The role:
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll own the strategy and execution of sales initiatives targeting the enterprise market . Your expertise working with large complex multi national organisations, asking questions to identify challenges, and build long-lasting partnerships will be critical to your success. Expertise in operational technology is a plus but not a requirement.
What you’ll do:
- Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points, industry trends, and Armis’ unique value proposition.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key technical and decision-makers, including C-suite executives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast within SFDC.
- Lead your pod of BDR, Sales Engineer, Partner Manager and Customer success to drive consistent results - building pipeline of new opportunities, bringing onboard new clients and expanding with existing clients
- Represent Armis at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to showcase our thought leadership.

System Engineer- Cyber Security Engineering Focus

Overview
This position plays a hands-on role securing systems that support critical Defense and Intelligence missions. This position is focused on applying risk management frameworks, engineering security controls, and maintaining system authorizations for cloud and on-prem environments.
You'll work closely with other system engineers, administrators, and program teams to ensure systems are built, assessed, and operated in compliance with DoD and NIST requirements. From managing RMF and ATO packages to driving vulnerability remediation and system hardening, this role is central to maintaining secure, mission-ready systems throughout their lifecycle.
Esri has a Relocation Assistance Program and can provide support with relocating to the Vienna, VA area for this position.
Responsibilities
- Apply RMF processes to support system Assessment & Authorization (A&A), including control selection, implementation, assessment, and continuous monitoring
- Develop, review, and maintain security documentation such as SSPs, POA&Ms, SARs, and ATO artifacts in tools such as XACTA or eMASS
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and compliance scans (such as ACAS) and track remediation of findings and IAVM requirements
- Implement and validate security controls aligned with NIST 800-53, CNSSI 1253, and related DoD guidance
- Support system hardening, patching, and configuration management in compliance with STIGs for Linux, Windows, and network devices
- Monitor systems for security events and supporting incident response and risk mitigation activities
- Assess security impacts of system changes and supporting configuration control boards (CCBs)
- Collaborate with system engineers, administrators, and DevSecOps teams to integrate security throughout the system lifecycle
- Provide cybersecurity risk input to program leadership, Authorizing Officials (AOs), and stakeholders
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in a similar position, supporting similar responsibilities
- Professional experience with RMF, A&A, POA&M, and ATO documentation (XACTA/eMASS)
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning and compliance tracking (ACAS, IAVM)
- Experience securing Linux and Windows systems, STIGs, patching, and system hardening
- Knowledge of NIST 800-series publications and incident response processes
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II or higher certification (such as Security +, CySA +, CISSP)
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills
- US citizenship with Active or Current (within 2 years of active) Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or STEM related field
Recommended Qualifications
- Scripting or development experience (Python, Java, React)
- DevSecOps tools and pipeline experience
- Experience with Linux (Red Hat/CentOS), databases, web apps, or big data platforms
- Familiarity with Agile environments and tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Experience with NIST SP 800-171 and System Security Engineering (SSE)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or STEM related field

Responsibilities:
- Lead Quality Management System (QMS) setup and deployment for medical device clients
- Own and manage QMS templates and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Provide expert consulting on ISO 13485, EU MDR/IVDR, UKCA, GxP, and other quality systems standards
- Scale operations to support high-growth clients
- Develop repeatable QMS deployment processes leveraging AI platform capabilities and automatic compliance
- Drive and/or support internal and external audit programs, customer audits and regulatory inspections.
- Orchestrate the continuous validation lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and approving documentation to ensure real-time compliance program management.
- Shape the future of regulatory affairs through innovative product development
- Work independently on complex quality assurance projects requiring minimal oversight
- Ensure customer success across the entire customer engagement lifecycle
Required Skills:
- 4-8 years of experience in quality systems management, management representative or senior specialist role
- Familiar with eQMS implementation, validation and implementation.
- Deep expertise in Quality Management System setup, sub-systems, and implementation
- Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and Global QMS requirements
- Expertise in AI, Digital, SaMD and Cyber Compliance (e.g. SOC 2, ISO 27001)
- Deep understanding of medical device cybersecurity
- Experience as quality management representative in regulated environments
- Proven experience managing audit lifecycles (internal, external, and customer-facing).
- Familiarity with continuous validation methodologies (e.g. CSV, GAMP 5, ISO 13485) and documentation within a digital or automated compliance environment.
- Experience with regulatory and Notified Body submission requirements
- Background in medical device industry quality systems
- Ability to work independently and own complex regulatory projects
- Proven track record in consulting or client-facing roles
Preferred Skills:
- Experience at large medical device companies
