We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for the Mountain region to join our team!

Responsibilities                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

• Drive top-line sales revenue in a named list of accounts, as well as a geographic footprint
• Adoption of enterprise agreements in the targeted named accounts to ensure long term relationships and maximum contract value
• Collaborate with global team members to foster a solid sense of community and information sharing among named accounts
• Focus on relationship building with executives
• Guide prospects through a methodical sales process to facilitate selection of Synopsys solutions
• Ensure customer success
• Represent Black Duck at local and/or industry events
• Maintain accurate Salesforce information
• Travel as necessary to client locations (approximately 50% of time traveling)

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Minimum 8 years enterprise software sales experience, particularly in the West Coast or Mountain region
• Proven track record of exceeding software sales revenue targets
• Proven ability to sell multiyear enterprise licensing agreements
• Proven track record selling six-or-seven figure deals

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $130,700-$196,100. In addition, this role is eligible for commission.  Black Duck offers a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education. 

THE ROLE

You will partner with the security operations lead and broader security team to develop and mature security use cases that apply across the company’s environment and operations. Your mission is to build and refine the detections, policies, and response logic that enable the team to identify real attacks, misuse, intrusions, and data loss events with speed and confidence.

This is not a passive monitoring role. You will be expected to understand how the business operates, how attackers move, where meaningful signals live, and how to translate that knowledge into durable security content and response workflows. Success in this role is measured not by alert volume, but by signal quality, attack reduction, faster containment, and continuous operational improvement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design, implement, and maintain high-fidelity detections, correlation rules, alerts, dashboards, and use cases in Splunk and related security platforms.
• Build detections across multiple data domains, including identity, endpoint, network, cloud infrastructure, SaaS applications, DLP, vulnerability, and asset posture.
• Correlate signals from diverse tooling and data sources to identify attacker behavior, misuse, anomalous activity, and material security risk.
• Partner with business units, IT, engineering, and internal security stakeholders to map business processes and workloads to security use cases and required telemetry.
• Support and participate in incident triage, investigation, containment, and post-incident improvement activities.
• Develop enrichment and automation workflows using Python, APIs, and security tooling to improve analyst efficiency and response consistency.
• Improve detection quality by tuning noisy alerts, reducing false positives, and increasing true positive rates.
• Collaborate on logging strategy, event onboarding, normalization, parsing, correlation, retention, reporting, and platform customization.
• Apply threat intelligence, attacker tradecraft, and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, CVE/CVSS, and risk context to drive meaningful detections.
• Create playbooks, runbooks, detection documentation, and operational guidance for responders and analysts.
• Use lessons learned from incidents, hunts, and threat research to continuously improve content, coverage, and response workflows.
• Help mature a security operations model that brings together detection, alerting, investigation, and response rather than treating them as isolated functions.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Lehi, UT office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in incident response, detection engineering, security operations, or SIEM engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with a SIEM platform; direct experience with Splunk is strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of the incident response lifecycle, including triage, scoping, containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident learning
• Strong understanding of foundational networking, systems, cloud, and security principles
• Ability to write scripts and automate tasks using Python or a similar language
• Ability to work with APIs, integrate data sources, and automate enrichment or response actions
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate ambiguous threats or operational gaps into concrete detection logic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related technical field

The Director Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, & Compliance leads the enterprise cybersecurity, data privacy, and data governance programs while ensuring regulatory compliance across all operational and commercial functions of Breeze Airways. This role defines and executes the organization's information security strategy, establishes and matures the enterprise data privacy and governance framework, ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, and international privacy regulations (including CCPA/CPRA, state privacy laws, and GDPR where applicable), and oversees aviation-specific regulatory compliance obligations related to data and technology (including DOT, TSA, and FAA requirements). The Director also provides strategic oversight for responsible AI/ML governance as the organization adopts emerging technologies. This responsibility extends into all business units within the organization including airport systems, maintenance and engineering, inflight, aircraft, safety, commercial, back office, infrastructure, and cloud.

Here's what you'll do

• Set the strategy for new technologies and information security products that will support information security requirements for the company and its customers, business partners, and vendors.
• Establish the strategy to mitigate information security risks within the organization.

• Champion privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default principles across technology, business partners and business projects.
• Direct the organization's data breach notification and incident response process in coordination with Legal, Communications, and executive leadership, ensuring compliance with all applicable breach notification requirements.
• Manage and deliver enterprise-wide privacy awareness training and education programs.
• Evaluate and manage privacy risks associated with third-party vendors, business partners, and data processors through contractual controls and ongoing monitoring.
• Establish and lead the enterprise data governance framework, including data ownership, data stewardship, and accountability models across business units.
• Define, develop, and implement data security and governance standards including data classification, encryption, data loss prevention, data access governance for structured and unstructured data, and monitoring to prevent data-related security incidents.
• In coordination with the data analytics team, refine data quality standards, and partner with business and technology teams to ensure data integrity across critical systems.
• Develop and implement policies and frameworks for the responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies across the organization.
• Assess and manage risks related to AI/ML models, including data bias, algorithmic fairness, transparency, and explainability.
• Ensure AI/ML initiatives comply with emerging regulatory requirements and industry best practices for responsible AI.
• Collaborate with data science, business teams, data and software engineering, to embed governance controls into the AI/ML development lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with aviation-specific regulatory requirements related to data, technology, and cybersecurity, including DOT, TSA, and FAA mandates.

Here's what you'll need to be successful

Minimum Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline, or an additional 2+ years of training/experience in lieu of degree
• 8+ years of experience in information security, data privacy, data governance, or a related field
• 4+ years in a leadership role
• 2+ years of experience developing and implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• 2+ years of experience with data governance tools and platforms (e.g., data catalogs, metadata management, DLP solutions)
• 2+ years of experience with privacy management platforms and DSAR automation tools
• Deep technical expertise in technology infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and enterprise systems architecture is a must
• Demonstrated knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, state privacy laws, GDPR) and experience building or managing a privacy compliance program is also required

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry certification in security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, and/or GIAC)
• Industry certification in privacy (e.g., CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT)
• Familiarity with aviation industry regulatory requirements (DOT, TSA, FAA) as they relate to data and technology
