About the Role

Monks is seeking a Programmatic Specialist for the Media Operations Team. You can expect to support, manage, optimise, and report on media campaigns for a portfolio of clients individually and as part of a broader team. As part of the team, you will be working with both high-profile brands and smaller advertisers. Clients can be local, regional, or global.

Responsibilities:

• Operate end-to-end programmatic campaigns across DSPs (and related platforms).
• Set up and traffick campaigns in Google Campaign Manager. 
• Build and QA campaign setups (audiences, creatives, placements, frequency caps, and tracking).
• Optimize delivery and performance using delivery pacing, budget management, and bidding strategies.
• Conduct reporting and performance analysis; deliver insights and recommendations.
• Monitor campaign health (pixels/tags, measurement, spend, pacing, and trafficking accuracy).
• Stay current on programmatic trends, privacy changes, and platform updates.

About You

The essentials:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with programmatic platforms/DSPs, primarily DV360. The Trade Desk and Amazon Ads are nice to have.
• Strong understanding of targeting, bidding, and optimization (CPM/CPA/ROAS, retargeting, lookalikes, etc.).
• Proficiency with pixels/tags and campaign measurement concepts (conversion tracking, attribution basics).
• Advanced in Google Sheets and comfortable with data analysis; basic BI/reporting knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate insights into actionable changes.
• Strong organisational skills and attentive to detail. 
• Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Experience working in a team environment, with a strong team-oriented approach 
• Communicates well in English and Swedish. 

Not a must, but a plus:

• Media performance reporting and analysis skills across multiple channels and objectives.
• Experience in managing client relationships in an embedded support role.
• Experience with other types of media, particularly OOH/DOOH or Paid Search.

The Role

The Territory Systems Engineer (TSE) is a key growth role, focusing on providing essential pre-sales technical support across accounts within a given territory. This position requires a blend of technical acumen, partnership enablement, and a proactive approach to supporting high-volume, transactional sales motions. You will act as the primary technical coach for our partners, empowering them to drive new business and expansion opportunities independently. This TSE role is a strategic position where you will immediately leverage your existing technical expertise and channel knowledge to drive high-volume, transactional sales motions. This role offers accelerated career growth into an Enterprise Systems Engineer (SE) position, taking ownership of our most complex and strategic customer engagements.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the Technical Brand Ambassador: Act as the primary technical contact alongside the TAE in customer engagements, guiding discussions and showcasing the power and simplicity of Everpure's solutions.
• Empower Partner Technical Teams: Guide and activate elite and preferred Partner Systems Engineers (SEs), providing coaching and resources to help them effectively sell, compete, and scale their business with Everpure.
• Facilitate Technical Validation: Review and validate sizing, quotes, and technical architectures for various solutions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer needs and product capabilities.
• Drive Tool & Resource Adoption: Increase awareness and usage of Everpure's sales and technical tools across the partner ecosystem, ensuring they are leveraged effectively at the appropriate stages of the sales cycle.
• Coordinate Technical Enablement: Organize and coordinate technical resources (e.g., specialists, training teams) for partner bootcamps, technical events, and workshops to continuously upskill our channel.
• Resource Management & Escalation: Function as a technical "go-to" advisor for partners, efficiently linking them to virtual resources or properly escalating complex technical inquiries to dedicated Systems Engineers (SEs), the help desk, or Product Technical Marketing (PTM).
• Support Collaborative Growth: Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with both the TAE and Channel Partners to ensure seamless technical support, shared goal achievement, and ultimately, closed deals.

What You'll Bring

• Proven Technical Experience: Minimum of 3–4 years of professional experience in a customer-facing or pre-sales technical role (e.g., SE, Technical Consultant) within the B2B IT infrastructure market. Direct experience working in the channel for a storage vendor or partner is highly advantageous.
• Deep Domain Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on experience (3–4 years) with data storage, virtualization, or cloud infrastructure solutions. A comprehensive understanding of key competitor solutions and channel sales processes is highly valued.
• Collaborative Mindset: Demonstrated success working closely with a sales counterpart (like a TAE) and channel partners to achieve shared business and technical objectives.
• Autonomy and Deal Ownership: A high degree of self-motivation and initiative with a proven ability to independently manage technical sales cycles, apply complex technical concepts effectively, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Communication & Coaching Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical value to diverse audiences, from partner SEs to business decision-makers. Fluency in both Swedish and English is required.
• Organizational Resilience: Excellent organizational and time management skills necessary to juggle multiple partner engagements, technical validations, and training support activities in a dynamic territory.

Overview

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Core Experiences Team. This team builds and maintains the foundational services and SDKs that power Speechify’s product experience across platforms. It's a critical role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of product and infrastructure, thinks strategically, and is passionate about designing clear, reliable APIs and simple systems that directly enhance the user experience.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Speechify’s Product Teams to scope projects, find ways to reduce scope to get faster feedback from customers, navigate the integration/UX tradeoffs relevant to different product teams, and deliver solutions via our cross-platform SDK
• Optimize existing functionality to ship things like faster loading and more intelligent parsing by designing more efficient abstractions and improving our algorithms
• Ship cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs using Kotlin
