The role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our CyberDigital squad in Switzerland. You will play a pivotal role in helping create and share the engineering culture on a new team.
You have experience leading the design, implementation and operations of multi-channel platforms that can be managed or deployed on-prem. You excel at aligning business goals and technical requirements while providing clarity in risk management and trade-offs. As an Engineering Manager you will also be responsible for nurturing the career and professional development of a team of up to 10 engineers of various levels and skillsets

What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science Degree, or equivalent from a fully-accredited college or university.
- 6+ years of Java programming experience.
- Our core stack is Java/React, and we run on Kubernetes in a microservices architecture.
- 3+ years of experience working in full stack, multi-channel products
- A proven understanding of web standards,performance, best practices, security and browser internals.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves, collaborate with others, and get stuff done.
- Solid sense of responsibility; driving a project from inception to completion.
- Proven experience in production operations and support.
- Experience working in a collaborative coding environment, refining designs together, working through code reviews, and managing pull requests.

About the role
We are looking for a Staff Fullstack Software Engineer to play a key role in the design and implementation of our Cyberdigital white-labeled platform.
As a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll be in the middle of it all, acting as a leader and force multiplier – you’ll work with stakeholders to implement functionality, architect our systems, squash bugs, and continually grow as an engineer. The ideal candidate is both forward-thinking and hands-on, has a strong sense of ownership and drive for delivery, and is a good mentor and co-worker.
You will be responsible for collaborating with engineering leaders on the architecture direction and making sure you are supporting the team in adopting standards and ensuring that user-facing platforms are robust, maintainable and secure. You will work closely with product management, UX, backend architects, and delivery teams to translate business and user needs into elegant technical solutions.

About the role
We are looking for a Principal Engineer with experience in the design and operations of multi-channel white-labeled platforms. In this role you will lead the design and evolution of our platform to support the needs of both on-prem and hosted customers. Your influence will span across teams, projects and locations, shaping both our technical direction as well as how our teams build and operate software systems.
You will be responsible for defining frontend architecture standards, guiding engineering teams, and ensuring that user-facing platforms are robust, maintainable, secure, and future-proof. This is a senior, hands-on architecture role combining strategic design responsibility with deep technical execution.

What you'll need
- 10+ years programming experience, mastery of software development independent of language
- Advanced expertise in designing frontend platforms including mobile, web, SDKs and micro-frontends
- Advanced expertise in designing, building, and operating large-scale fault-tolerant distributed systems, applications, databases, and workflows.
- Ability to effectively translate product and UX concepts into scalable technical solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with continuous delivery principles and techniques: you’ve built systems with layered test automation that is always safe for automated releases to production, enabling a great, low-cycle time developer experience.
- A high standard for what “great” looks like, and experience continuously improving legacy systems to reach it.
- Strong judgment, experience recognizing and driving out critical decisions in a balanced and pragmatic way.
- Experience building systems with public cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Spanish a plus.
- Ability to lead and influence technical direction across multiple teams.

FM Solution Onboarding Engineer, you will join the Solutions Onboarding team as part of the FM Solutions Readiness & Customer Operations and will notably oversee the onboarding of new customers onto our platform. The main focus will be on the strategic Saas-Platform migration and enforce the capacity of the team to accelerate and succeed with this major migration. Priority and focus of the FM Solution Onboarding Engineer are related to customer migration and onboarding activities for an efficient, smooth (quality) and fast customer onboarding process in order to meet both FM Operations and customers objectives.
How you’ll contribute
· Solution onboarding
o Work hand in hand with the project managers and act as the main technical point of contact for the implementation of customer projects on all customer related environments – sandbox, staging and production
o Set realistic deadlines and ensure all customer requirements are met within that period
o Coordinate/delegate and manage internal tasks with the associated internal departments (infrastructure, network, CAB, etc.)
o Document and maintain the customers implementations for further references and updates.
o Participate in the full automation of all implementations across all production related environments; be part of the stakeholders to shape the future implementation tools.
o Assist the customer during UAT test phase, assist other teams in troubleshooting an issue in staging and during hyper-care period in Production
· Configuration control
o Implement configuration control checks to ensure projects adhere to guidelines and consistency between production related environments is maintained.
o Automate control check for faster feedback loop to project managers,
o Controls configuration after solution upgrades to ensure non-regression.
· Team collaboration
o Collaborate with the rest of the Solution Readiness team during the design to ensure ease of onboarding,
o Provide continuous feedback to the Solution Readiness team on possible improvements.
Preferred Requirements:
· Formal training in Computer Science or IT
· Experience working with API technologies
· Comfortable with writing documentation
· A strong desire to work in a technical environment
· Ability to work with teams in different geographical regions
· Comfortable working with new ideas and refining them into business deliverables.
