The role

Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) is an integral part of our Incident Response (IR) and Managed Services practices. As a CTI analyst you will be a critical part of our wider cyber team’s success.

You will work across the full intelligence cycle to help our clients respond and recover to security incidents, and stay ahead of evolving threats, including:

• Threat Actor Intelligence: You will track developments in the ransomware and cybercrime ecosystem, and write and update profiles on key threat actors of interest which will be shared with clients to inform case strategy and externally as thought leadership
• Threat Actor Engagement: You will monitor leak sites and negotiation portals across our global IR cases, and inform case leads of regular developments. You will assist with researching and drafting attestations on sanctions exposure for given threat actors
• Dark Web Monitoring: You will use threat intelligence platforms and specialist tools to conduct targeted research the dark web and set up and deliver regular monitoring engagements. You will assist with renewals of these cases
• Technical IOC Management: You will help collate technical indicators of compromise (IOCs) from across our global IR team, ensure these are enriched and correctly classified, and facilitate dissemination across the organisation to improve the operational effectiveness of our IR and Managed Services teams
• Incident Data Collection and Analysis: You will help ensure that incident data collected by our global IR team from our engagements is accurate and consistent. You will assist with the management of this dataset, and with analysis to produce regular reporting on trends and insights to use for presentations, events and training sessions
• CTI-lead analysis: You will assist with in-depth investigations which have a strong threat intelligence component, including conducting research and drafting client-facing reports
• Blockchain analysis: You will use specialist tools to trace ransom payments to identify sanctions exposure or other compliance risks, and draft reports to present findings to clients
• Thought leadership: You will contribute to public write ups and presentations on new vulnerabilities, trends, and threat actor techniques
• Help develop and share domain expertise: We will support you in growing your cyber expertise, including sharing it with the wider team through internal initiatives and programs.
• Help contribute to business development: You will help cultivate and manage close relationships with external partners who we share intelligence with and help identify business development opportunities.

We are looking for a QA Engineer who views AI as their primary leverage. At BVNK, we aren't just looking for someone to maintain scripts; we want an engineer who views manual, repetitive testing as a problem to be solved with intelligent agents.

Treasury Operations Manager

The Role The Treasury Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of treasury operations while driving the continued evolution of liquidity management, payment routing, and treasury infrastructure. This role combines hands-on operational ownership with team leadership, ensuring processes are robust, scalable, and aligned to a 24/7 global payments environment.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations Oversee the daily operations and responsibilities of the Treasury Operations team. Act as the central point of contact for treasury-related queries across the business. Build strong working relationships with adjacent functions. Ensure the team has appropriate coverage and escalation protocols to support our 24/7 network. On-call expectations will be discussed openly during the hiring process.

Team Leadership Lead and develop the individuals within the Treasury Operations team with a clear focus on building knowledge depth and expertise. Act as a mentor, providing constructive feedback, setting individual and team targets aligned with BCB’s wider objectives, and growing team culture. Serve as the primary escalation point while developing team members to operate independently.

TMS Embedding Embed our Treasury Management System. Refine configurations, build team confidence in reporting and forecasting, close gaps between system design and operational reality, and ensure the TMS becomes the trusted foundation for liquidity management rather than sitting alongside legacy workarounds.

Liquidity and Cash Management Manage liquidity across multiple currencies, jurisdictions, legal entities, and banking partners. Ensure cash positions are accurately monitored and forecast, and that supporting processes and reports are built for scale.

Operational Efficiency Drive continuous improvements in the TMS, payment processing workflows, and cash management frameworks. A strong understanding of payment routing is critical to this role: how payments flow between banking partners, the decision logic behind route selection, and the cost and risk implications of those choices. Work with Technology and Product teams to improve routing efficiency and streamline integrations.

Safeguarding Ensure all Treasury Operations activities and processes comply with internal policies and external regulations, with a thorough understanding of safeguarding obligations. Support audit requirements by ensuring the function's process documentation is always up to date.

Skills and Experience

• You'll bring demonstrated experience leading a Treasury Operations team in a fintech or banking environment (2-3 years), or a minimum of 5 years in a senior Treasury Operations role with clear readiness for leadership.

• Experience inheriting and stabilizing an existing team is particularly relevant.

• You'll have a strong understanding of end-to-end payment flows, key payment rails (FPS, SEPA, Fedwire, SWIFT), and payment routing logic, including how payments flow across banking partners and the operational, cost, and risk factors behind those decisions.

• Familiarity with digital asset or blockchain-native payment flows is a distinct advantage, but not essential.

• You'll have hands-on experience with Kyriba or a comparable Treasury Management System, and you are comfortable optimizing configurations, interrogating system outputs, and driving adoption and refinements within the team.

• Facilities Upkeep & Maintenance: Act as the key contact for the general maintenance and smooth operation of the Cape Town office. Quickly address and coordinate solutions for any facility or operational issues.
• Office Stock & Supplies: Oversee the inventory and manage the regular restocking of all essential groceries, office supplies, and equipment to ensure the office is consistently well-equipped for daily operations.
• Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Manage relationships and logistics with key office vendors, including suppliers for office equipment, cleaning services, and catering, ensuring high standards and reliable service delivery.
• Access Management: Coordinate all physical office access requirements, including the management of keys, access cards, and ensuring that all necessary employees and approved visitors have appropriate entry.
• Environment & Wellness Support: Support internal initiatives related to employee wellness and contribute to maintaining a positive, professional, and efficient office environment.

What we need from you:

• Experience Foundation: 1-3 years of direct experience in a People Operations, HR Administration, or Office/Admin Coordinator role, ideally within a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
• Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume administrative tasks with exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Data Integrity & Security: Unwavering commitment to confidentiality and the ability to strictly manage sensitive employee data according to policy.
• Process Improvement Mindset: Proven track record of identifying inefficiencies and a strong aptitude for utilising technology, automation, or AI features within systems to optimise workflow and increase efficiency.
• HRIS & Data Savvy: Proven experience maintaining data integrity within an HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or similar database platform (e.g., ATS).
• System Proficiency: High proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting.
• Logistics & Coordination: Practical experience managing office facilities, logistics, inventory, and vendor relationships (e.g., cleaning, supplies, maintenance).
• Proactive Problem-Solving: A demonstrable track record of identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions to improve and streamline administrative processes.
• Service & Communication: A proactive, customer-service mindset when engaging with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
