We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (SEM and CRO) to own and scale our performance marketing engine across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, pay-per-click review platforms (e.g., Capterra, Technology Advice), and high-intent organic search. You’ll be responsible for driving efficient, scalable growth across the full funnel—owning strategy, execution, and optimization for both paid and organic channels, with a strong experimentation mindset focused on improving conversion across key landing pages and the website.
This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who is equally comfortable in keyword strategy, bid management, targeting, on-site conversion rate optimization (CRO), creative testing, and experiment design—and who can translate insights into clear stories and recommendations for marketing, cross-functional partners, and leadership.

Position Summary
The Account Manager, Programmatic is responsible for responsible for campaign set up, tagging and optimization. Their goal is to improve the quality and performance of our campaigns.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure effective set up of advertisers, line items (tactics) in various Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) including DoubleClick Bid Manager, TURN, The Trade Desk, Adobe, etc.
· Ensure creative in display, video, mobile, rich media, etc., is uploaded and assigned.
· Ensure campaign set up checklist for is adhered to and provide final sign-off/approval of campaign set up QA.
· Implement applicable Brand Safety measures to a campaign (e.g. MOAT, IAS, OpenSlate, Nielsen DAR, etc.)
· Generate DSP conversion and remarketing pixels.
· Generate campaign performance, delivery and site level reports from DSPs.
· Review and flag any potential challenges (e.g. low viewability placements, non-brand safe sites, etc.) or opportunities (e.g. high performing placements with low eCPMs) and create site lists based on reports.
· Implement and troubleshoot DSP pixels within tag manager.
· Resolve errors in a timely manner (e.g. adjust naming conventions/flight dates so they match the data in the DSP).
· Troubleshoot tagging issues for clients (e.g. tracking/conversion pixels, 3rd party verification, creative, etc.).
· Escalate issues to senior operations lead(s) in a timely manner.
· Build/set up campaign reports within reporting dashboard, and draw meaningful insights that correlate to industry benchmarks and brand KPIs.
· Support the utilization of data management platforms (e.g. Audience Segmentation strategy)
· Recommend testing alternative platforms or media partners for specific campaign KPIs.
· Document product feedback sheets when shifting campaigns to new platforms.
· Train new team members (e.g. Coordinator and Associate) on platforms and processes.
· Proactively present strategic brand solutions to client teams.
· First point of escalation on campaign or platform issues (pacing/performance).
Qualifications:
· Professional or Educational background in Marketing or Advertising would give leverage to this application.
· 5-6 years' experience in programmatic, digital display, search, trafficking, ad operations or site analytics optimization.
· Experience optimizing campaigns (e.g. display campaigns, SEM, trafficking, etc.)
· Familiarity with ad serving and campaign management tools would give leverage to this application. (e.g. DoubleClick, Google Analytics, Google Ad Sense, etc.)
· Basic understanding of tagging for analytics
· Fundamental knowledge of online media metrics and analysis
· Learning agility, with a passion for continuous development.
· Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
· Highly developed organizational skills with attention to detail accuracy.
· Excellent ability to manage and prioritize time effectively.
· Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
· Proactive approach to problem solving, assisting the team, self-development, etc.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Manager of Creator Marketing is a data-driven, results-oriented, and highly organized platform expert with experience managing and executing influencer campaigns. We are looking for a builder with a growth mindset who can continue to elevate Salt’s influencer offering through continued innovation and iteration. The best candidate for this role would be a digital native with a burning curiosity for user-generated content, trend analysis and influencer culture. They have a strong comprehension of how to leverage influencers to drive outcomes, the key players on each platform, when to activate and how to achieve client goals. This candidate should have a passion for working with creative storytellers and enable influencers to create authentically while managing timelines, deliverables, and KPIs for our partners.
The Manager of Creator Marketing will serve primarily as the day-to-day client lead for all things influencer marketing. This role will require the candidate to quickly learn, adopt and deploy the Salt technology stack, make recommendations on new processes and improvements, educate colleagues and collaborate with our media, creative and account leads daily. Reporting into the Associate Director, this candidate will collaborate across the organization to oversee and execute unique, data-driven influencer strategies for clients, and serving as an in-house expert for clients. The successful candidate will need to manage strong trust-based relationships with both client and agency team members, advocating for client success and ensuring programs are implemented to the highest possible standards.
We are looking for an individual who can work both collaboratively and autonomously with ease, and has a passion for managing and mentoring junior team members.

The Specialist, Creator Marketing is a proactive, collaborative, highly organized, and results-driven individual with agency experience who will execute world-class creator marketing programs for Salt and its clients. A digital native with a passion for social media marketing, user-generated content, trend analysis, and influencer culture, this person will be a vital part of a high-performance team. They will mentor account coordinators, collaborate with content creators to tell brand stories, drive awareness, and foster conversion through innovative tactics and tools. As the main point of contact between clients and Salt’s content creators, the Specialist, Creator Marketing will develop deep expertise in Salt’s processes and technology. ROLE OVERVIEW
The Media Supervisor is a data driven, insights led media strategist and platform expert with hands on analytics reporting and management experience. The best candidate for this role would be a natural collaborator, with strong presentation, organizational and strategic thinking skills. They have a strong comprehension of the media landscape and a proactive nature combined with a high level of attention to detail. The Media Supervisor is on top of current and emerging trends in the world of digital media and ideally the CPG & Sports betting industries, as this role will be working primarily in this exciting space.
The Media Supervisor will serve as a primary, daily point of client contact pertaining to media, including but not limited to Paid Social, Video, OOH, TV and Content. The role will require the right candidate to be highly proficient in media planning, implementation, reporting and analysis. This includes understanding online user journey optimizations, a very solid understanding of Google Analytics and online tracking and measurement. The successful candidate will need to develop strong trust-based relationships with both the client and agency team members.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $85,000–$95,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, level of responsibility, internal equity, and business needs. This range represents the expected base salary for this role and does not include other elements of SALT/The Kitchen’s total rewards program.
