You will be entrusted with large ticket sizes and expected to operate with professionalism, discretion, and a sharp commercial instinct.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage risk effectively on large ticket transactions, ensuring best execution and competitive pricing
• Monitor markets and maintain awareness of macro and crypto-specific developments affecting trading
• Collaborate with internal teams including technology, compliance, and operations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of trading experience, ideally on a flow or block trading desk
• Traditional finance or non-crypto trading backgrounds welcome; crypto trading experience is a strong plus
• Demonstrable track record of handling large notional trades with sound risk management
• Intermediate Python skills — comfortable with data analysis, scripting, and trade tooling
• Commercially driven with a strong client-facing mindset
• Trustworthy, reliable, and able to exercise independent judgment under pressure
• Work nonstandard weeks i.e. cover weekends and evening shifts as required in exchange for off days on other weekdays
