About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Payroll product. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for co-defining the future of how Zone&Co enables businesses to manage end-to-end payroll processing, automate complex tax compliance, and streamline workforce management with unparalleled efficiency and control, all within the NetSuite ecosystem.
This role requires a deep understanding of corporate payroll cycles, multi-jurisdiction tax regulations, HRIS technology, and a keen ability to translate complex compliance workflows into intuitive, scalable software solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Define Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for Zone&Co's Payroll offerings, aligning it with Zone&Co's overall product vision and market opportunities.

- Employee Experience Focus: Explore and develop capabilities around employee self-service portals, time and attendance integration, onboarding workflows, and improved visibility across the entire hire-to-retire cycle.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the subject matter expert for Payroll, communicating product plans, progress, and performance to internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and external partners.
What You'll Bring:
- 6+ years (for PM) of progressive experience in Product Management within Payroll solutions, HRIS, or HCM (Human Capital Management).
- Deep Domain Expertise: In-depth understanding of payroll processing, tax jurisdiction logic, benefits deductions, ACA compliance, ACH processing, and GL posting.
- ERP Acumen: Strong understanding of ERP systems and financial processes. Direct experience with NetSuite (either as a user, consultant, or product manager for a NetSuite-integrated solution) is a significant advantage.
- Technical Fluency: Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers, understand API capabilities, and grasp the nuances of building scalable, secure financial software.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Director to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Zone&Co's Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) product suite. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining the future of how Zone&Co enables businesses to automate their full quote-to-cash lifecycle: quoting, managing complex subscription and consumption billing models, account receivable automation, payments.
This role requires a deep understanding of corporate financial operations, specifically the nuances of quoting, complex billing (e.g., usage-based, subscription),account receivables, payments, and the integration points between these critical processes within an ERP environment like NetSuite. What You'll Bring:
- 6+ years (for PM) of progressive experience in Product Management within FinTech, Enterprise SaaS, or Financial Services, with a direct focus on Financial Reporting, EPM (Enterprise Performance Management), or FP&A solutions.
- Deep Domain Expertise: In-depth understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) cycles, Excel-based modeling, budgeting workflows, and financial reporting best practices.
- ERP Acumen: Strong understanding of ERP systems and financial processes. Direct experience with NetSuite (either as a user, consultant, or product manager for a NetSuite-integrated solution) is a significant advantage.
- Technical Fluency: Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers, understand API capabilities, and grasp the nuances of building scalable, secure financial software.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to analyze complex market data, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to define winning product strategies and prioritize effectively.

About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Solution 7, our award-winning financial reporting and planning product. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for co-defining the future of how Zone&Co enables businesses to leverage their live NetSuite data directly within the environment finance teams know best—Microsoft Excel. You will drive initiatives that streamline financial reporting, automate budgeting workflows, and empower CFOs to move from manual data entry to strategic analysis.
This role requires a deep understanding of corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), the "Excel-first" mindset of finance professionals, and the technical nuances of ERP data structures to translate complex reporting needs into intuitive, scalable software solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Define Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for Zone&Co’s Solution 7 (Excel Reporting & Planning) offerings, aligning it with Zone&Co’s overall product vision and market opportunities.
- Market & Customer Insight: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify unmet needs, emerging trends, and strategic opportunities in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for NetSuite users.
- Roadmap & Prioritization: Own the product roadmap for your domain, defining clear objectives, key results, and prioritized initiatives. Translate strategic themes into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Product Development Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the agile development lifecycle. Provide clear guidance, make informed trade-offs, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with sales, marketing, solutions consulting, and customer success teams to develop compelling product messaging, sales enablement materials, and launch strategies that drive adoption and customer value.
