THE ROLE
Everpure is seeking a Cloud and Data Services Account Executive to accelerate growth of the Portworx and Everpure Cloud across our EMEA (North) accounts. You will own a number of named customers and prospects, build and execute multi year account plans, and drive platform adoption with a focus on business outcomes such as resilience, risk reduction, faster application delivery, and operational efficiency.
You will work closely with cross functional teams across Everpure and the Cloud and Data Services team, including Systems Engineering, Customer Experience, Marketing, Partner teams, Product, and field leadership. This is a high impact individual contributor role with a strong emphasis on strategic planning, disciplined execution, and customer intimacy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and commercial accounts, delivering against annual and multi year revenue targets.
- Build and execute account plans that map buying centres, application priorities, Kubernetes roadmaps, and transformation programmes.
- Develop executive relationships across CIO, CTO, CISO, Head of Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, SRE, and Application leaders.
- Lead complex sales cycles from discovery through close, including security, risk, procurement, architecture review, and legal processes.
- Position Portworx around measurable outcomes: application resilience, ransomware recovery, data protection, regulatory compliance, cloud portability, and modernisation at scale.
- Orchestrate account teams and partner ecosystems, including GSIs, cloud providers, and regional partners, to drive pipeline creation and deal execution.
- Run a rigorous, value based sales process tailored to cloud native software, with accurate forecasting and strong hygiene in Salesforce and forecasting tools.
- Partner with Customer Experience to expand adoption post sale, identify expansion triggers, and build customer advocacy within the Manufacturing and Automotive community.
- Stay ahead of competitive dynamics in Kubernetes data services, backup and recovery, and container storage, using insights to sharpen strategy and messaging.
- Represent Portworx in customer meetings and relevant industry events, with a field first mindset.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven enterprise software sales experience, with a track record of closing and expanding high value, multi stakeholder deals in large organisations.
- Demonstrable experience selling into commercial & enterprise accounts, with an understanding of procurement, governance, risk, and security requirements.
- Strong grasp of cloud native concepts and the Kubernetes ecosystem, plus the ability to credibly engage architects and platform teams.
- Experience selling to both technical and executive stakeholders, translating technical capabilities into business value and risk outcomes.
- Disciplined pipeline generation, qualification, deal management, and forecasting, with strong operational habits in SFDC.
- Comfort working in a matrixed environment, influencing cross functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong communication and programme management skills, with clear account planning and stakeholder alignment.
- A customer first mindset and a bias for action, with resilience and curiosity.
- Business proficiency in both local language (Dutch, Swedish or Danish) and English.

What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be 100% onsite-based at one of our data centers. As an Inventory Control Specialist at CoreWeave you will be a critical contributor to the efficient operation of our data centers. You will be responsible for recording and tracking onsite assets, managing logistics, conducting audits, and ensuring that our equipment and resources are effectively utilized within your region. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
About the role:
- Asset Tracking: Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware and other IT assets within the data center region, including servers, networking equipment, and other hardware and materials.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate the shipping and receiving of IT materials and ensure their safe storage and distribution within the data center and to other facilities.
- Audits: Conduct ongoing audits of the asset inventory to verify accuracy and completeness, and make necessary updates to the inventory records.
- Resource Allocation: Collaborate with the operations team to allocate resources efficiently, ensuring that hardware and materials are available when needed and optimizing utilization.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of inventory, shipments, and audits, and provide regular reports to management.
- Technology Skills: Utilize inventory management software and other tools to maintain accurate records.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with various teams, including Operations, IT, Procurement, and Finance to ensure smooth workflow.

Who You Are:
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.

The Technical Program Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center projects, from design review through construction, commissioning, and operational handover. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
This position requires close coordination with multi-disciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), civil, IT infrastructure, security, and operations. The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical and electrical expertise, hands-on experience with Tier III+ and hyperscale data centers, and proven leadership in complex project environments.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Governance
- Lead the full project lifecycle including planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, energization, and handover.
- Develop and manage master schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Establish project governance, reporting cadence, executive dashboards, and portfolio-level reporting aligned with corporate PMO standards.
- Identify and manage project risks, maintain risk registers, and escalate critical issues.
- Ensure contractor compliance with contractual milestones, performance guarantees, and LD provisions.
- Support procurement strategy and evaluation of EPC / D&B / CM delivery models, including tender evaluations and contract award recommendations.
- Monitor CAPEX budgets, cost forecasts, funding requests, variance reporting, and progress payment certifications.
- Track procurement schedules and mitigate supply chain risks.
Engineering & Technical Oversight
- Review, approve, and coordinate technical designs across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, security, and IT infrastructure.
- Validate system redundancy (N+1, N+2, 2N, 2N+1), operational reliability, and maintainability requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, utility requirements, and international standards (Uptime Tier III/IV, NFPA, IEC, TIA, ISO).
- Coordinate with utility providers for grid interconnection, energization, and regulatory approvals.
- Oversee HV/MV infrastructure delivery, protection coordination, energization strategy, and power system studies (short circuit, load flow, arc flash).
- Manage vendor, contractor, and consultant performance to ensure adherence to technical specifications and project objectives.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead multi-disciplinary internal teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Act as the primary interface with clients, utility authorities, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication, alignment, and coordination across all parties.
- Mentor junior engineers and project staff, promoting knowledge transfer and operational excellence.
- Support the Director of Engineering in strategic planning and executive-level reporting.
Compliance, Quality & Safety
- Enforce engineering standards, corporate governance, and safety regulations.
- Review quality reports to validate installation quality and workmanship.
- Support environmental, health, and safety (EHS) initiatives and ensure statutory and environmental compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Operations & Handover
- Ensure a smooth transition to operations, including as-built documentation, SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, and asset registers.
- Ensure operational readiness, uptime SLA compliance, and post-handover stabilization.
- Support training of O&M teams.
- Validate performance metrics including PUE, WUE, and system reliability KPIs.
Qualifications
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, engineering leadership, or similar preferred.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, CDCP, ATD (Accredited Tier Designer).
Experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in data center construction, commissioning, or hyperscale infrastructure projects.
- Proven delivery of large-scale Tier III+ or hyperscale data centers (50 MW+).
- Experience with HV grid intake (100–400 kV) and campus-scale developments preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of critical data center systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, UPS, generators, fire suppression systems, and BMS/SCADA.
- Experience managing EPC / D&B contractors and complex stakeholder environments.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, IT infrastructure, and security systems.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.
- Fluent in English. Swedish is preferable but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within Sweden

