Join Eversports as our Engineering Manager and take the lead in one our engineering teams. Your set will look like: steering the team, leadership, and people development to drive our mission: “Make sports happen!”
Work time: Full-time (35h/week, every second Friday off!)
Planned start: June 2026
Location: VIENNA, Austria
You’ll own a key part of our product by leading a team focused on onboarding providers, working closely with marketing, sales, customer care, and finance. You will improve our external but also our internal products (not just customer-facing ones) and thrive in cross-functional environments. With a strong engineering background, you’ll guide priorities, support your team, and help turn ambiguity into clear direction and results.
At Eversports, transparency is key. We are pleased to offer a minimum annual gross salary of EUR 70,000 for a full-time 35-hour week, with potential adjustments based on position and experience level.

In this position, you will build software leveraging Esri's products and APIs to build core backend services that solve complex problems at a global scale. This is a unique opportunity to grow your technical skills while contributing to projects that matter. This team supports Defense and Intel clients. You will be part of a talented cross-functional team of dynamic and passionate engineers to deliver capabilities that enable our customers to make a difference in communities around the world. You will be part of a team that influences lasting contributions for communities with the web and mobile applications you create.
The Professional Services division is the consulting and implementation arm of Esri. We break ground in new markets, push the technology envelope and ultimately deliver transformational solutions to high profile clients worldwide. The Professional Services organization is comprised of nearly 1,000 talented business and technical professionals who strive every day to help our users be successful.
