Culinary Leadership & Menu Development

• Lead the creation of seasonal, innovative menus aligned with Soho House standards and member expectations

Supplier & Stock Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers to source high-quality seasonal ingredients
• Oversee procurement, stock control, storage, and inventory processes
• Ensure accurate receipt and monitoring of all goods

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with HACCP and all food safety standards
• Maintain high levels of hygiene, food labelling, and temperature control
• Ensure all team members are trained in health and safety procedures
• Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, reporting any issues promptly

Commercial Support & Collaboration

• Work closely with the Executive Chef and management team to drive member satisfaction and retention
• Support menu tastings, feedback processes, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure front-of-house teams are fully knowledgeable about menu offerings
• Act on feedback, including mystery diner reports, with clear action plans

In this Role, you'll get to:

Finance Operations Payout Support is part of the Finance Operations & Controlling function within the Finance Payout department. Our team builds and maintains strong relationships with vendors and property partners by delivering excellent service across vendor onboarding and payment issue resolution. 

As an Operations Payout Support Specialist, you will primarily manage vendor onboarding for non-trade vendors by collecting required documents, validating and maintaining vendor master data, coordinating system enablement, and following up until vendors are fully operational. THE ROLE:
Manager, Sourcing - Men's Sweaters (SEA) 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Business need analytics & supplier identification: finds, vets, pitches, signs and onboards vendors, to secure the best quality, cost, speed, reliability and scalability
• Pitching and on-boarding vendor partners in speed. This should be done with clear criteria around the initial test period and ensuring their ability to scale, if the test period is successful.
• Supplier relationship management: sets up the vendor for success thru vendor onboarding trainings, performance management thru WBR and MBR, etc

Requirements

• Proven experience in office management, administration, or operations support in a fast-paced environment.
• Good working English (written and spoken) and native Thai.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities calmly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).
• High ownership mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Desirable

• Familiarity with Thai legal, HR, and office administration processes, including company filings, visa and work permit coordination, Social Security and payroll tax administration, and office lease or landlord coordination.
• Experience in managing budgets, expense tracking, and cost analysis.

We are hiring an Office Manager to support our growing Phuket office. You will take ownership of the office’s day to day operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently, professionally, and to a high standard. This includes overseeing administration, coordinating onboarding and travel logistics, supporting HR and finance administration, and maintaining a well organised, high functioning workplace.

About the Role

As a Contract Management Analyst at Agoda, you’ll play a key role in supporting our contract operations across the business. You’ll work closely with teams like procurement, supply, and finance to help manage the full contract lifecycle, from creation and review to compliance and renewal. Our contracts are organized and tracked through a centralized contract management system, which helps us maintain high standards of governance and control.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact by helping to streamline and centralize contract processes, especially on the procurement side where there’s room for improvement. You’ll be responsible for identifying and organizing contracts that may currently sit outside our main system, ensuring everything is coordinated, traceable, and compliant. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with systems, and can connect the dots across different teams to keep our contract management running smoothly.
