Octave is hiring Licensed Clinicians to work within an organizational structure to provide high quality behavioral health care to our clients. Octave Clinicians will join a diverse clinical team in providing therapy in a collaborative, client-centered, evolving environment. Octave Clinicians demonstrate strong clinical service thinking, informed by evidence-informed therapies. It is our effort to drive quality access and customize mental health treatment plans and service delivery for our clients. You will treat adult clients with stress, depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns via video, using short-term, evidence-based therapies. Candidates must be licensed in Illinois at the masters or doctoral level, well-versed in evidence-based therapies, like CBT or DBT, and expert in the delivery of culturally responsive care.

Starting pay for qualified applicants will depend on a combination of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is set forth below and this range may be modified in the future.
The hourly compensation range for this role is listed below dependent on licensure:
In-Person Rates:
$63-$118/hour for master's level license.
$73-$123/hour for doctoral level license.
Virtual Rates:
$60-$115/hour for master's level license.
$70-$120/hour for doctoral level license.

Summary of Primary Function/Scope:
The Clinical Director is responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality patient care in the market assigned. By leading, advising, and supporting all aspects of a clinician’s clinical experience with IHT, all clinicians are well-prepared to drive patient outcomes. Ensuring therapists are prepared through exceptional training and education, supported as they navigate the home health landscape and provide day-to-day patient care, and fully accountable for meeting IHT standards of quality and patient outcomes is the primary responsibility of the role. Equally critical is consistent servant leadership/management of all assigned staff and collaborating with all Clinical Directors to ensure “one-company” clinical standards are implemented and maintained at the local level. Reflecting the “clinical needs of therapists” and advocating for high-performing therapists across IHT is an ongoing aspect of the role. The Clinical Director reports to the Regional Director.

Compliance and Quality
· Set expectations with all clinicians and Clinical Leads that IHT will adhere to all elements identified in the IHT Compliance and Quality Program.
· Collaborate with Clinical Compliance on all Compliance investigations and responses.
· Oversee Quality Audits and reporting to meet requirements outlined in the IHT Quality Assurance Standards.
2) Therapist Performance Management
· Review and action plan based on visit count, missed visit, assistant utilization, etc.
· Annual reviews, include Regional Director if compensation discussion included
· Collaborate with RD to address HHA concerns regarding clinical or quality-based issues
· Monitor/enforce SOP and clinical policies
· Manage therapists' time off and oversee coverage process, in collaboration with RD
3) Education and Training
· Onboard new clinicians
· Coordinate EMR training so clinicians can accept patient visits for those agencies associated with the assigned territory
· Oversee that all clinicians in the region successfully participate in all company compliance and quality training and targeted training on specific clinical and documentation needs based on performance metrics, audits, and client feedback.
4) Therapist Engagement
· Initial touchpoint for all new hires within the region, utilize Clinical Leads for shadowing/training
· Collaborate with the Regional Directors in preparing weekly mass communication for therapists
· Conduct virtual meetings with the entire therapy team to include critical company, compliance, and quality updates
· Available as coach/mentor to therapists (delegate to Clinical Lead, as needed)
5) Region / market management
· Participate in weekly market meeting
· Participate in RD/Sales/TA huddles
Escalated Responsibilities
· Escalation point for Clinical Support regarding late documentation, QA checks, or compliance issues
· Escalation point for monitoring and management of scheduled visit report and utilization efficiency, work with Clinical Support as needed
· Escalation point for weekly check-ins with new hires and 30/60/90 days, work with Clinical Leads as needed
As Needed Responsibilities
· Work in collaboration with RDs, CSM/MDM as needed
· Participate in new agency weekly meetings
· Participate in Case Conference weekly as requested (delegate to Clinical Lead, as needed)
· Assist with agency Clinician complaints or concerns
· Support Clinical Interviews
Clinical Manager TEAM Responsibilities
· Finalize Therapist Performance management scorecard using DOMO (initial framework under development
· Create Clinical Interview Template to utilize and share with TA team
· Schedule quarterly execution of Annual Competencies
· Work with Eleni & RDs to ensure Clinical Support is used in a similar fashion across market
