The Twilio Presales Engineer is both highly technical and a skilled executive relationship builder. They are comfortable showing an engaging communications experience to a CEO or sketching out a flow on a whiteboard with technical decision makers. This position is needed to deliver the technical win and product fit to our customers across the EMEA region. A Twilio Communications Solutions Engineer is an experienced pre-sales engineer who builds customer trust in Twilio’s Customer Engagement Platform.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

• Work alongside Twilio New business Account Executives, other Twilio Solutions Engineers, Professional Services and Twilio Partners as needed through the pre-sales process, to strategise and plan for deal success. 
• Build a successful business partnership with Twilio Account Executives focussing on great business discovery within prospects and communicating the business value of Twilio solutions.
• Take part alongside Account Executives in qualification, discovery, demonstrations, Proof-of-Concept, RFP response, design documentation, technical presentations and enablement sessions during the sales cycle.
• Develop subject matter expertise on the customer needs and requirements, and Twilio’s best in class communications technology. 
• Lead technical discovery sessions with our customers to uncover their needs and challenges to articulate Twilio’s ability to enable their success and solve their challenges. 
• Build and present powerful and complex presentations and product demos to help showcase the capabilities of Twilio Communications Products.
• Form an understanding of a customers business and help solve problems they’ve identified as well as uncover areas of opportunity.

• Build trusted advisor relationships at the highest levels of our customers and present creative new solutions and architectures that enable and inspire innovation
• Contribute to the wider Twilio Solutions Engineer community by sharing knowledge, building demo assets and reusable presentations.

*Required:

• At least 5 years in a technical pre-sales role in CPaaS, SaaS or Telecom space
• Solid understanding and experience of the sales cycle and the role of a pre-sales engineer 
• Solid understanding of voice protocols (VoIP), SIP implementations or messaging APIs
• Creativity: you’ll need to be a problem solver, able to collaborate with others to drive success. 
• An engaging storyteller: you can gain audience confidence and communicate complex topics to multiple levels of technical and non-technical audience. 
• Ability to ask the right questions to build a deep understanding of a customers needs and guide them to a technical solution using Twilio Communications products  
• Knowledge of public cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and cloud application architectures
• Experience writing code in one or more of the following areas, multiple areas of experience would be advantageous:
• Backend (Java, C#, Node.js, Python or PHP)
• Web (JS, React)
• Experience with designing and consuming REST APIs

Desired: 

• Hands on experience with with backend development (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP, etc)
• Familiarity with Mobile development, especially for iOS and Android.
• Previous experience in Telecommunications, SIP, WebRTC, or Contact Centre in a technical role
• Experience with automation, cloud-native development and skills with a major cloud platform. 
• Experience with sales methodologies 
• Additional language speaker a plus, specifically French or Hebrew

This role will be remote and based in the UK.

About the role: As the Data centre Manager, you will be the on-site leader responsible for the operational excellence of our facility. This is a 100% onsite role. Your day-to-day will involve guiding a team of technicians through hardware diagnostics, physical repairs, and new equipment installations while developing and implementing best practices to maximize uptime. You will serve as the key point of contact for all on-site activities, responding to technical emergencies and coordinating with cross-functional teams. This role requires a hands-on approach to leadership, ensuring the reliability and performance of our critical infrastructure.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a team of data centre technicians in daily operations, including server maintenance, equipment installation, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and implement best practices for data centre operations to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support client projects and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Perform regular inspections and audits of data centre equipment to maintain optimal performance and reliability.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience in data centre operations, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of data centre infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and cooling systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Experience with data centre management tools and software 
• Excellent time management, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team

• Proficiency with the Linux Operating System.
• Capable of meeting all physical requirements with reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations.
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operational environment, participating in on-call rotations, and providing after-hours support.

Education/Experience:

Hands-on OR educational-based experience with any of the following areas:

• Computer Hardware, including troubleshooting and repair skills experience
• 5+ years of data centre experience
• Computer Networking experience
• Python, Bash or other scripting languages experience
• Experience with Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Network+, or equivalent are a plus.

The base salary range for this role is €61,000 - €72,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Technical Program Manager & Engineering Operations (Aerospace / Robotics)

At Near Space Labs we design, build and operate a fleet of stratospheric robots to image the Earth. We launch our proprietary, balloon-based imaging robots to heights between 40,000 and 60,000 feet. From this vantage point, we capture petabytes of imagery for a variety of use cases. 

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to coordinate the lifecycle of new features and upgrades across R&D, Manufacturing, and Fleet Management. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will be responsible for aligning cross-functional requirements, managing critical-path schedules, and ensuring that our technical standards are met from prototype to deployment. We are looking for a systems-thinker who can manage the complexity of deploying new hardware to real-life applications, while fostering a culture of disciplined execution.

