Als Senior Accountant (m/w/d) übernimmst du Verantwortung für zentrale Bereiche unserer Buchhaltung, bringst Struktur in komplexe Prozesse und unterstützt uns dabei, unsere Finance-Organisation kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln. DEIN BETÄTIGUNGSFELD
- Eigenständige Durchführung der laufenden Buchhaltung (Debitoren-, Kreditoren-, Bank- und Anlagenbuchhaltung)
- Abstimmung von Bilanz- und GuV-Konten
- Durchführung von Abgrenzungen und Rückstellungen
- Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen sowie Zusammenfassenden Meldungen
- Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Mitarbeit beim Konzernreporting sowie bei Intercompany-Abstimmungen
- Ansprechpartner:in für Steuerberater:innen sowie externe Partner:innen
- Aktive Mitgestaltung und Optimierung unserer Buchhaltungsprozesse und Workflows
- Unterstützung bei Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten im Finance-Bereich
DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, FH, Universität oder vergleichbar)
- Idealerweise absolvierte Buchhalter- oder Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Accounting, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Umsatzsteuer und UGB
- IFRS-Grundkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit BMD ist ein Plus
- Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

- Take end-to-end ownership of your product area - from customer research and concept development through specification, delivery support, release, and final quality assurance
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for your area, aligning customer needs, business goals and market opportunities
- Be at the center of communication between customers, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Design, and Engineering to drive solutions that deliver clear customer and business value
- Conduct customer interviews to uncover pain points, validate assumptions, and identify meaningful product opportunities

- Maintain and prioritise a product backlog with your team and steer decisions based on product goals and strategic priorities

- Write user stories and acceptance criteria, and support Engineering, QA, and Product Marketing throughout implementation and release
- Define product metrics, analyse usage patterns, and derive actionable insights to guide product direction
- Continuously track industry trends, competitive movements, and emerging technologies to identify and evaluate new opportunities for PlanRadar
- Co-create and optimize our AI-powered product operations tool stack, automating workflows such as translation processes and Help Center content production
WHO YOU ARE
- You have a university degree in a technical field related to software (e.g. software engineering, business informatics, computer science, etc.)
- You have at least 6 years of professional experience as a Software Product Manager or in a similar position (a Software Developer background is a plus)
- You are exited using modern AI tools in your day-to-day work; experience building prototypes or coding (including AI-assisted coding) is a plus
- You are a team player with strong leadership and communication skills and a proactive approach
- You are comfortable and confident working with both the technical and commercial sides of an organisation
- You are naturally curious, love facts & figures and have experience with product metrics
- You have gathered experience with UI/UX design and cross-platform software development (Web/mobile)
- You are fluent in English (German is an advantage)
- Processional experience with B2B SaaS products, AI-powered products, and/or construction/real estate industry is a plus

What you’ll get to do
As Global Director Finance, you will lead and continuously develop PlanRadar’s global Finance organization in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will be responsible for building scalable structures, strengthening processes and enabling sustainable growth across multiple regions and legal entities.

What you’ll get to do
As an Account Manager for Hungary, you will manage and grow our existing customer base in one of our most dynamic markets. You’ll work closely with construction professionals, consultants, and decision-makers, acting as a trusted partner who truly understands how construction projects run – from the construction site to the boardroom.
You’ll nurture long-term relationships with clients, understand their evolving needs, and ensure they get maximum value from our software solutions. From onboarding support and regular check-ins to renewals and expansion opportunities, you’ll own the entire customer lifecycle. Working hand-in-hand with internal teams, you’ll ensure a seamless customer experience while developing a deep understanding of both our product and the Hungarian construction market.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong construction background who wants to move into (or further grow in) a commercial, customer-facing role within a fast-growing B2B SaaS scale-up.

Please note that the successful candidate must be based either in our Vienna HQ or remote within Hungary.
Among other things, you will:
- Own and manage a portfolio of existing customers in Hungary, acting as their trusted point of contact and long-term partner.
- Consult and advise clients on how to best use PlanRadar to improve construction and real estate workflows, based on their real project needs.
- Pitch and present PlanRadar to key stakeholders and C-level executives, on-site and online, using a tailored and consultative approach.
- Drive account growth by managing renewals, identifying upselling opportunities, and working towards clear targets and KPIs.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts in the CRM, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, reduce churn, and consistently enhance client relationships.
Who you are:
- You have a solid background in construction (e.g. project management, site management, engineering, consulting) or experience selling ConTech / construction-related solutions.
- You understand construction processes, key stakeholders, and the realities of working on-site and across multiple projects.
- Sales or account management experience is a plus, but not a must – motivation to learn and grow in a commercial and client-facing role with software solutions is essential.
- You are a strong communicator who can consult stakeholders, build lasting relationships, and clearly explain solutions.
- You are comfortable working with targets and take ownership of your results.
- You are fluent in Hungarian and business English, willing to travel as needed, and hold a valid class B driving license.

The annual gross minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on the Austrian law for this position in Austria is minimum EUR 56.000,-. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance. Depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience your salary could be significantly higher.

As our Sales Development Representative for Czech you will be the first point of contact for many of our leads and future customers. You’ll be the friendly and informative voice of PlanRadar, reaching out to new leads via emails, phone calls or social media and making appointments for the Sales team. Over time, you’ll become an expert on the product and on the needs of our customers. While collaborating with other departments, you’ll develop your own style of pitching, taking into account our diverse customer segments and your team’s goals.

AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL
- Contact potential customers via telephone, email, and social media
- Have an eye firmly on the team’s goals when making appointments for the sales team
- Work closely with your dedicated Sales Consultant to identify ongoing strategic targets
- Ensure successful follow through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in our CRM application
- Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives
- Have a sharp understanding of data when reporting results
WHO YOU ARE
- Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, ambitious and has a winning attitude
- Prior experience in Sales is a plus
- You have a strong desire to work in a B2B technology space and pursue a career in sales/business development
- You have excellent spoken and written skills in Czech and business English
- You’re a confident multi-tasker, able to prioritise and manage your time effectively
- If you bring prior experience of inside sales or SaaS, it’s a definite positive but not essential

What you’ll get to do
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solution Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving the sales process by working closely with our sales, product, and customer success teams. This position involves understanding customer needs, providing technical expertise, and demonstrating the value of PlanRadar's solutions to prospective clients.

AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand the needs and objectives of prospective clients
- Engage with clients through presentations, demonstrations, and discussions, clearly communicating the value proposition of PlanRadar's solutions and focusing on how our platform can address specific client needs and pain points
- Develop a deep understanding of PlanRadar's products and services and address technical questions and concerns, ensuring prospective clients understand how our solutions can meet their needs
- Master the art of delivering compelling and tailored product demonstrations and assist in the development of proposals, including technical content, solution architecture, and implementation plans
- Supervise and manage proof of concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate the feasibility and value of PlanRadar's solutions to prospective clients
- Effectively manage the response to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) to meet prospective clients' requirements
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies and provide insights and feedback to the product team to influence the development of new features and enhancements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective clients, partners, and industry influencers
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle and collaborate with the customer success team to ensure seamless handover and ongoing support for new clients
- Develop and maintain a library of technical documentation, FAQs, and best practices to support the sales process
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar role within the SaaS industry. Construction, or real estate knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in software solutions, including cloud-based platforms. Experience with construction management software or related technologies is desirable
- Fluency in both German and English is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand and address customer pain points effectively
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and value
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success
