Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager, Asset Management will focus on optimizing the performance and profitability of our client’s utility-scale solar (PV) and energy storage (BESS) assets. This role will be starting out on a contract basis. 

This individual will manage both generation-based and dispatchable assets, monitoring operational performance, analyzing market opportunities, managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance, and supporting financial and operational reporting. The ideal candidate will have a blend of analytical, technical, and market expertise to drive value of operating projects.

What You’ll Do

Asset Performance Management

• Monitor energy storage asset performance, ensuring systems operate above contractual obligations.
• Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues with battery management systems, inverters, and other storage components.
• Analyze operational data to identify underperformance and collaborate with O&M and LTSA providers, and other partners to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with O&M and LTSA providers to ensure efficient preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Develop and refine models to assess lifecycle costs and profitability of storage assets.
• Identify cost-savings opportunities and build business cases to support.
• Monitor PV plant performance (Performance Ratio, Availability) against P50/P90 energy yield projections.
• Analyze solar-specific data such as DC/AC ratios, inverter clipping, and degradation rates to identify underperformance.
• Oversee troubleshooting for PV-specific components like trackers, modules, and combiner boxes.

Market Optimization and Dispatch Oversight

• Analyze market data to ensure revenue opportunities, such as energy arbitrage or ancillary services, are performing above contractual obligations.
• Provide oversight to development and implementation of optimization strategies for energy storage dispatch.
• Manage revenue streams for PV-only assets, including PPA compliance, REC (Renewable Energy Certificate) tracking, and merchant solar exposure.
• Ensure accurate forecasting for solar generation to minimize imbalance charges in wholesale markets.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Serve as the go to for asset questions and analysis.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs for energy storage assets.
• Prepare performance and financial reports for internal stakeholders, investors, lenders, and regulators.
• Prepare or support all sustainability reporting requirements.

Contract and Compliance Management

• Support or oversee compliance with all operational project documents
• Manage contracts with O&M providers, equipment vendors, and software service providers.
• Ensure compliance with interconnection agreements, market rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee warranty claims and ensure vendor obligations are met.

Financial and Budget Management

• Support budgeting and forecasting for operational expenses and capital improvements.
• Support and oversee monthly and quarterly variance reporting to tell a clear story of financial and operational asset performance.
• Support tracking model results and associated story for investor and lender reporting.
• Analyze and report on the impacts of ITC vs. PTC on the asset's long-term cash flow and tax equity structures.
• Support tracking and reporting for solar-specific environmental attributes and sustainability metrics

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including investors, utilities, and market operators (as needed)
• Collaborate with internal team to evaluate new energy storage project opportunities or expansions.

Who You Are

• You have 4–6 years of experience in utility-scale solar PV generation and energy storage or energy market analytics with a dispatchable asset focus.
• Strong understanding of PV system design, tracking systems, bifacial module performance, energy storage technologies, market dynamics, and dispatch optimization strategies.
• Experience in wholesale energy markets (e.g., CAISO, PJM, ERCOT) is a plus.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, Excel, Power BI).
• Experience with PV monitoring platforms (e.g., AlsoEnergy, Power Factors) and solar modeling tools.
• Familiarity with energy storage control platforms, such as battery management systems or SCADA.
• Experience with project documents and contracts pertaining to utility-scale PV and BESS plants, including EPC warranties, Performance Guarantees, and long-term land leases.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, energy systems, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus.

The starting base pay for this role is between $135,000-$150,000. The base pay depends upon many factors, such as education, experience, and location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified. This role may also be eligible for equity and benefits.

What You’ll Do

• Support the execution of client engagements ranging from pre-NTP development through post-NTP construction and closeout, owning discrete workstreams and deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects on track against scope, schedule, and budget
• Build and maintain project execution plans, including timelines, budgets, and task tracking
• Contribute to scopes of work and proposal inputs, including costing and scheduling assumptions
• Conduct technical and financial analysis of solar PV and energy storage projects across C&I and utility-scale markets
• Act as a power user of internal tools and software, providing feedback to improve workflows and product functionality
• Cross-train on engagements within other teams to gain exposure to different types of clients and service offerings
• Support onboarding and mentorship of junior team members as the team grows

Who You Are

• 4+ years of experience in project coordination, project analysis, or project management within renewable energy, energy, or adjacent industries
• Experience supporting utility-scale solar and BESS
• Exposure to working with external stakeholders such as consultants, vendors, engineering firms, or contractors
• Solid technical and analytical skills, with familiarity in project execution, development concepts, permitting, design, or construction processes
• Ability to review and interpret technical documentation (e.g., site plans, reports, contracts, or specifications) with guidance
• Understanding of the renewable energy project lifecycle and key project drivers
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, economics, or a related field
• PMP or similar certification is a plus, but not required

The starting base salary for this role is between $100,000 and $115,000 with an equity award as part of your all-in compensation. The actual base salary and equity is dependent upon many factors, such as location, experience and internal compensation equity.

Reporting to the Utility-Scale Solutions leadership team, the Development Program Manager will serve as the Deal Lead for Euclid’s utility-scale development engagements. In this role, you will own the Pre-NTP engagement strategy, commercial positioning, and executive-level client communication.

Historically, Euclid’s founders have led these engagements directly. As demand for our utility-scale work accelerates, we are investing in a dedicated leader who can drive the development process in a scalable, repeatable way while maintaining the high bar our clients expect.

This is a senior, client-facing role for a development professional who has led utility-scale renewable energy projects end-to-end and is excited to combine strategic leadership, commercial acumen, and execution oversight to shape complex engagements from origination through NTP.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as Deal Lead for utility-scale development engagements, owning overall engagement strategy, commercial positioning, and client communication from origination through NTP.
• Guide clients through the full development lifecycle, including ability to discuss capital stack and financial structuring at a high level, EPC strategy, execution planning, commissioning, and long-term opex considerations.
• Lead executive-level client discussions, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales to support pursuits, including scope definition, proposal development, and commercial strategy.
• Delegate and oversee execution workstreams across internal team members, ensuring clarity of ownership, high-quality deliverables, and on-time performance.
• Collaborate closely with technical and financial leaders to ensure development scopes are technically sound, financially rigorous, and aligned with client objectives.
• Drive clean handoffs into EPC and Asset Management phases, ensuring continuity, documentation, and alignment across teams.
• Contribute to the evolution of Euclid’s utility-scale development offering, helping define repeatable processes, mentor team members, and strengthen execution standards.

Who You Are

• Deep experience in utility-scale renewable energy development, with a track record of leading projects from origination through NTP.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including familiarity with capex modeling, financing structures, and EPC strategy. Deep understanding of project pro-formas. You don’t just "use" models; you can explain how a 5% shift in EPC capex or a change in interest rates ripples through the flip structure to affect the sponsor's bottom line.
• Demonstrated ability to operate as an executive-facing engagement leader, you are comfortable leading C-suite conversations and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Demonstrated fluency in the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and its impact on utility-scale solar and BESS deployment.
• Proven ability to present complex technical risks (interconnection delays, supply chain volatility) to an investment committee or C-suite in terms of "dollars at risk" and "mitigation costs."
• Proven ability to own outcomes, not just tasks, you think strategically about engagement success rather than defaulting to project management mechanics.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience coordinating development, transmission & distribution, engineering, construction, and commercial teams.
• Ability to balance business development support with execution leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent professional experience).

Nice to have:

• Background with a developer, IPP, investor, or infrastructure fund.
• Experience with energy storage in addition to utility-scale solar.
• Experience scaling or standardizing development programs across multiple projects or markets.
• Exposure to complex, multi-asset portfolios.
