At North Shore Pediatric Therapy (NSPT), we do more than provide therapy—we create spaces where autistic children are respected, supported, and empowered. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care or outdated models. Our approach is assent-based, neuroaffirming, and team-driven, with deep respect for each child’s individuality, autonomy, and potential.
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll be part of that mission. You’ll help kids build communication, independence, and confidence—and you’ll be supported every step of the way by a team that values your growth just as much as theirs.
Being a Behavior Technician is active, hands-on, and deeply meaningful. You’ll spend most of your day working 1:1 with kids (ages 2–12), helping them build skills that support their growth at home, school, and in everyday life.
Here’s what that actually looks like:
It’s not a desk job—it’s a roll-up-your-sleeves, be-there-in-the-moment kind of role. But if you love working with kids, it’s one of the most rewarding ways to spend your day.
We’re not your typical ABA clinic—and we’re proud of that. At NSPT, we don’t force compliance or chase cookie-cutter milestones. Instead, we prioritize:
Whether you’re here to learn or build a full career, we make sure your development is intentional and supported. You'll start with paid RBT training and certification in your first month (plus a raise once you pass) and receive performance reviews and raises every 6 months. From there, your path can look like:
No matter where you’re headed, we’ll help you get there.
At NSPT, we know this work is challenging—but it’s also joyful, meaningful, and deeply rewarding. You’ll be surrounded by people who are passionate about what they do, and who care deeply about the children and team members they work with.
If you’re ready to make a difference, grow a career, and be part of a team that’s changing what care can look like—we’d love to meet you.

Reema Health is both a social care and behavioral health provider. We believe that a personalized, community-based approach to care makes it easier for anyone to access the things they need to make their lives better. We know that life’s challenges often exist because the systems built to help are a burden to navigate. We believe building a relationship with a real person — someone who listens, meets our members where they are, and understands the community — can ease those burdens and effectively connect members to health care. Our mission-driven and member-focused company is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to serve the behavioral healthcare needs of our members.
Reema is taking a value-based approach to care, so this role will work diligently to provide the right amount of care at the right time for each of our members. Rather than a volume-based approach, we believe this model of care delivery will produce the best clinical outcomes for our members and a sustainable and balanced job structure for our clinicians. The Licensed Mental Health Therapist is a key part of our Integrated Care Team, helping drive the creation and implementation of our tech-enabled psychotherapeutic care for our members. At Reema, we believe integrating social and clinical care is the most effective way to support member wellbeing. You’ll care for members in an outpatient clinical setting, primarily via telehealth, but also in the home and community as needed. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team made up of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and non-clinical Community Guides to collaboratively provide a holistic approach to member health, and support you to work at the top of your license. Together, this team is responsible for providing and coordinating member-centered quality care for a panel of members with complex health and social needs.
Reema is expanding our service delivery into behavioral healthcare, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable helping create the details of our care model within the ambiguity of a fast-paced startup. For the right person, this position has the potential to grow into a leadership role.
