At Wolt, we’re building the next chapter of Talent Acquisition — one that is proactive, insight-led, and deeply connected to how the business grows. Our sourcing team plays a key role in this by bringing market intelligence, creative sourcing approaches, and high-touch candidate engagement into everything we do.
We’re now looking for a Senior Sourcer join our Director and Senior Director focused hiring pod, working closely with two TA Partners and one existing Senior Sourcer. Together, this pod focuses on sourcing and talent intelligence partnering closely with the business to build strong, diverse leadership pipelines and inform long-term talent decisions.
In this role, you’ll focus on senior-level sourcing and talent intelligence, combining deep market research with thoughtful candidate engagement. You’ll operate as a true partner to TA and hiring leaders, shaping search strategy and delivering insights that go beyond immediate hiring needs.

Role Summary and Impact
Join the dynamic social team at WPP Media as a Senior Paid Social Specialist, where you will engage in social media advertising campaigns for some of Sweden's and the world's leading brands. Utilising market leading technology and working closely with various platforms, you will have the opportunity to explore innovative creative formats and advertising solutions. The role can be based in either our Gothenburg, Malmö or Stockholm office.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE AND TEAM
We are collaborating with a renowned global leader in the drinks and beverages industry to recruit a talented Senior Account (Business) Director. In this strategic role, you will helm a dynamic team to develop impactful content across multiple platforms. As a pivotal leader, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior clients, ensuring that exceptional client service and innovative thinking are integral to all endeavours.
The Senior Account (Business) Director spearheads the team in developing compelling and influential content while maintaining a strong and positive relationship with the Agency Chief. They will operate in close partnership with the Agency Chief on initiatives taking direction and steer where appropriate, with a shared responsibility for execution, problem-solving, and delivery. The Senior Account (Business) Director also provides exceptional strategic client service and creative insights while actively pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth. They establish and nurture strong senior-level client relationships, earning trust as a valued advisor. The Senior Account (Business) Director reports to the Group Account Director EMEA and manages one Senior Project Manager, with dotted lines into creative and project managers.
