team.
- Meet or exceed customer expectations on response quality and SLA within our ticketing platform and live chat.
- Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with tech support, sales representatives, and partner account managers to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Contribute to identifying inefficiencies in support processes and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training the Technical Support Engineer I and provide mentorship as needed.
- Handle customer escalations from Technical Support Engineer I, addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in customer video calls when appropriate to troubleshoot complex technical issues live, helping reduce back-and-forth communication and speed up resolution for high-priority or advanced customer cases.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of Technical Support Engineering experience.
- Thorough knowledge with consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Working knowledge of at least one modern JavaScript framework such as Vue.js, React, Next.js, or Nuxt.js and their fundamental principles.
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot applications built with modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Thorough knowledge of JavaScript and its modern syntax and features. Experience with Typescript is a plus.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience with CMS in general; experience with Headless CMS is a plus.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues in real time with customers or internal stakeholders (e.g., via screen sharing or video calls) is a plus.
- Remote working experience.
- Well organized, self-starter, has excellent work ethic, and pays attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to day-to-day tasks while also going above and beyond with continuous improvement as a core driving principle.
- Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
- Real passion for solving issues and challenges.

Our internal Operations in Sourcing and Material Management are growing strongly, and we're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Product Technology team and establish the foundations of our software support for these critical internal stakeholders. The focus of this role is on designing, developing, and operating digital services that will improve the speed and efficiency of our vital communications with suppliers and enhance our overall material management operations. You'll be based in Ho Chi Minh City, working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and Sourcing/Operations stakeholders globally.
Your Mission
You will design, develop, and operate the foundational software that supports our Sourcing and Operations teams, focusing on the following:
- Establish the Foundations of our software support for internal stakeholders by providing robust APIs, real-time events, and documentation.
- Improve the speed and efficiency of our vital communications with suppliers by building modern, scalable communication tools and interfaces.
- Improve our operations around material management by designing and developing systems that offer better visibility, control, and efficiency.
- Migrate and improve the robustness of our current solutions, ensuring seamless transitions and enhanced system stability.
- You will iteratively deliver value and quality with your solutions to meet both technical and internal consumer needs.
- With the team, you will build, release, and operate complex systems. You will own and evolve the architecture that scales for our global operations.
- Participate in and drive architectural decision-making through RFCs and design reviews to ensure scalability and resilience.
- You will act as an expert in the given technology area, leverage best-in-class engineering practices, including continuous integration and deployment, code reviews, and high test coverage.
Your Story
- You have 5-6 years of backend experience designing, building, testing, releasing, and operating scalable systems with a strong problem-solving mindset and taking full ownership and accountability.
- You have a strong sense of autonomy and proactiveness, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- You have strong experience within the NodeJS (TypeScript) eco-system, designing and developing APIs (bonus if you have experience with GraphQL and NestJS).
- You have experience with ETLs and tools like Hex or Smartsheets, or have the willingness to learn

- You also have an interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
