As a Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding Cloudbeds' presence. Reporting to the Director of Student Engagement, the Engagement Associate is a student-centered professional who builds authentic relationships, sparks creativity, and helps students feel supported and connected to Jewish life, learning, and Israel.

What You’ll Do

Student Engagement & Relationship Building

• Build authentic, ongoing relationships with Jewish students through one-on-one conversations, small group engagement, tabling, and presence at campus events.
• Meet students where they are socially, academically, and geographically across campus, including evenings and weekends, with a particular focus on reaching students involved in athletics, outdoor recreation, Greek life, and other communities not traditionally engaged in Hillel.

Program & Initiative Support

• Support the planning, implementation, and execution of Shabbat dinners, holiday celebrations, immersive experiences, and small- to mid-scale programs.
• Help design and lead experiential, outdoor, and adventure-based Jewish programming (e.g., ski Shabbat, hikes, wellness programs, retreats).
• Collaborate with the Director of Student Engagement, other staff, and student leaders to develop creative initiatives that resonate with diverse student interests, including those less connected to traditional Jewish spaces.
• Assist with logistics, outreach, and follow-up to ensure programs are welcoming, well-run, and impactful. 

Jewish Learning & Identity Development 

• Serve as a positive and accessible Jewish role model, especially for students whose Jewish identity has been shaped by camp, travel, or informal education.
• Engage students in informal conversations about their own relationship to Jewish life, values, learning, and Israel.
• Help create pluralistic Jewish experiences that invite exploration, curiosity, and personal meaning in our UVM community.
• Support students on their individual Jewish journeys in a welcoming and inclusive environment. 

Campus & Community Engagement

• Build relationships and partnerships with campus groups such as the Ski and Snowboard Club, Outing Club, athletic teams, wellness programs, and other student organizations.

Operations Associate

Role Overview

Hillel at the University of Vermont is seeking an organized, team-oriented, and student-centered person to serve as our Operations Associate. This key professional will provide support to the engagement team and executive director and be responsible for the organization’s daily operations. The Operations Associate works in person in an open office environment at the Burack Hillel Center on the University of Vermont campus. They will connect with students, staff, alumni, parents, family & friends of UVM providing support with an eye for excellence in organizational planning and follow-through.

This is a full-time, in-person position. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends (about 1–2 per month). Coverage for major Jewish holidays—especially Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, and Passover—is required for program support.

What You’ll Do

• Financial Systems and Purchasing: Your eye for detail will help us oversee purchasing, manage the credit card, engage systems for ensuring proper tracking of expenses, and work closely with our bookkeeper to process reimbursements and invoices.
• Catering: Food is the means to engage students in a meaningful Jewish experience. You will connect with the Kosher cafeteria in Simpson Hall, contract external staff for events, manage when food is cooked in the Hillel kitchen, and ensure seamless delivery of student program services in a vibrant atmosphere. This position will be the primary point of contact for large events like High Holidays, Passover, and more.
• Organization and Systems: You will be responsible for engaging in regular communication with staff to ensure proper planning, execution, and follow-up. You will be familiar with Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and Quickbooks or able to receive training on new software.
• Facility: You will connect with UVM Facilities and Residence Life to provide a welcoming environment and manage the Hillel office, shared spaces, and kitchen. You can provide occasional operational support at student programs, including Shabbat and holiday gatherings on evenings and/or weekends. Comfortable with hands-on work (tidying rooms, moving furniture, basic upkeep).
• Administrative Support: You’ll provide administrative support as needed to the staff team where applicable. Responsibilities may include assisting with expense reports, managing payroll functions, connecting with Human Resources to ensure legal compliance, communicating clear expectations to staff, assisting with onboarding and offboarding employees, booking travel, organizing meetings, and inputting data into our database.

You Have: 

• Education:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required

• Experience: 
  • You will have 10+ years of a consistent track record of employment with direct field sales experience  developing net new logos selling enterprise cloud software to enterprise companies.
  • Experience selling enterprise software for a B2B cybersecurity company.
  • You have previous experience utilizing partners, channels, and alliances to sell more successfully and overachieve your quota.
  • You have sold a similar complex software solution and have experience in any of the following: enterprise cloud software or infrastructure management, application development and management, business applications, and/or analytics.
  • You have a measurable track record in new business development and over achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in selling complex enterprise software solutions and ability to adapt in high growth, fast-growing, and changing environments and can adapt quickly.
  • Experience in successfully selling during the market creation phase
  • Proven track record of successfully closing six figure software cloud deals with prospects and customers in the defined territory.
  • Experience in the “C” suite, strong executive presence and polish, and excellent listening skills.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques; knowledge of MEDDPICC and Challenger methodologies is a plus

Regional Sales Manager – Air Solutions (Northeast Region)

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic Air Solutions team, responsible for driving growth across the greater Northeastern United States. In this role, you will serve as the applied channel lead for the region, focused on expanding LG’s Commercial Air Conditioning business throughout Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

As a key leader within the organization, you will develop strategy, lead talent, and build strong external partnerships to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, channel partners, engineering firms, contractors, and owners to identify market needs, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Lead and develop a team of regional sales engineers to drive performance across the applied representative channel and achieve regional sales and margin objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party channel partners, strengthening long-term strategic relationships.
• Develop and execute regional commercial account strategies and action plans to meet business plan objectives for the process cooling segment.
• Qualify channel opportunities and manage the sales pipeline providing accurate monthly forecasts for awards and revenue.
• Communicate regularly with Air Solutions leadership regarding pipeline status, market dynamics, and business performance.
• Ensure high levels of customer support by coordinating efforts across the sales team, customer call center, and field support teams.
• Provide voice-of-customer and market insights to optimize LG’s regional offerings and overall value proposition.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert and customer advocate, influencing product development and process roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to create compelling sales presentations and proposals that clearly articulate LG’s value proposition and differentiation.
• Represent LG at industry events, strengthening brand visibility while deepening existing relationships and cultivating new ones.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales, sales leadership, applied representative management, and/or large account management, with a proven record of driving growth and managing complex commercial projects.
• Strong technical expertise within the Commercial Air Conditioning industry; VRF experience preferred.
• Experience with process cooling systems including scroll chiller products preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong professional relationships.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Writer, Visio, and standard Windows applications.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and account P&L management.
