About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst to join our People Services Excellence team. This role supports backend operations including invoice processing, vendor coordination, and budget reporting across People-related services such as Workplace Operations, Global Mobility, and Business Travel.
We value accuracy over speed, independent problem-solving, and full ownership of tasks from start to finish. You will work closely with People, Finance, Admin, and Real Estate teams to ensure timely payment processing and contribute to team efficiency and scalability.

The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead, develop and grow a role within the Commercial and Corporate Team. Seeking a senior, seasoned, able, confident, curious and self-motivated lawyer (to be based in Bangkok) to join the Agoda Commercial and Corporate Legal team who will work closely with other stakeholders in the Booking Holdings group and particularly with colleagues across the Group brands.
This is an important role, reporting to the VP of Commercial and Corporate, leading and owning the relations with the Supply team that manages 100% of Agoda’s property relationships. There is a high focus on supply contracts, B2B relationships, all matters relating to hotel/property relationships, general commercial matters and Supply Team operational improvements. You will have an opportunity to be the sole POC for what is one of Agoda’s most dynamic and important teams – right at the heartbeat of the Agoda model.

In this Role, you'll get to:
Be the key decision maker for certain legal decisions in conjunction with business stakeholders and escalates other key decisions. You will ensure collaborative engagement with teams across the Agoda Legal Team and manage escalations to senior management (including GC and CEO).
Draft and negotiate international, commercial agreements with a focus on strategic partnerships, B2B, supply distribution, new initiatives, marketing, and public relations.
Own and lead the legal support with a critical business partner that covers 100% of all supply relationships for Agoda. With a small team you will help develop junior team members coaching and mentoring.
Actively engage with Agoda senior management at a C-suite level.
Provide well-reasoned, practical legal advice on a wide-range of legal and business matters and processes. You will be the “go to person” for the Supply team and will dovetail your priorities with their priorities and strategy.
Be fully autonomous for management of the legal Supply team together with the creation and delivery of departmental and team objectives.
For Supply stakeholders – lead the provision of advice, strategic direction and commercial solutions relating to litigation and disputes. Managing these with smart, innovative and P&L focused solutions. Draft key agreements with hotel partners, manage disputes and drive continual improvement and innovation.
As a true business partner, to maintain regular communication with key business teams, including senior level management, global legal team, finance and tax, and external counsel.
Drive and implement contract standards and controls, including that which happens at the holding company and/or sister-brand level.
Be the lead contact to drive new policies, procedures, training, and templates with the goal of fostering efficiency and compliance – with a lens on efficiency and innovation.
Influence senior stakeholders on innovative implementation of key legislation across broad legal areas specific to Supply.
Support the VP of Commercial and Corporate in ideation and implementation of pan team strategies, initiatives and innovation. You will work across the Agoda legal team driving collaboration, efficiencies and a deep level of cross team engagement.
What you'll Need to Succeed:
12+ years post qualified experience with a high level of impact.
Demonstrable ability to work autonomously with proven management and leadership experience of small-medium sized teams. High level of commercial awareness and business acumen.
Autonomous ability to manage and lead a multitude of complex and strategic legal matters and demonstrates a broad vision for the function. Ability to create, drive and own a strategy for the Supply legal team ensuring that vision and strategy is aligned with the annual business goals.
1st class communication (verbal and written) and organization skills with high level of English proficiency. Exceptional legal drafting skills.
Experience in negotiating and influencing high complexity and risk matters externally (including government authorities).
Have the ability to provide commercial, innovative legal solutions to a fast paced and challenging business partner. A passion to drive efficiencies and process improvement – including the use of Gen AI.
Qualified lawyer/attorney with current entitlement to practice. Strong academic credentials, top-tier law firm experience plus prior in-house and significant contracting and commercial experience.
History of providing simple, concise & pragmatic advice for legal matters with high complexity and risk or strategic importance, always ensuring communications cut through complexities, are simple, avoid jargon and appropriate for the target audience. Making the complex simple with a wide range of stakeholders.
Deep experience in dealing with general commercial contracting matters, B2B relationships, procurement and disputes – ideally within the travel or B2B space. This role will be the sole contact for all supply related matters (including disputes) for the Agoda One Supply division.
Proactively anticipating issues that are yet to come for the business supported areas with holistic awareness across the organization. Create innovative solutions that take account of risk appetite and business goals.
Interact with colleagues, both legal and commercial, from the Supply/Key Accounts teams as well as Product Team to drive collaboration, consistency and alignment of operational practices.
Ability to work independently from intake through execution and work closely with business partners on solutions and innovative process improvements.

