The day-to-day

• Develop system architecture that aligns with software and defence system requirements, and supervise system integration

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for multiple project teams, offering guidance on vital defence system aspects such as Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety (RAMS) 

• Collaborate with software architects, developers, and other engineers to translate system-level requirements into effective software solutions 

• Responsible for overall system integration, verification, validation – and for qualification and certification (as far as required)

• Ensure a smooth flow of information and technical guidance between teams to align system and software development objectives 

• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify potential risks and system vulnerabilities 

• Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols to maintain compliant with industry standards 

• Manage project timelines, resources and budget to deliver projects within scope and on time

• Provide ongoing support to project teams, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, reliable solutions 

• Identify emerging trends and propose new software solutions to enhance land defence systems 

• Ensure all solutions adhere to safety protocols and government regulations

Mentimeter’s Strategic Accounts represent our most complex and high-value enterprise partnerships. As we scale within this segment, the technical and administrative experience becomes critical to unlocking adoption, expansion, and long-term value.

As a Solution Consultant within Strategic Accounts, you are responsible for ensuring that Mentimeter is implemented, configured, and positioned in a way that works seamlessly within complex enterprise environments. You operate as the technical partner within the account team, working closely with Strategic Key Account Managers and Enterprise Customer Success Managers to remove technical blockers, guide enterprise setup, and ensure a scalable foundation for growth.

This is not a support role. You are a proactive consultant, working directly with IT, security, and operational stakeholders to shape how Mentimeter is deployed and experienced across the organization.

Core Responsibilities

• Own the technical setup and rollout of Mentimeter for strategic enterprise customers, including SSO, SCIM, domain control, workspace architecture, and integrations
• Act as the technical lead in customer conversations, confidently engaging IT, security, and procurement stakeholders to ensure enterprise readiness and trust
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-relevant narratives that support enterprise buying decisions and long-term adoption
• Design scalable workspace and licensing structures aligned to how the customer operates, ensuring long-term usability and efficiency
• Identify and proactively resolve technical and administrative friction points that could slow down adoption, expansion, or renewal
• Support Strategic Key Account Managers in commercial processes by strengthening technical positioning, handling security concerns, and enabling confident deal progression
• Partner closely with Enterprise Customer Success Managers to ensure that technical setup enables strong adoption, value realization, and expansion
• Act as a bridge between customers and Product by translating recurring technical patterns and challenges into structured feedback and improvement opportunities
• Enable the wider sales organization through training, tools, and self-service documentation to handle common technical questions confidently

Must-Haves for the Role

• Minimum 5 years working experience, with 2+ years of working in a Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar customer-facing technical role in SaaS
• Strong understanding of enterprise environments, including identity providers (e.g. Okta, Azure AD), SSO, SCIM, and security requirements
• Proven ability to engage and build credibility with technical stakeholders such as IT, security, and procurement teams
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-oriented value for non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous customer environments
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product teams
• Structured and proactive approach to managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and technical workstreams
• Excellent communication skills and professional-level English

What This Role Is Not

• Not a reactive support function handling tickets or day-to-day issues
• Not responsible for driving adoption or usage (owned by Customer Success Managers)
• Not responsible for commercial ownership or negotiations (owned by Key Account Managers)

THE ROLE

Everpure is seeking a Cloud and Data Services Account Executive to accelerate growth of the Portworx and Everpure Cloud across our EMEA (North) accounts. You will own a number of named customers and prospects, build and execute multi year account plans, and drive platform adoption with a focus on business outcomes such as resilience, risk reduction, faster application delivery, and operational efficiency.

You will work closely with cross functional teams across Everpure and the Cloud and Data Services team, including Systems Engineering, Customer Experience, Marketing, Partner teams, Product, and field leadership. This is a high impact individual contributor role with a strong emphasis on strategic planning, disciplined execution, and customer intimacy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and commercial accounts, delivering against annual and multi year revenue targets.
• Build and execute account plans that map buying centres, application priorities, Kubernetes roadmaps, and transformation programmes.
• Develop executive relationships across CIO, CTO, CISO, Head of Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, SRE, and Application leaders.
• Lead complex sales cycles from discovery through close, including security, risk, procurement, architecture review, and legal processes.
• Position Portworx around measurable outcomes: application resilience, ransomware recovery, data protection, regulatory compliance, cloud portability, and modernisation at scale.
• Orchestrate account teams and partner ecosystems, including GSIs, cloud providers, and regional partners, to drive pipeline creation and deal execution.
• Run a rigorous, value based sales process tailored to cloud native software, with accurate forecasting and strong hygiene in Salesforce and forecasting tools.
• Partner with Customer Experience to expand adoption post sale, identify expansion triggers, and build customer advocacy within the Manufacturing and Automotive community.
• Stay ahead of competitive dynamics in Kubernetes data services, backup and recovery, and container storage, using insights to sharpen strategy and messaging.
• Represent Portworx in customer meetings and relevant industry events, with a field first mindset.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven enterprise software sales experience, with a track record of closing and expanding high value, multi stakeholder deals in large organisations.
• Demonstrable experience selling into commercial & enterprise accounts, with an understanding of procurement, governance, risk, and security requirements.
• Strong grasp of cloud native concepts and the Kubernetes ecosystem, plus the ability to credibly engage architects and platform teams.
• Experience selling to both technical and executive stakeholders, translating technical capabilities into business value and risk outcomes.
• Disciplined pipeline generation, qualification, deal management, and forecasting, with strong operational habits in SFDC.
• Comfort working in a matrixed environment, influencing cross functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong communication and programme management skills, with clear account planning and stakeholder alignment.
• A customer first mindset and a bias for action, with resilience and curiosity.
• Business proficiency in both local language (Dutch, Swedish or Danish) and English.

We are seeking an experienced Head of Private Cloud to lead the strategy, development, and operation of our private cloud capabilities.

The Head of Private Cloud will lead the strategy, development, and operation of our private cloud capabilities, including compute, storage, backup, connectivity, and database platforms that power critical business applications across the enterprise. This role is responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and highly reliable infrastructure services that support a global Betsson organisation. You will work closely with the Head of Public Cloud, who leads infrastructure and cloud capabilities in AWS, ensuring a cohesive hybrid cloud strategy that enables application teams to deploy and operate workloads efficiently across both environments.

Private Cloud Strategy & Platform Development

• Define and execute the strategy for the organization’s private cloud platform, aligned with enterprise technology and business goals.

Hybrid Cloud Alignment

• Align architectural standards, networking, security, and operational models between private and public cloud platforms.
• Enable workload placement strategies that balance performance, compliance, and cost.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and develop teams responsible for private cloud engineering and operations.
• Foster a culture of automation, reliability engineering, and platform thinking.
• Support talent development, skills modernization, and technical excellence across the team.

Governance, Security & Compliance

• Ensure private cloud platforms meet enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with security and risk management teams on infrastructure hardening and compliance.
• Implement strong governance for platform lifecycle management.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work with enterprise architecture, application teams, and platform engineering groups to ensure infrastructure capabilities support business needs.

What we are looking for

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, or data center environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing infrastructure or platform engineering teams.
• Strong experience with modern private cloud platforms and infrastructure automation.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise infrastructure domains such as compute, storage, networking, and backup.
• Experience operating large-scale virtualized or cloud-like environments.
• Understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and workload portability.
