Role Overview

The Security Technical Program Manager (TPM) will be responsible for the definition, execution, and oversight of critical security programs focused on client assurance, operational compliance, and platform security. This role requires a strong focus on program management and cross-functional coordination to embed security and legal standardization across client projects and manage ongoing compliance activities. The ideal candidate will drive the standardization of legal verbiage and security practices across the organization's client-facing work, ensuring predictable execution, reduced risk, and consistent security standards for client codebases. This role partners closely with Security, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Client teams.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio & Program Management

• Own the portfolio view of Tech Platforms within the broader security strategy.
• Structure and manage strategic programs required to deliver roadmap objectives
• Define milestones, delivery plans, and success metrics for major initiatives.
• Track progress against portfolio commitments and escalate risks proactively.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across Engineering, Product Management, Legal, and other stakeholders.
• Support quarterly and annual planning cycles, including investment
• Ensure predictable execution through structured governance and reporting cadence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Legal, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, trade-off decisions (e.g., security vs. speed), and expectation management.
• Influence without direct authority to drive secure design principles and manage cross-functional projects to ensure delivery.

Client Project Standardization:

• Lead the strategic initiative to standardize legal verbiage and security requirements across client projects.
• Client Code Security: Drive implementation of consistent security standardization to secure client codes and ensure ongoing maintenance and protection of the codebase.
• Own the coordination of security deployment approvals for client projects with clients, engineering and security teams

Operational Security & Compliance

• Coordinate PCI compliance efforts by creating required reports and managing activities for all PCI accounts.Manage the coordination of the yearly PCI/ISO Audit for all accounts within the Tech Platform.Conduct quarterly User Access Reviews (UAR) to certify user access for AWSGenerate and report artifacts for 1LOD, 2LOD, 3LOD for corrective action plan and risk reduction plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, cybersecurity, or risk management
• Demonstrated experience in Product Security (AppSec), DevSecOps, or AI/ML Security domains.
• Demonstrated experience building and managing strategic roadmaps tied to measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of security compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI, ISO) and operational security domains (e.g., User Access Reviews, AWS security roles, Secure SDLC/SAST)
• Strong understanding of secure development practices, vulnerability management, and common software security frameworks.
• Proven ability to partner with engineering and legal teams to drive standardization and manage security due diligence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience facilitating stakeholder alignment and influencing without direct authority
• Experience working in matrixed organizations and managing dependencies across multiple business units.

As a Principal Software Engineer on the Cyberbank Core team at Galileo, you will lead broad, impactful projects across multiple teams as one of the senior-most technical contributors shaping our next-generation lean core banking platform. The Role

Mode Mobile is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for a recently acquired multimillion dollar utility app. Over time, you’ll expand your ownership to other newly acquired and organically developed mobile applications. • 7+ years of professional product management experience, including 3+ years of independently owning a product / business line.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Consultant leading enterprise technology initiatives.
• Deep expertise in digital marketing and customer experience solutions across data, content, personalization, commerce, analytics, and engagement.
• Hands-on knowledge or certification with Adobe Experience Cloud products: Experience Platform (AEP), Experience Manager (AEM), Target, Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, Workfront, and Adobe Cloud Services.
• Strong track record of delivering successful enterprise integrations and digital marketing transformations involving analytics, personalization, testing/optimization, and customer data activation.
• Proven ability to engage senior executives (CMO, CIO, CXO) and facilitate consensus across business and IT stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills—able to simplify complexity for non-technical stakeholders and dive deep with technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience creating solution blueprints, capability maps, and strategic roadmaps.
• Consulting background or experience in a world-class technology services organization preferred.
• Strong leadership in fast-paced, dynamic environments; adept at managing multiple client opportunities at once.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

About AdPrime 

Adprime is a rapidly growing health platform and ad exchange offering solutions for reaching healthcare professionals (HCP) and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. Our Exchange aggregates premium digital inventory and connects demand-side buyers with high-quality, compliant health media. We're looking for a driven business development professional to grow our demand-side ecosystem by recruiting DSP partners, deepening existing relationships, and shaping our product to better serve buyers.

Our lead generation business is a core revenue driver, requiring disciplined execution, rigorous measurement, and consistent delivery across multiple partners and campaigns. 

Position Summary

AdPrime is seeking a Lead Generation Campaign Manager to report to and support the Director of Lead Generation by managing day-to-day campaign operations across the full lifecycle, RFP intake coordination, offer setup, landing page workflow, launch readiness, pacing, optimization, partner coordination, QA/compliance checks, and performance reporting. 

They will support the Director-led operating cadence by running daily execution and controls, launch readiness, pacing alignment, partner coordination, QA/compliance checks, and reporting, while maintaining playbooks and supporting process improvements and automation where appropriate. They will surface insights, issues, and recommendations so the Director can make timely decisions on pricing, forecasting, partner strategy, and product improvements. 

This role is accountable for execution and operational controls; the Director retains ownership of commercial strategy, pricing approvals, and partner strategy decisions. 

The ideal candidate will own and run the lead gen operation — from RFP response through page build, campaign launch, daily pacing, optimization, client reporting, and media partner management. They will sit at the center of three workflows: 

• RFP Pipeline — Receive RFPs, build and refine proposals with pricing and targeting strategy, track win/loss, manage IOs, analyze pipeline trends. 
• Landing Pages — Build and manage Unbounce campaign pages: duplication, tag implementation, demo approvals, template library, ensuring pages are correct, compliant, and conversion-ready. 
• Campaign Pacing — Monitor campaigns performance daily via LeadsPedia and media partner reports, own pacing decisions, resolve delivery issues directly with partners, produce performance reports. 

The Lead Generation Campaign Manager will make sure campaigns launch on time, run on pace, and deliver on commitments — and they will build the systems that make it repeatable. 

Responsibilities 

• Own the RFP pipeline: log RFPs, build proposals (CPA/CPC/CPM/hybrid pricing), maintain proposal tracking, conduct post-mortem analysis on lost bids. 
• Build and manage Unbounce landing pages — duplication, tag/tracker implementation, URL management, creative swaps, demo submissions. 
• Own the daily pacing sheet: MTD and yesterday's conversions/clicks, spend, margin, delivery flags (speed up / slow down), and resolution. 
• Manage media partner relationships — hold partners accountable to delivery commitments, negotiate optimization strategies. 
• Coordinate campaign launch readiness across client services, media partners, and internal teams — tags, approvals, reporting access. 
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports: delivery vs. goals, spend efficiency, margin health, audience-level reporting. 
• Build and maintain operational playbooks and drive automation of pacing, reporting, and status tracking workflows. 

Requirements 

• 3–5+ years in digital campaign management, ad operations, or media operations. 
• Proven ability to manage 10+ concurrent campaigns across the full lifecycle. 
• Experience with campaign platforms (LeadsPedia, Google Campaign Manager, or similar). 
• Strong working knowledge of landing page builders (Unbounce, Instapage, Leadpages, or similar). 
• Advanced Excel/Sheets — formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, pacing infrastructure. 
• Deep understanding of CPA, CPC, CPM pricing and how each affects delivery, margin, and revenue. 
• Experience managing media partner and vendor relationships. 
• Strong written and spoken English; ability to deliver updates and structured recommendations and presentations.

Preferred 

• Experience with lead generation in healthcare, pharma, financial services, education, or other regulated/high-consideration verticals. 
• Familiarity with programmatic platforms (Throttle, Beeswax, The Trade Desk). 
• Basic HTML/JavaScript literacy for tag placement and page structure. 
• RFP response and IO management experience in digital media.
