Legend Biotech is seeking a Sr. Medical Science Liaison as part of the Medical Affairs team based Remotely in the Mid Atlantic Territory.
Role Overview
The Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a field‑based scientific expert within U.S. Medical Affairs, responsible for fostering credible, compliant, and non‑promotional scientific exchange with healthcare professionals (HCPs), investigators, and other external stakeholders in hematology/oncology.
This role serves as a key scientific partner across academic and community settings, supporting Legend Biotech’s marketed and pipeline assets through evidence‑based dialogue, clinical trial support, medical education, and generation of actionable medical insights. The Senior MSL operates with a high degree of autonomy, contributes to territory and national medical strategy execution, and may mentor or support the development of junior MSL colleagues.

Account Director
Job summary:
The Account Director is the “face” of Snow to the client, reporting to the Associate Vice President/Vice President. This person is ultimately responsible for ensuring that clients’ expectations are being exceeded in regard to the specifications outlined in agreed-upon Statements of Work (SOW). Account Team members, even more so than other team members, must be able to anticipate needs, be influential without authority, and sell the services of Snow at all times. They are responsible for having a good understanding of the brand strategy and marketing goals, as well as an understanding of the clients’ unique skills or gaps in performance and communication. Account Directors must have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. They must also be able to balance the needs of the clients with the needs of Snow’s business. They must have the ability to quickly build trust and credibility with the clients. They are responsible for communicating the status of an account to their superiors, their peers, and their subordinates. In addition, they are responsible for daily communication with the clients.

Weekend & Night Work
Although your day-to-day work should primarily take place during regular office hours (8:30 AM– 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday), there will be occasions when you are required to work late into the evening and/or over the weekend.

Candidates will have demonstrated their ability to effectively and professionally communicate with managers, clients, customers, Ambassadors, and the general public. Working with patients requires the candidates to exercise discretion and empathy as patients are living with chronic conditions. Fluency in a foreign language is a plus.
Travel:
Travel is a fundamental part of the Account Director position. From time to time, it may be necessary to travel to support your team/complete your job tasks. Candidates must be able to fulfill the specific travel requirements of their role. Travel expectation: 25%.

Mentor Program Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:
The Mentor Program Specialist (MPS) is responsible for implementing all Mentor Program interactions including Mentor and Program Registrant relations. The Mentor Program Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, multitasking, and coordinating with many divisions of Snow including Compliance, Analytics, Ambassador Managers, and Coaching and Training Specialists. The Mentor Program Specialist must also work closely with Account Team leads, Health Educators, and Mentors to address and meet the objectives of Snow’s clients relating to Mentor Program management.
The Mentor Program Specialist serves as the direct point of contact for Mentors and oversees compliance adherence and Mentor communication skills training, coordinates schedules for Mentees/Mentors calls, completes post-call evaluations, maintains accurate reporting, and provides excellent customer service throughout the entire program process.
A Mentor Program Specialist must have exceptional listening, communication, and organizational skills, and must be able to develop personal relationships with Mentors that convey compassion while maintaining professional boundaries. The Mentor Program Specialist will also be responsible for timely and thorough documentation for all Mentor communication and engagement.

Job summary:
The Account Director is the “face” of Snow to the client, reporting to the Associate Vice President/Vice President. This person is ultimately responsible for ensuring that clients’ expectations are being exceeded in regard to the specifications outlined in agreed-upon Statements of Work (SOW). Job summary:
The Account Director is the “face” of Snow to the client, reporting to the Associate Vice President/Vice President. BILINGUAL HEALTH EDUCATOR
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Bilingual Health Educator (HE). You will need to be both fluent in English and Spanish. As an HE you are responsible for answering incoming calls on the educational support line, which is open evenings and weekends and will have varied shifts. Mentor Program Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:
The Mentor Program Specialist (MPS) is responsible for implementing all Mentor Program interactions including Mentor and Program Registrant relations. The Mentor Program Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, multitasking, and coordinating with many divisions of Snow including Compliance, Analytics, Ambassador Managers, and Coaching and Training Specialists. The Mentor Program Specialist must also work closely with Account Team leads, Health Educators, and Mentors to address and meet the objectives of Snow’s clients relating to Mentor Program management.
The Mentor Program Specialist serves as the direct point of contact for Mentors and oversees compliance adherence and Mentor communication skills training, coordinates schedules for Mentees/Mentors calls, completes post-call evaluations, maintains accurate reporting, and provides excellent customer service throughout the entire program process.
A Mentor Program Specialist must have exceptional listening, communication, and organizational skills, and must be able to develop personal relationships with Mentors that convey compassion while maintaining professional boundaries. The Mentor Program Specialist will also be responsible for timely and thorough documentation for all Mentor communication and engagement.

A Senior Advocacy and Recruitment Specialist is expected to assist junior team members in overall workflow strategy and provide insight to best practices. Senior Advocacy and Recruitment Specialists must exercise impeccable independent judgment and discretion in determining the best recruitment channels to use, eligibility of potential candidates, and the necessary information and background data to be gathered, all while properly handling sensitive, private health care information. Recruiting specialists own the flow of their day and must be able to formulate, affect, interpret, and implement management policies and operating practices. The recruiting team serves as subject matter experts on recruiting techniques and strategy and provides insight and direction to the company on best practices and strategic planning. Individuals should anticipate the needs of the client and be prepared in advance for questions.
