Role Overview

The Security Technical Program Manager (TPM) will be responsible for the definition, execution, and oversight of critical security programs focused on client assurance, operational compliance, and platform security. We're looking for a Senior React Native Developer, to join our remote multicultural team and be part of the full development cycle of web and mobile apps: including understanding business needs, designing solutions for specific problems, and developing the product. They should be able to work independently with little support from other devs to develop high-quality software, which is aligned with client needs and company standards.

What are the main responsibilities of this role?

• Develop well-designed and high-quality code, with automated tests.
• Participate in the overall management of the project (planning and review calls, board and story-map maintenance, etc).
• Ensure the development of high-quality code across the company.
• Write meaningful code reviews.
• Collaborate with internal initiatives.
• Encourage project and company technical improvement.
• Assist team members and generate meaningful discussions during disagreements.
• Execute the right level of documentation for the project.

Which skills and experience do we envision for this role?

• Software experience from degree studies.
• +4 years approx. of experience in the IT field.
• At least 3 years of experience developing mobile apps using React Native or 1 year using React Native with solid experience working with ReactJS in the past.
• Experience writing tests using react native testing library and/or jest.
• Experience working with Typescript.
• Experienced in building mobile applications that consume RESTful JSON APIs
• Experience working with agile methodologies and within an agile environment.
• Experience with GooglePlayStore and AppStore distribution process, for internal/external testing or production releases.
• Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience developing native mobile apps.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery).
• Experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude.
