The Director of Marketing Operations Business Partner defines and leads the marketing operating model to accelerate pipeline growth, execution excellence, and deliver performance insights. This role serves as a strategic partner across Revenue Operations, Sales Technology, Data, and Marketing leadership, guiding the design of scalable processes, measurement frameworks, and systems that align marketing execution with business objectives. Reporting to the VP, this role translates business objectives into operational capabilities and  business requirements. This role influences the roadmap direction, and ensures operational readiness and adoption of marketing capabilities that enable teams to execute effectively. This critical role acts as the operational bridge between Marketing strategy and execution, ensuring programs are measurable, scalable, and aligned to pipeline growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Strategy & Operating Model

• Design and oversee the implementation of  the marketing operations strategy aligned to revenue and demand priorities
• Establish campaign governance, planning cadence, and execution standards
• Design scalable lifecycle processes across demand, field, and customer marketing
• Partner with Marketing leadership on annual planning, segmentation strategy, and program prioritization

Technology & Data Partnership

Process, Measurement & Execution

• Define KPIs across funnel, pipeline creation, conversion, velocity, and ROI

• Standardize campaign intake, build, QA, and launch processes

We’re looking for an Account Executive, Mid-Market to help us develop and close new business with mid-market Hootsuite customers within our landmark industries. What You'll Do

Define the Marketplace Experience Own the customer-facing marketplace where users discover, evaluate, and deploy agentic workflows. Balance curation with abundance—enough options to address diverse needs, enough guidance to prevent paralysis. Measure success through activation rates, time-to-value, and Play retention.

Translate GTM Expertise into Agentic Design The best agents encode deep understanding of the workflows they automate. Bring GTM operational expertise to agent design: How do top SDRs actually research accounts? What signals trigger effective outreach timing? How do marketing ops teams think about lead routing? Translate this knowledge into agent behaviors, Play logic, and orchestration patterns that feel like they were built by someone who's lived in RevOps.

Close the Loop with Platform Teams You're the voice of "what agents need to do" speaking to the teams building "what agents can do." When you discover that a critical GTM workflow requires a capability that doesn't exist, partner with the tools and infrastructure teams to prioritize it. When platform improvements unlock new possibilities, translate them into Plays that demonstrate value. You're the bridge between infrastructure leverage and customer outcomes.

About This Role

This is a new business, outbound sales development role focused on Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.

The primary objective of this role is to create qualified pipeline by booking high-quality meetings with marketing and growth leaders at best-fit brands.

You will own a defined territory of target accounts, with opportunity to hunt open accounts, and generate new opportunities through highly customized outreach - including tailored email, personalized LinkedIn engagement, and confident cold calling. Creative, insight-led outreach is encouraged.

This is not a high-volume, script-driven prospecting role. • Participate in training and professional development activities to stay up-to-date on company products and services.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to provide a seamless patient experience.
• Assist in scheduling patient appointments for scans 
• Guide patients with their medical intake forms and troubleshoot related issues
• Act as a primary contact to manage and resolve incoming complaints with products or services 
• Remain calm and use supportive language when dealing with upset patients and stressful situations
• Engage in new patient calls and milestone patient retention calls
• Use established systems and structures to record and report on patient satisfaction
• Have a willingness to take on other tasks and projects as they arise
