Role
We are looking for an Account Executive - Enterprise to join our Sales team. This is a remote role based in the Republic of Korea, reporting to the Regional Director, South Korea. As an Account Executive - Enterprise, you will be the driving force behind Zscaler’s growth within the Public sector. You will act as a strategic consultant, helping key decision-makers navigate complex security challenges and realize the value of a zero-trust architecture.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Understanding and solving customers' pain points through Zscaler's unique value proposition
- Embracing selling an inspiring technology to educate key decision-makers in organisations in your territory
- Creating a plan for success; coverage, target prospects, customer footprint, partner coverage, marketing campaigns
- Learning and implementing our world-class sales methodologies to overachieve on quarterly/annual revenue goals
- Working with your Sales Engineers to achieve both business and technical value

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 15 plus years of professional experience in Sales managing a revenue quota
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Progressive selling experience engaging with accounts and selling at the C-Level

We are looking for an exceptional Technical Consultant II (Post Sales) to join our growing team. Onboarding new customers onto Workato’s platform by providing technical consulting, guidance, and enablement to customers to achieve value quickly

Engaging with customers to gather integration and automation requirements and leading the solution design process jointly with customers

Sharing best practices from a business and technical perspective, related to deployment models, governance structures, integration design, and build

Working closely with Product and Engineering to review customer requirements and feedback, and identify opportunities for Workato platform enhancements, while managing customer expectations

Becoming a Workato evangelist with the ability to demonstrate how Workato can drive business automation in both direct deployments and embedded solutions across a broad set of industries

Becoming a trusted customer advisor and a customer advocate within Workato

Participating in and conducting post-onboarding deployment health checks and guidance on integration and process optimizations

Requirements
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

3+ years of hands-on experience in solutions and implementation consulting

Knowledge and understanding of integrations and system design principles

Good understanding of technology and industry trends, especially in the app integration space

Good understanding of database technologies, such as SQL and Postgres

Demonstrated good understanding of on-premise infrastructure & cloud-based deployments, configurations along with monitoring & management

Demonstrated understanding of the SDLC & end-to-end experience in developing, supporting & troubleshooting integrations

Demonstrated ability to create quality technical documentation

Experience working with at least one (1) Integration Platform, such as Workato, Tray, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, WebMethods, Oracle Integration Suite

Experience working with cloud business apps like Workday / NetSuite / Salesforce / Servicenow / SAP is a plus

Experience with web development frameworks and knowledge of JS frontend and backend is a plus

About the Role
As a Senior Services & Solutions Architect at Celonis, you will play a dual role in our customers' transformation journeys. You will be the primary technical lead, responsible for both the strategic delivery of process insights and the architectural foundation required to make those insights possible.
In this hybrid capacity, you aren't just building dashboards; you are designing the end-to-end technical pipeline. You will bridge the gap between complex IT infrastructure and high-level business value, ensuring that our Process Mining technology is seamlessly integrated and delivering measurable ROI for the largest enterprises in Korea.
The Work You’ll Do
Services Delivery
- Lead Implementation Projects: Drive agile project teams to transform raw customer data into process insights, from ETL through building of analytical dashboards and solutions (AI, automation)
- Business Consulting: Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications across domains like Finance (P2P, O2C), Supply Chain, and Procurement.
- Advanced Analytics: Build and deploy innovative operational apps enriched with AI/ML algorithms to automate manual business tasks.
Solutions Architecture & Technical Onboarding
- Technical Onboarding: Act as the first point of contact for technical stakeholders to design the Celonis architecture within the customer’s ecosystem.
- Data Integration: Establish real-time integrations between source systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Celonis via APIs, ETL pipelines, and Data Streaming.
- Security & Identity: Advise on user management, authentication (SSO/LDAP), and IT security compliance to ensure a friction-less rollout.
- Infrastructure Strategy: Evaluate customer environments (Cloud vs. On-Premise) to propose solutions that unblock deployment bottlenecks.
The Qualifications You Need
- Experience: 5+ years in Data Engineering, IT Consulting, or Solutions Architecture, with direct experience in a SaaS or Big Data environment.
- Technical Core: Expert proficiency in SQL and ETL processes is essential. Python knowledge and experience with Agentic Agents/MCP servers are also very helpful.
- Architectural Knowledge: Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, data pipelines, data pipelines and experience with ETL processes for large data volumes.
- Business Process Acumen: Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and core business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay).
- Languages: Native fluency in Korean and professional English are required for this role to support our local market and global collaboration.
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
