We’re seeking a dedicated Street Team Associate to join our dynamic team at Bird through our trusted staffing partner, TalentBurst, to support operations and logistics with fleet deployment and other tasks.

As a Street Team Associate, you’ll be the face of our operations on the ground in Nashville. This dedicated role is focused on proactively managing vehicle organization, improving rider engagement, and ensuring compliance with city parking regulations. Your efforts will directly enhance operational efficiency, reduce public complaints, and strengthen our partnerships with city stakeholders—especially ahead of key regulatory milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle Organization & Rebalancing
• Ensure designated parking zones remain clear, organized, and in compliance with Nashville city regulations.
• Proactively tidy up mis-parked vehicles in high-traffic areas.
• Rebalance and reposition out-of-nest vehicles to optimize rider access and visibility.
• Rider Engagement & Education
• Interact with riders in the field to provide support and education on proper parking behavior.
• Promote positive user habits that align with city compliance standards.
• Maintenance Monitoring & Reporting
• Identify and report minor maintenance or operational issues in the field (e.g., damaged vehicles, faulty kickstands).
• Communicate observed issues to the operations team for follow-up.
• Data Collection & Field Insights
• Collect observational data on parking patterns, high-demand areas, and rider behavior.
• Provide feedback to support continuous improvement in operations and city collaboration.

What You'll Do:

• Participate fully in the Solutions Engineering Academy bootcamp, mastering core product knowledge, sales methodologies, and demonstration techniques.
• Shadow and support the Commercial sales team throughout the sales cycle, including discovery calls and technical discussions, in preparation for a client-facing role.
• Conduct internal practice demonstrations of the Motive product offering, effectively showcasing our core value proposition, specifically the capabilities driven by Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

• Bachelor's Degree required

Xos is seeking a dedicated and reliable Material Handler to join our Warehouse team. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the success of the warehouse operations by ensuring the efficient movement and handling of materials within our facility.

To be a successful Material Handler at Xos, you should be able to receive, inspect and record shipments with raw material or products. You will be responsible for loading and unloading packages and checking their contents to ensure they match the orders. Ultimately, the Material Handler should be highly organized, have a great eye for detail, and able to manage incoming material to ensure we receive the correct packages.

Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with procurement staff to list expected deliveries.
• Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt.
• Unload packages from incoming trucks.
• Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged.
• Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price etc).
• Contact the supplier or shipper if a mistake is identified.
• Assume responsibility for returning unsatisfactory shipments or receiving replacements.
• Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place.
• Ensure invoices are signed and paid for satisfactory deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control.
• Maintain departmental housekeeping and 5S standards.
• Organize stock in the most efficient way using forklifts, pallets, cranes, etc.

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will be pivotal to the growth of our Mid-Market sales segment, driving new business with companies operating 50-174 trucks across the US and Canada. Job Summary

The Fleet Manager is a critical logistical role essential to Bird's success in Memphis. You will take responsibility for all elements of the local fleet of e-scooters and e-bikes, ensuring they are charged, safe, and positioned correctly to meet the community's transportation needs.

We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals or logistics businesses ready to hit the ground running. Whether you are a solo operator with a single van or a fleet owner capable of deploying multiple drivers, you can scale this partnership to fit your capacity.

This is a revenue-share opportunity where earnings are directly tied results. Based on a fleet volume of approximately 125 vehicles daily, this role offers an earning potential of $800 per week, with the opportunity to earn significantly more based on your speed and performance.

Important Details About the Role:

• This is an independent contractor position, not an employee role.
• You are responsible for your own tools, equipment, and any associated expenses required to complete your work.
• As an independent contractor, you manage your own schedule and workload to meet the operational needs of the market.

Responsibilities

• Fleet Transportation: Utilize your vehicle(s) or fleet to collect, deploy, relocate, and retrieve e-scooters and e-bikes across Memphis daily.
• Fleet Maintenance: Ensure timely repair and general maintenance of e-scooters and e-bikes to uphold brand standards and ensure rider safety
• Operational Management: Manage the end-to-end operation of your assigned portfolio, ensuring vehicles are available in high-demand areas.
• Field Execution: Problem-solve in real-time to overcome obstacles, prioritize tasks, and navigate local geography efficiently.

Must Haves

• Vehicle Access (Required): Must own or have consistent access to at least one large vehicle (van/truck) suitable for transporting multiple scooters/bikes. Fleet owners with multiple vehicles/drivers are encouraged to apply.
• Storage Space: Access to a garage, warehouse, or commercial facility with electricity is highly preferred for maximizing earnings (allows for overnight charging).
• License: Valid Class 5 Driver's License (or applicable commercial license) with a clean driving record for all operating drivers.