Your responsibilities will be

• Create and co-own the project plans and schedule for new features, from inception to deployment in the field.
• Coordinate and trade-off the inputs and needs of the different departments involved in a feature release.
• Coordinate project gates such as acceptance reviews and others.
• Communicate with Flight Operations on the status of feature requests and releases.
• Evolve or streamline the existing processes for hardware development and manufacturing in an aerospace environment, with the ideal balance of agility and rigour.
• Enhance the tooling that supports development processes, configuration management and traceability if needed.
• Lead cross-functional projects with other teams like data engineering, flight operations and product.

Your Skills & Background 

• Experience in project management in engineering environments with real-life tradeoffs.
• 10+ years of experience, of which 2+ in a similar role.

Role Overview:

Netskope is seeking a high-caliber Privacy Engineering Staff Engineer to bridge the gap between legal compliance, data protection technology, and core product engineering. This is a dual-impact role: you will be responsible for the technical "Privacy by Design" controls for the Netskope platform while serving as a strategic deputy to the Global Privacy & Data Protection Officer (DPO).

As the Strategic Deputy to the Global Privacy & Data Protection Officer (DPO), you move beyond task completion to achieve high-level organizational influence.

• Global Compliance Strategy: Support the execution of a multi-jurisdictional privacy program that anticipates the rapid evolution of global data protection laws.
• Board & Audit Influence: Translate complex technical privacy risks into compelling, quantifiable narratives for the Audit Committee and Board of Directors.
• Risk Governance: Oversee the operational maturity of our privacy program within LogicGate, ensuring a closed-loop system of accountability, audit readiness, and incident response.
• DPIA & Rights Leadership: Act as the technical authority for high-risk Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and ensure our Data Subject Rights (DSAR) engine operates at optimal efficiency.

You will be the lead privacy architect ensuring that Netskope’s innovation is inherently respectful of data.

• Component Design Review: Lead the privacy-first technical review of every new component within the Netskope platform, engaging with engineering at the "whiteboard phase" to eliminate risks before they reach production.
• PET Implementation: Direct the integration of Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PETs) such as differential privacy, homomorphic encryption, and k-anonymity into the Netskope product suite.
• AI Governance Leadership: Hold a seat on the AI Governance Committee whilst supporting the AI Ambassador program to ensure that AI innovations are built on a foundation of responsible data use.
• Technical Data Defense: Enhance DLP, DSPM, and AI/ML-driven security within our AWS and corporate environments to set the "Gold Standard" for internal data protection.

Key Responsibilities

Product Privacy Engineering & PETs

• Architectural Oversight: Review all new component designs within the Netskope platform to ensure structural compliance with "Privacy by Design" principles.
• PET Integration: Lead the design and implementation of Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PETs) such as differential privacy, homomorphic encryption, or k-anonymity within Netskope product features.
• Early Engagement: Act as a dedicated privacy consultant to product engineering teams during the ideation phase to identify and mitigate privacy risks before code is written.

Deputy Data Protection Officer (DPO) Functions

• Regulatory Support: Support the DPO in managing multi-jurisdictional compliance as the number of global privacy laws continues to rise.
• DPIA Leadership: Conduct and oversee Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for high-risk processing activities, ensuring they meet the standard of global regulations.
• Privacy Leadership: Engagement with Netskope customers and partners on privacy and data protection concerns. Provide executive leadership to CISO, Legal and Privacy teams for some of the largest and most prestigious organizations in the world.

Technical Data Protection & AI Governance

• Advanced Controls: Utilize DLP (Data Loss Prevention) and DSPM (Data Security Posture Management) to secure the corporate data lifecycle.
• AI/ML Security: Implement data protection strategies specifically for AI/ML workloads, managing risks associated with training data and model inference.
• AI Advocacy: Serve on the AI Governance Committee and support the AI Ambassador program, fostering a culture of responsible AI use across the organization.

Platform Management

• LogicGate Administration: Manage and optimize the privacy module within LogicGate to track risks, audits, and compliance tasks.
• Netskope Corp Tenant: Take administrative responsibility of the Netskope corporate tenant’s privacy controls, ensuring our own use of the platform is a "Gold Standard" for customers.

We are currently looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join us remotely in Spain. You will work with our EMEA and US customers to help them solve their data engineering, ML, ML Ops, and cloud migration puzzles.

What will you do?

As a Senior Data Engineer, you are expected to deliver (across industries) on some of our most complex projects - individually or by leading small delivery teams. Although we work for the biggest multinational companies where years-long behemoth projects are the norm, our projects are fast-paced, typically 2 to 4 months long. Most are delivered using Apache Spark/Databricks on AWS/Azure and require you to directly manage the customer relationship alone or in collaboration with a Project Manager. Additionally, at this seniority level, we expect you to compound your impact across the team and the organization - by supporting our pre-sales process, mentoring more junior engineers, and contributing to hiring best-in-class data talent.
