Technical Infrastructure Mastery: Deep hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, encompassing storage solutions, container platforms (such as Kubernetes), and operational automation via scripting or ITSM integrations.
Strategic Communication & Influence: Advanced skills in facilitation, negotiation, and conflict management, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment and bridge technical and executive perspectives.
Bilingual Proficiency: Native-level Japanese and business-level English (written and verbal) communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration between local Japanese customers and international APJ teams.
Solution-Oriented Leadership: A track record of managing complex projects and tasks with a result-oriented mindset, focused on building long-term professional relationships and solving difficult technical problems.

About the Role
The Media Planning Manager is a central planning role within the EssenceMediacom Japan team, sitting on a premium global brand account. The client operates across a full-funnel media objective—from upper-funnel brand awareness through to lower-funnel conversion—requiring a planner who can connect strategy to execution across both biddable and non-biddable channels.
This role goes beyond digital activation. You will be the primary planning contact for the account, responsible for translating brand strategy into integrated media plans spanning Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display and Video, as well as direct buy placements including DOOH, OOH, and premium DSP partnerships. You will own vendor and platform relationships, manage integrated reporting, and advise the client on media investment decisions.

The Senior Enterprise New Logo Account Executive is an experienced enterprise hunter to lead Jamf's new logo acquisition at the enterprise level. This is a fully new logo role — your responsibility is to identify, target, and close new enterprise accounts (with 4,000+ employees). You'll manage the entire sales process, develop relationships with C-suite executives, navigate complex buying committees, and secure high-value logos that lay out the groundwork for long-term customer partnerships.
