Overview

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Core Experiences Team. This team builds and maintains the foundational services and SDKs that power Speechify’s product experience across platforms. It's a critical role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of product and infrastructure, thinks strategically, and is passionate about designing clear, reliable APIs and simple systems that directly enhance the user experience.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Speechify’s Product Teams to scope projects, find ways to reduce scope to get faster feedback from customers, navigate the integration/UX tradeoffs relevant to different product teams, and deliver solutions via our cross-platform SDK
• Optimize existing functionality to ship things like faster loading and more intelligent parsing by designing more efficient abstractions and improving our algorithms
• Ship cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs using Kotlin

  • Kotlin Multiplatform (Java experience is OK but role is Kotlin Multiplatform)

Product Owner – Digital Assets (H/F)

We are currently looking for a Product Owner – Digital Assets to join our Product Management team and define, structure and drive the development of Digital Assets capabilities within our existing multi-asset trading platform. This newly created role combines product strategy and execution: the first objective is to structure and define the Digital Assets scope, build the roadmap and position the offer through market and competitive analysis, before leading its implementation and acting as the internal reference point on Digital Assets topics.

Profile 

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Financial Markets, Electronic Trading or Digital Assets
• Exposure to crypto markets, tokenization or digital asset-related projects
• Exposure to derivative products
• Experience in Product Ownership, Product Management or Business Analysis 
• Strong understanding of trading workflows and real-time systems 
• Ability to structure a product line and define roadmap priorities 
• Awareness of regulatory constraints related to Digital Assets environments 
• Comfortable working in Agile environments 

Technical Environment

Trading Application Support Specialist – Dubai – w/m

We are currently looking for a Trading Application Support Specialist (W/M), based in Dubai for a Full Time Position and Permanent Contract, to successfully ensure the deployment of our solutions to our clients (brokers, investment banks, stock exchanges...) and be their primary point of contact for technical support. Issue Analysis and Resolution:

• Analyse and troubleshoot issues or incidents, aiding customers in resolving issues, explaining usage, debugging failures, pinpointing problems, implementing workarounds, enhancing performance, improving security, and determining root causes.
• Define the severity and area of each issue, ensuring accurate classification and prioritization.
• Resolve tickets according to the required knowledge, adhering to the proper process, and escalate when necessary for timely resolution.

Customer Communication and Support:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their requests through resolution or escalation.
• Keep customers updated on the progress of their ticket resolution, providing clear communication regarding steps and timing.
• Write comprehensive documentation on current issues for customers to enhance their knowledge and understanding (KDB).

Deployment and Training:

• Deploy products at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

• Essential knowledge in Linux, along with a basic understanding of SQL/Database, object-oriented languages : Java, APIs, networks, operating systems, as well as experience of usage of one of the Monitoring tools such as Datadog.
• Ideal candidates will additionally have knowledge of FIX protocol, and experience in financial application support and software implementation.