The Security Design and Integration Manager Nordics will drive our efforts in securing our Data Centers throughout the Nordics. They have responsibility of overseeing security design, integration, implementation and programming. This role is also responsible for the integration of EdgeConneX security and customer security efforts, ensuring compliance to all applicable standards. This position is customer facing and must uphold the ideals of EdgeConneX excellence.
Primary Responsibilities
- Procurement and oversight of security designers, integrators, and programmers.
- Liaison with customer security teams and local construction teams.
- Define and support the rollout, implementation, and adherence to EdgeConneX physical and operational security standards.
- Oversight over Physical Security Systems, such as S2, Lenel, and Genetec systems.
- Audit security contractors.
- Adjust baseline standards to local conditions and to local authorities holding jurisdiction.
- Collaborate with Security Operations on site turnover.
- Participate in shaping Security Design and Integrations global standards and processes.

Experience/Education
- 2+ years of experience managing large scale security design and installation projects in the Nordics.
- Experience in the Data Center industry, Telecommunications, IT, or similar critical infrastructure industry.
- A working knowledge or ability to learn: EN50600 standards, PCI/DSS, SOC2, ISO 27001 certifications, as well as AUTOCAD and associated drawing programs.
- Working knowledge of jurisdictional security requirements.
- Interest in cyber security.
- Candidates with experience with S2, Lenel, and/or Genetec are highly encouraged to apply.

About the Role:
Based in Sweden, the D&I Account Executive will be responsible for growing Planet’s Government sales pipeline and book of business in the Swedish Ministry of Defence, Armed Forces and related agencies. The ideal candidate for this position is a driven, independent thinker, who can also be creative in finding new and dynamic ways to expand Planet’s government business. This person will have a track record of selling in government and defense, with an extensive network and able to navigate procurement processes and frameworks. They will identify, qualify, negotiate, and close large and medium-size deals and drive sales revenue targets. Most likely, the ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Military Operations and Intelligence as well as designing, forming and selling complex solutions to government customers.
This role involves developing an extensive pipeline of new sales leads, providing product and sales demonstrations to prospective customers, and formulating appropriate business. To support this, the Swedish D&I Account Executive should have the ability to forecast accurately when managing the incoming pipeline of opportunities. The need to source, sell, co-sell, and close deals means that the ideal candidate should be familiar with the concepts of solution selling, carrying quota and closing. This is a full-time, remote position based in Sweden. If located near an office, you are expected to work from that office 3 days per week.
Impact You’ll Own:
- Work to develop the sales pipeline needed to achieve or exceed your sales targets and goals.
- Work in close collaboration with the Global D&I Sales team and Leadership.
- Work with Planet’s marketing team to run campaigns to attract and identify new opportunities.
- Prospect and develop business relationships, close sales, and manage customer expectations as the company grows.
- Collaborate with the wider Commercial team (for example Customer Success) to foster and grow customer relationships.
- Engage qualified prospects and take them through the journey of identifying a fit for Planet solutions and negotiating through agreement/contract/procurement obstacles to achieve an ultimate win.
- Manage the contracting and Government procurement process.
- Work closely with Solution Engineering staff to design a solution that answers customer needs and work in a cohesive manner to achieve technical validation that underpins a successful sale.
- Work closely with our post sales organization and customer success team to ensure a successful onboarding for new customers.
- Work strategically to develop the adequate sales pipeline needed to achieve or exceed your sales targets and goals.
- Maintain an extensive level of pipeline hygiene using Salesforce.com.
- Collaborate and innovate as needed to create customer-facing presentations and proposals unique to the prospect and situation.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate professional experience.
- 6+ years of related experience in software solutions and SaaS.
- 6+ years experience selling to government customers including understanding the nuances of Government sales cycles and how to navigate through the process.
- Success finding and winning business with Government customers, in particular the Swedish Armed Forces and related agencies (for example FMV).
- Deep understanding of military operations and planning and the role of intelligence supporting military Commanders that could include Planet’s services.
- Excellent relationships across Swedish Ministry of Defence (especially the Armed Forces and FMV) and Agencies and the partner ecosystem.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-starter, able to work independently under tight deadlines in start-up environment.
- Solid judgment and decision-making skills.
