The core mission of the team is to empower all our product teams to create seamless and innovative products so that our members love every interaction with our product. We are at a pivotal point in Tide’s history where we are taking a great product and want to make it exceptional. Shape the digital experiences that define how the world perceives Payhawk.
As a Senior Digital Experience Designer, you will create high-impact web experiences and digital assets that directly influence user engagement, conversion, and pipeline. You’ll work at the intersection of brand, UX, and performance — partnering closely with the Web Presence team, Content, SEO, Performance Marketing, ABM and Product Marketing teams.
You will take ownership of designing new sections of the website (homepage, pricing, platform, solutions, PPC and ABM landing pages), creating breakthrough creative for paid channels (LinkedIn and programmatic), and elevating UX consistency, motion, and visual quality across Payhawk’s digital ecosystem. This is a senior role for a designer who works autonomously, thinks strategically, starts with data, and drives evidence-based decisions.
If you’re a digital-first designer who combines strong craft with UX insight, performance thinking, and a bias for experimentation, this role gives you high visibility and meaningful impact on Payhawk’s growth.

Communication: You’re a clear communicator and effective storyteller who can articulate the "why" behind your design decisions to different audiences.
Tools: You’re fluent in Figma and other modern design and AI prototyping tools.
