Overview of the Job

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to lead Sertis’ combined accounting and some finance operations task. This role goes beyond core accounting to also own treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and finance operations, making sure cash, controls, and reporting all run smoothly. Reporting directly to the C-level, you will coach a small team of accounting and finance staff, partner with business units across Sertis, and play a central role in scaling our finance function as the company grows. 

In this role, you will get to:

• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements in line with TFRS
• Manage the full accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles, including vendor payments, customer collections, aging analysis, and credit control
• Lead treasury and cash management activities, including daily cash positioning, bank relationship management, FX exposure monitoring, and short-term liquidity planning
• Ensure full compliance with Thai tax regulations (VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax) and oversee timely filings and submissions
• Manage the annual external audit and serve as the primary point of contact for auditors, tax authorities, and regulators
• Develop, document, and continuously improve accounting and finance policies, internal controls, and SOPs across the end-to-end finance operations
• Partner with people team, project managers, and business team to align financial operations with commercial activity and improve working capital
• Support and Identify opportunities to automate and streamline finance processes, including driving better use, configuration, and module adoption of Odoo across accounting, AP, AR, and treasury
• Support strategic initiatives such as funding rounds, banking facilities, and corporate transactions as needed
• Support and coach a team accounting staff across general ledger, AP, AR, and treasury functions.

You’ll Be Successful If You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA is a plus, and an MBA, CFA, or further professional certification is a strong plus
• At least 5 years of experience across accounting and operations, with at least 1 year in a managerial or team-lead capacity; experience in the tech, services, or consulting industry is a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge of TFRS, Thai tax law, and statutory reporting; combined exposure to AP, AR, and treasury is essential
• Proven experience leading end-to-end close cycles, managing external audits, and overseeing cash and working capital
• Hands-on experiences with Odoo (ERP and accounting system) is highly preferred; equivalent experience with other ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) combined with willingness to ramp up on Odoo will also be considered
• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas) for analysis, reconciliation, and cash forecasting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement mindset, with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong in English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders

As Senior Analyst, Pay‑In (B2B), you will own and execute key Pay‑In and AR processes for Agoda’s B2B partner flows. You will be a subject‑matter expert on B2B cash and receivables, ensuring accurate and timely booking‑to‑cash accounting, reconciliation, and reporting, while supporting new product and partner launches.

In this role, you will:

• Run day‑to‑day Pay‑In & AR operations for B2B flows
  • Perform daily and monthly tasks for B2B AR and Pay‑In accounts (e.g., bookings, invoicing, receipts, credit card settlements, write‑offs, reclasses).
  • Ensure that financial data for which you are responsible is accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
  • Monitor B2B receivables aging and cash‑in‑transit (CIT) balances, following up on unusual items and long‑outstanding items.
• Manage B2B invoicing and cash application
  • Support and execute invoicing to B2B partners and/or intercompany entities, including aggregation logic and partner-specific configurations.
  • Reconcile cash receipts vs invoices and settlement reports for B2B partners, ensuring correct allocation at booking / CID / partner level.
  • Resolve payment‑related queries and discrepancies with internal stakeholders and partners with satisfactory outcomes.
• Lead B2B reconciliation activities
  • Perform end‑to‑end reconciliation between:
    • Booking systems, B2B invoicing, and general ledger.
    • B2B settlement reports / gateway reports, bank statements, and AR Reconciliator outputs.
  • Investigate and resolve recon breaks and data issues in collaboration with Tech, Product, and other Finance teams.
  • Maintain and monitor CIT aging, ensuring timely clearing and appropriate accounting treatment.

• Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in Accounting / Finance Operations, preferably with exposure to:
  • Pay‑In, AR, or revenue reconciliation; and/or
  • B2B, affiliate, or payment operations (e.g., gateways, card settlements, invoicing).
• Experience in a multinational company; travel / e‑commerce / online platform industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in transaction processing, reconciliations, and month‑end closing, including handling more complex transactions.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); comfortable working with large data sets and multiple systems.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Cash Management & Treasury Operations Specialist to support day-to-day cash operations across Corporate and Merchant funds.

You will contribute to cash positioning, forecasting, reporting, and control activities with increasing exposure to regulatory requirements and treasury system enhancements. You will also support key treasury projects, including TMS development, cash segregation and FBO account implementation, as well as initiatives focused on automation, operational efficiency, and optimization of treasury-related P&L costs (e.g., transaction and banking fees).

This is an excellent opportunity to build strong technical treasury foundations in a structured and evolving environment.

In This Role, You’ll Get To

Cash Management

• Execute recurring treasury activities to operate existing cash concentration and cash pooling structures.
• Support monitoring of currencies not connected to the cash pool and assist in improving forecasting accuracy for those balances.
• Analyze entity and bank account level cash positions to identify opportunities for integration and connectivity to existing cash pool structures. Coordinate the enablement of bank account connectivity and onboarding for identified account inclusion.
• Assist with daily cash positioning and ensure sufficient funding across bank accounts.
• Manage the daily/weekly funding of wallets (top ups) with our Corporate funds.
• Support FX settlements with banking partners (merchant/corporate accounts) within the TMS across the full range of financial derivative instruments.

Reporting

• Contribute to extending the short-term cash flow forecast to a 13-week horizon by leveraging AP/AR historical data and applying statistical estimation methods.
• Build and maintain an interest result tracking file to monitor financial impact under the cash segregation framework.
• Build and maintain a robust monthly reporting of non L4L fees, for both pay-ins and pay-outs.
• Build and maintain a monthly reporting of rejection bank fees by currency and bank account.
• Support cash management dashboard enhancements under the cash segregation project.

