The Role: We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Security and Privacy Compliance Analyst to help safeguard our organization and our customers' data. Reporting directly to the Director of IT, Security and Compliance, you will play a critical role in maturing our governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) programs. In this position, you will bridge the gap between technical security controls and regulatory requirements, ensuring that Zone & Co's rapidly expanding suite of financial software maintains the highest standards of data protection and privacy.
This role requires a strong foundational knowledge of major security frameworks and privacy regulations, a keen eye for detail in auditing internal processes, and the ability to clearly communicate compliance postures to both internal engineering teams and enterprise customers.
Essential Job Functions:
- Compliance Framework Governance: Lead the management and continuous scaling of Zone & Co’s core security compliance frameworks, specifically SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001.
- Privacy Operations Leadership: Govern global data privacy operations to ensure strict, ongoing alignment with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other emerging data protection laws.
- Customer Trust & Revenue Enablement: Serve as the primary security liaison for enterprise customers, directly supporting the sales cycle by demonstrating and communicating a robust, mature security posture.
- Risk & Audit Management: Manage the organization's internal audit program and oversee the third-party vendor risk lifecycle to proactively identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
Responsibilities, Duties, and Tasks:
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate evidence collection, manage project timelines, and partner directly with external auditors during annual compliance assessments.
- Privacy Assessments: Conduct Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for new products and process Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) within mandated SLAs.
- Questionnaires & Trust Center: Accurately and efficiently complete incoming vendor security questionnaires from prospects and maintain up-to-date documentation in our customer-facing Trust Center.
- Internal Control Testing: Design and execute internal audits to test whether technical and administrative controls are operating effectively. Track control gaps and drive engineering/IT remediation efforts.
- Vendor Risk Reviews: Evaluate the security and privacy postures of prospective and existing third-party vendors and sub-processors through comprehensive risk assessments.
- Policy & Training Development: Draft, update, and publish internal security policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and incident response plans. Develop and administer engaging company-wide security and privacy awareness training.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications and Experience):
- Experience: 3+ years of direct experience in IT Audit, Information Security, Privacy Operations, or GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), preferably within a B2B SaaS, FinTech, or cloud technology environment.
- Deep Domain Expertise: Hands-on experience working with established compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and navigating global privacy legislation (GDPR, CCPA).
- SaaS/Cloud Acumen: A solid understanding of cloud computing architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise software environments. Familiarity with ERP systems (like NetSuite) is a strong plus.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable, practical controls for IT and engineering teams without stifling innovation.

About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Payroll product. Job Summary
Join our dynamic Solution 7 by Zone team and help shape the future of Solution 7 by Zone products and platforms. As a Software Developer, you'll play a key role in building and enhancing our .NET applications that integrate with NetSuite and other ERP systems. Over a thousand customers rely on our mission-critical financial applications to manage and grow their businesses. You'll not only write clean, scalable code—but also help shape internal tools and processes that improve the way our global engineering teams work.
You’ll be part of a small, focused team, which means your contributions will have a huge impact—not only on the products, but also on the team and company as a whole. We are technologists and love technology but we love our customers even more, so putting our customers front and center in what we build and how we build is in our DNA. This is a hands-on development role with real influence and visibility.
What You'll Do
Software Development
- Architect, build, enhance, and scale Solution 7 by Zone products and platforms with, .NET/NET framework, VBA, Javascript, C#, VB.NET, T-SQL, Office Development, Excel COM add-ins, .ADO.NET.
- Adept knowledge of Relational Databases.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code..
Testing & Debugging
- Design and execute test cases to ensure feature reliability and performance.
- Write and maintain unit tests to validate functionality and prevent regressions. We write unit tests and you should love writing these too.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve bugs in existing functionality.
Team Collaboration
- Partner with technical and product leads and product managers to drive and implement solutions that delight our customers, drive business value, and improve the overall engineering experience.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of learning and improvement.
- Share development best practices and tools across teams.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Document systems, architecture, and features clearly.
- Stay current with new tools and techniques, and suggest improvements to development processes.
What You Bring
- 5-10 years of professional full-stack software development experience with Microsoft technologies.
- Business domain knowledge with financial reporting, ERP, HRIS, Payroll or Accounting systems. We believe the most successful engineers not only have strong technical acumen but also an understanding of business domains and an eye for user experience.
- Strong proficiency in working with various types of REST and SOAP APIs.
- Comfortable working in remote, distributed teams using modern development tools—including Git, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and a passion for leveraging GenAI tooling to work smarter and more efficiently.
- Solid understanding of web services (REST, SOAP), data formats (JSON, XML), Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID Principles, and Design Patterns.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—proactive, curious, and ready to learn
- Demonstrable experience with NetSuite SuiteCloud development and related technologies is a huge plus.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Solution 7, our award-winning financial reporting and planning product. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for co-defining the future of how Zone&Co enables businesses to leverage their live NetSuite data directly within the environment finance teams know best—Microsoft Excel. You will drive initiatives that streamline financial reporting, automate budgeting workflows, and empower CFOs to move from manual data entry to strategic analysis.
This role requires a deep understanding of corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), the "Excel-first" mindset of finance professionals, and the technical nuances of ERP data structures to translate complex reporting needs into intuitive, scalable software solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Define Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for Zone&Co’s Solution 7 (Excel Reporting & Planning) offerings, aligning it with Zone&Co’s overall product vision and market opportunities.
- Market & Customer Insight: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify unmet needs, emerging trends, and strategic opportunities in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for NetSuite users.
- Roadmap & Prioritization: Own the product roadmap for your domain, defining clear objectives, key results, and prioritized initiatives. Translate strategic themes into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Product Development Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the agile development lifecycle. Provide clear guidance, make informed trade-offs, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with sales, marketing, solutions consulting, and customer success teams to develop compelling product messaging, sales enablement materials, and launch strategies that drive adoption and customer value.
- Financial Reporting & FP&A Expertise: Drive innovation in areas such as real-time Excel integration, automated budget write-backs, multi-subsidiary cash flow analysis, drill-down transaction analysis, and consolidated reporting.
- Reporting Usability Focus: Explore and develop capabilities around intuitive report building, pre-built templates, dynamic formatting, and improved visibility across the entire financial planning lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the subject matter expert for Solution 7, communicating product plans, progress, and performance to internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and external partners.
What You'll Bring:
- 6+ years (for PM) of progressive experience in Product Management within FinTech, Enterprise SaaS, or Financial Services, with a direct focus on Financial Reporting, EPM (Enterprise Performance Management), or FP&A solutions.
- Deep Domain Expertise: In-depth understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) cycles, Excel-based modeling, budgeting workflows, and financial reporting best practices.
- ERP Acumen: Strong understanding of ERP systems and financial processes. Direct experience with NetSuite (either as a user, consultant, or product manager for a NetSuite-integrated solution) is a significant advantage.
- Technical Fluency: Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers, understand API capabilities, and grasp the nuances of building scalable, secure financial software.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to analyze complex market data, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to define winning product strategies and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences (technical, business, executive).
- Execution Focus: A strong track record of successfully bringing complex software products from conception to launch and driving adoption.
- Agile Proficiency: Experience working in agile development environments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications a plus
