POSITION SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Front-End Developer / 3D Specialist — a creative technologist with a strong eye for design and hands-on experience building immersive, futuristic web interfaces.

In this role, you’ll design and develop interactive, cinematic data experiences that push the boundaries of what’s possible in the browser — the kind of real-time, animated interfaces you might see in Iron Man, Minority Report, or Tron.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Forward Deployed Engineers and data teams, using your skills in front-end technologies and WebGL frameworks to bring complex systems to life visually and interactively.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop modern, animated front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build and optimize real-time 3D visualizations and motion-based experiences using Three.js, Babylon.js, or other WebGL frameworks.
• Integrate components and renders from engines.
• Collaborate with data engineers to transform complex information into intuitive, high-impact visual stories.
• Prototype and implement interactive elements and transitions that enhance immersion and usability.
• Apply principles of visual design, lighting, and motion to deliver interfaces that feel dynamic, fluid, and cinematic.
• Work iteratively — from concept to code — ensuring visual polish and technical performance.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• A portfolio of work demonstrating modern, futuristic UI design — ideally showcasing 3D elements, animations, and WebGL-based interactions. (Required for consideration.)
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with WebGL frameworks such as Three.js, Babylon.js, or similar 3D rendering libraries.
• Hands-on experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Experience working with modern front-end frameworks (React preferred).

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Platform Infrastructure Engineer to work as a part of the Infrastructure/CICD team. In this role, you will be responsible for some of the items below:

• Participate in building the modern cloud-native scalable, flexible and extensible Internal Platform solution based on Temporal and other tools with focus on optimized cost, availability, stability, security and compliance, DevEx, performance, minimal on-boarding time.

• Maintain and enhance current solutions for the Workato Internal Platform with focus on health, stability, performance & DevEx

• On-board Workato components & applications to Internal Platform.

• Implement pipelines to automate security, reliability, and availability best practices during all stages of software lifecycle.

• Implement complex deployment scenarios, including dynamic environments, progressive rollouts such as canary deployments, chaos engineering, etc.

• Work with engineering teams to better address needs and enable more effective and efficient developer throughput and improve services through rigorous testing and release.

• Gather and analyze metrics from CICD pipelines and infrastructure to assist in performance tuning and stability improvements.

• Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and architecture reviews.

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Go, Python, Java, JavaScript, Python, with preference to Go

• Experience with creating internal platform tooling, e.g. CLI tools, etc

• Experience creating scalable development and integration pipelines with tools such as ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, GitHub Actions, or similar solutions.

• Experience creating application deployments of Kubernetes-based services using tools like Kustomize, Helm, ArgoCD or similar ones using release engineering practices such as GitOps.

• Experience with cloud-based architectures like Amazon Web Services and knowledge of related Infrastructure as Code & CICD practices.

• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and web services architecture.

• Experience with managing complex infrastructure (such as Kubernetes clusters, VPC networking and security policies) using Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. Terraform or CloudFormation).

• Hands-on experience with containers (creating and optimizing Dockerfiles, using docker-compose), deep understanding of underlying and related technologies (kernel features, container networking, image structure & registry). 

• Familiarity with software packaging tools, functional testing, security validation tools and services, code coverage tools.

• BS or MS in the CS field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years professional experience in hands-on engineering roles (Platform Engineer / Software Engineer /  DevOps / SRE / CICD).

About the Role

We’re looking for a Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer to join our global support organization. In this role, you’ll handle complex technical issues, act as a key escalation point for the support team, and work closely with Product and R&D to identify root causes and drive long-term solutions.

This role goes beyond resolving tickets. We’re looking for someone who brings strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to create clarity in complex situations. You’ll help identify systemic issues, improve support operations, and contribute to the growth of the wider team through knowledge sharing, mentoring and guidance, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues escalated from Tier 1 and internal teams 
• Troubleshoot across product components, APIs, integrations, and platform behavior
• Serve as the technical escalation point for high-impact customer cases
• Partner with Product and R&D to diagnose root causes and drive fixes
• Identify recurring issues and lead efforts to implement long-term solutions
• Analyze support trends and recommend product or process improvements
• Improve support workflows and operational efficiency