The Opportunity
You will own and shape accounting across multiple countries in a fast-moving, global OTA — not just running the books but rethinking how accounting creates strategic value. Partner closely with business leaders, tax authorities, auditors, external advisors, and Agoda’s group brands to deliver timely reporting and enable new product and market launches across multiple legal entities.
This role blends accounting leadership, projects, and internal consulting. The Opportunity:
We are looking for someone to lead our Global Employee Relations Team as a Senior Manager, Employee Relations. This role leads the development of policies, advisory standards, case governance and analytics to ensure fair, consistent and legally sound people practices. As a Finance Systems Product Manager / Senior Specialist (Tax Technology), you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of Agoda’s tax technology stack, with a strong focus on indirect tax engines and compliance enablement.
Based in Bangkok with Agoda Services Co. Ltd, this role reports to the Tax Data & Technology Associate Director and is part of a Tax organization that is rapidly expanding to support the evolving global tax landscape for digital services. While the role applies product‑management principles (such as requirements definition, solution design, and lifecycle ownership), it is not part of Agoda’s core Product organization. Instead, you will act as a hands‑on tax systems and solutions partner, working closely with Finance, Accounting, Product, Engineering, Legal, and senior stakeholders, as well as sister brands and our US parent company.
This is a systems‑first, highly practical role at the intersection of tax, data, and technology. You will translate complex tax requirements into scalable system logic, contributing directly to Agoda’s compliance, automation, and risk‑mitigation agenda in a fast‑growing, platform‑driven environment.

The Opportunity:
As a Manager, Tax Technology, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Agoda's tax systems, with a strong focus on indirect tax engines and compliance enablement. Based in Bangkok with Agoda Services Co. Ltd, this role will report to the Tax Data & Technology Associate Director and sit within a broader Tax team that is rapidly expanding in response to the evolving global tax landscape for digital services. While embedded within the Tax and Finance organization, you will work closely with Product, Technology, Supply, Legal, and Senior Leadership teams, as well as collaborate with sister brand companies and our US parent company.
This is a systems‑first, hands‑on role at the intersection of tax, data, and technology. You will design and operationalize tax logic, tax classification, and tax determination within Agoda's tax systems, translating complex tax requirements into scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly with billing platforms, ERP, and compliance tools. The role offers a unique opportunity to influence how tax technology is designed and operated in a high‑growth, platform‑driven environment, while contributing directly to Agoda’s long‑term compliance, automation, and risk‑mitigation strategy.

The Opportunity:
Based in our Bangkok office, this accounting role will work across Agoda’s core operational entities, which mainly focus on accommodation and flight reservations. This role offers the opportunity to explore the accounting and finance of an online travel agency (OTA) with all the functions that drive OTA products. You will also have the chance to coordinate with other brands within Booking Holdings and gain exposure to international accounting and finance.
In this Role, you’ll get to:
Financial Accounts
Maintain accounting records including journal entries
Maintain and control over fixed assets register
Issue and control over invoices, tax invoices, receipts
Coordinate with intercompany related to month-end closing and confirmation
Correspond with external auditors for statutory financial report
Identifying and communicating issues to the Manager
Assist accounting manager on ad-hoc assignment
Reporting
Prepare financial closing, reporting packages, accounts reconciliation and analysis on the responsible areas
Prepare detail reports to support manager on the Quarterly Balance Sheet review with CFO
What you’ll Need to Succeed:
3-5 years’ experience in accounting field
Graduated Bachelor in Accountancy
Accounting standard knowledge (e.g. IFRS, US GAAP, and Local Accounting Standard)
Preparation of Statutory reports
Proficient ERP Software (Oracle is preferable)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Microsoft office packages (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent analytical/numerical skills – including strong attention to detail

Experience in preparing financial statements under US GAAP

The Opportunity:
As a Specialist - Oracle Fintech Data and Automation (FDA), you will be a key member of our team, using your 5+ years of experience to design, implement, and manage systems and processes controls that drive our Finance functions. You’ll take on the role of Compliance Owner for “Off The Shelf Systems (OTS),” working closely with IT, Product, Risk and Compliance, Auditors, and other departments. We’re looking for a results-oriented professional who can communicate effectively, manage projects, and collaborate across teams.
You will be expected to confidently express your ideas and perspectives to stakeholders and manage projects with minimal supervision. Being comfortable with ambiguity, organized, and possessing strong interpersonal skills will be essential to your success. Your ability to influence, communicate, and drive change will be critical in delivering value to the business.

The Opportunity:
The Treasury Manager – Banking and Strategy supports BKNG Treasury dedicated to the Agoda brand, leading the organization and execution of global banking operations across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. The role spans bank relationship management (including banking wallet), commercial management (fees and interest), banking infrastructure, and treasury strategy. You will develop regulatory-compliant banking solutions and connectivity in collaboration with the Center of Expertise in Amsterdam, elevating capabilities through continuous improvement, automation, and robust controls.
You will drive strategy execution for complex initiatives (e.g., Connected Trip, regulated payments), through funds flow target operating model design, deliver data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders, and enable efficient ways of working across Treasury via planning, budgeting, and service management. As BKNG scales, the role will evolve to include people's leadership.

Get to Know Our Team
Fintech is one of the fastest growing areas in Agoda and we are rapidly expanding our tech team. We work closely with the finance business team and our Fintech product owners to reduce risk, drive efficiencies and move on new market opportunities in this exciting field. We have a wide range of projects from traditional finance to cutting-edge customer fintech. For example, reconciliation using Big Data technologies, growing and optimizing customer payments options, tax calculations in milli-second response times and a mesh of supplier payment options like virtual credit cards. It’s a hot field and the perfect mix of data engineering and backend engineering.

In this role, you will not only develop robust backend systems but also architect and maintain scalable data pipelines and storage solutions that support complex data collection, processing, and analysis.
