Artefact Benelux in Utrecht is looking for an ambitious, Dutch-speaking Senior Paid Search Consultant to join our team.

The role 

You are responsible for driving performance outcomes for our national and international clients. You use all available means that fall under the umbrella of paid search (Performance Max, Demand Gen, feed optimization and more) to deliver the right ads to the right audience for the highest ROI for your clients.

As a local Google Marketing Platform reseller, our business has a strong relationship with Google and detailed knowledge of the Google Tech Stack. Next to working with Google tech stack and local publishers, we work closely with Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest and Amazon. 

We are seeking a technically skilled Paid Search Consultant. We create and apply sophisticated solutions that utilize custom AI technologies. Being skilled in these areas and willing and motivated to learn even more on this topic is a requirement. 

What you will be doing

You are part of the overall Digital & Data Marketing team, and a key player in the Paid Search team. You deliver on best-in-class media strategy and media campaigns across platforms: 

• Identify and understand customers objectives in terms of communication and online marketing strategy.
• Manage day to day search (and search related) campaigns for your client and directly communicate them. You will be the client's main point of contact.
• Oversee and optimize advanced product feed management for e-commerce clients.
• Implement and fine-tune automated bidding strategies using advanced bid management strategies and tools.
• You continue to surprise our clients with new, innovative solutions.
• You challenge yourself and the team to continuously raise the bar.
• Follow-up performances and budgets.
• Elaborate on operational recommendations, reports, detailed analysis.
• Presentation of the results to your clients.
• Closely work together with the wider team within Benelux and internationally.

Your profile 

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within an online advertising agency or at the client.
• Experience with Google, and Microsoft Ads, AI and ML tools to manage paid search campaigns.
• Deep understanding of data feeds for creation and optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate these into actionable insights.
• You know your way in Google Analytics to understand the impact of your campaigns.
• You feel comfortable to present Artefact at the client and at events.
• Excellent communication skills (written & oral).
• You are fluent in English and Dutch.

THE ROLE 

We are looking for a German speaking consultant to join our Cyber Incident Response team as an Engagement Lead.  A successful cyber response only happens when a group of technical experts works seamlessly with a team leader who can get the best out of them.  

Role responsibilities include: 

• Project scoping: you will be a first responder to cyber-attacks, running triage calls with clients to understand the scope of the incident and setting out how S-RM can support. 

• Project management: from that first call to the incident’s conclusion, you will be responsible for ensuring the response is managed effectively and efficiently, delivering for all stakeholders while on schedule and within budget. Typical workstreams include: 

• Working with clients to ensure that incidents are contained. 

• Overseeing a team of forensic analysts investigating the incident. 

• Advising strategies for responding to cyber threat actors. 

• Providing crisis management expertise to help clients navigate the incident. 

• Relationship management: you will be responsible for building and developing relationships with the various stakeholders involved in a cyber incident, from the victims themselves to lawyers and insurance professionals.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

We think candidates with the following skills and experience are likely to succeed as Incident Response Engagement Leads at S-RM.   

You will need great consulting skills and a developed understanding of networks and security technologies. We will prioritise candidates with demonstrable digital forensics and incident response (‘DFIR’) experience, especially those that have worked in an incident handling capacity before. However, we’d encourage candidates with adjacent experience to apply.  We believe that, with the right training, anyone that fits the profile below can make an excellent Engagement Lead.  We have a proven track record of supporting those from diverse backgrounds to develop into this role.