Projects

• Support the Global TMS rollout by assisting with documentation, SOP preparation, and user testing where required.
• Monitor and support compliance with KRW regulatory requirements under guidance from senior team members.
• Perform weekly controls related to cash segregation and escalate discrepancies when identified.
• Explore Like for Like settlement enhancements for collection and payouts in order to reduce FX transaction costs.

Controls & Audit

• Execute treasury controls linked to new TMS implementation and cash segregation processes.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements to strengthen controls.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CFA, CTP) preferred. 
• 5+ years’ experience working in a Treasury department of a regulated entity offering products that are considered financial services. 
• In-depth knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, financial markets, and investment strategies 
• Prior experience operating cash concentration and notional cash pool structures within a corporate treasury or banking environment
• Well-read in Asia market regulations and able to concisely express requirements for operating a financial services business as it pertains to Treasury in ASEAN 
• Familiarity with end-to-end bank account maintenance, including account opening, on-going KYC/AML requirements, and required reporting in relation to holding customer funds. 
• Thorough understanding of currency control frameworks particularly in India and experience in navigating them to achieve Treasury objectives 
• Proven success in improving cash management in a fast-moving business that has pay-in/pay-out flows in at least 5+ currencies.

• 3+ years’ experience working in the global/central Treasury of an organization as opposed to within a subsidiary.
• Expert level proficiency in treasury management systems, accounting ERP, and MS/Google Office suite.
• Curious, creative, and innovative when it comes to designing proper fund flows without stifling the business growth.
• Strong analytical skills, able to deep dive, problem solve, and confidently reply to senior level executives when urgency is mandated.

In this Role, you’ll get to:  

• Project manage and implement various company-wide strategic initiatives.
• Think through and investigate implications of new initiatives to various finance functions (accounting, tax, operations, treasury, commercial, financial systems, risk & control etc.) and systems.

What you’ll Need to Succeed: 

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferrable Finance Project related
• Ideally with some tech industry / e-commerce background, some finance operations and business analysis experience.
• Extensive stakeholder management experience and ability to influence people
• Process Integration Expertise: Demonstrated experience leading process integration, reorganization, or transformation initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Undergraduate Degree (ideally in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting but others + professional accounting qualifications also acceptable)

The Opportunity:

The Treasury Manager – Banking and Strategy supports BKNG Treasury dedicated to the Agoda brand, leading the organization and execution of global banking operations across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. The role spans bank relationship management (including banking wallet), commercial management (fees and interest), banking infrastructure, and treasury strategy. You will develop regulatory-compliant banking solutions and connectivity in collaboration with the Center of Expertise in Amsterdam, elevating capabilities through continuous improvement, automation, and robust controls.

You will drive strategy execution for complex initiatives (e.g., Connected Trip, regulated payments), through funds flow target operating model design, deliver data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders, and enable efficient ways of working across Treasury via planning, budgeting, and service management. As BKNG scales, the role will evolve to include people's leadership.

In this role, you will get to:

• Lead and support global banking operations across Americas, EMEA, and APAC; oversee bank relationship management (wallet, fees), banking infrastructure, and treasury strategy.

The Financial Operations team manages all customer funds across the region, ensuring that funds are placed appropriately, liquidity is managed correctly, transactions are reconciled and all manual operations to support customer fund flows are executed to an extremely high standard.

As we expand across more countries, we have developed a global offering (“Global Accounts”) for our merchants, allowing them to move funds seamlessly across currencies and leverage any of Xendit’s global services from within one dashboard. This role will be the main owner of all regional fund flows, overseeing float management, liquidity forecasting, day to day operations, cross border and FX operations. The focus will be on the strategy and management of this, while execution will primarily be done by the existing operations team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of Management, Accounting, Finance, or a similar course, with 5-8 years of relevant experience in a start-up/fast paced environment or within the payments, fintech, or financial services spaces
• At least 3 years working in cross-border and FX operations
• Able to get your hands dirty, getting into the weeds of the operations to ensure they are done in the most efficient and effective manner
• Comfortable dealing with large datasets and data analysis

Responsibilities

Design & execute the fund management & liquidity strategy for Global Accounts operations

• Understand all fund flows, their volumes, and their liquidity requirements, in order to design the right strategy to support these operations
• Design & execute on the strategy to manage liquidity in the most operationally and cost effective manner for Xendit. Adjust strategy as needed
• Monitor funds across the region through the day to ensure correct allocation across accounts and currencies

Monitor Global Accounts & FX operations to ensure seamless execution

• Execution of Global Accounts & FX operations will be done by the existing Financial Operations team. Oversee and guide the operations to ensure that there are no errors or disruptions to merchant flows
• Create or update SOPs as required to correct operations and ensure they all follow best practices
• Address and manage any operational issues or escalations independently

Operational improvements & reporting

• Focus on the processes and tooling to enable the execution of cross border fund flows and liquidity operations
• Report on Global Accounts operations and liquidity statuses to the Financial Operations Head and to broader leadership as required
• ⁠⁠Own and drive Global Accounts & FX metrics such as efficiency and accuracy

Work closely with various internal teams to drive success

• The reconciliations of all fund flows are done by a centralised team. Work closely with this team on all Global Accounts / FX recons to ensure they have the information they need and to address any questions / unreconciled items that arise
• As the product continues to evolve, partner closely with the product team to give feedback on the product and provide FinOps’ input and requests, to ensure future builds and evolutions meet our operational requirements
• Solve complex problems by working across product, regional partnerships, treasury, compliance, sales and growth teams to ensure FinOps is able to support all aspects of our Global Accounts
