Today, marketers are already achieving remarkable results: building their own data dashboards, creating agents that compress multi-day processes, and authoring tools that accelerate workflows. The FDA team exists to take what's working and systematically scale it across the entire marketing organization.
As a Forward Deployed AI Accelerator, you'll be embedded with a group of approximately 20 marketers organized by functional team, shared workflow, or location. You'll build alongside them, and you will help them fundamentally change how they operate. Your measure of success is the number of workflows you've permanently transformed and the extent to which those in your group start any task with an AI tool.

The Markets Team sits at the intersection of institutional asset issuance and onchain liquidity operations within the M0 ecosystem. The team operates the infrastructure that transforms real-world collateral, such as U.S. Treasuries or tokenized money market funds, into M0-powered stablecoins: programmable, composable digital dollars used by builders across DeFi and beyond. The team operates and grows M0's liquidity orchestartion layer and partner flows across the growing network of issuers and stablecoin partners. The Markets Team is a critical bridge between institutional-grade financial infrastructure and the onchain economy and is now scaling into the future.
This is a hands-on operations role with a strong emphasis on governance, risk, and compliance. You’ll manage core workflows from minting and redemption to onboarding, reconciliations, and AML operations, while building the structures that ensure MXON operates with institutional rigor and audit and licensing readiness.
You’ll join at a formative stage where your ideas and systems design will directly shape next-generation financial infrastructure. We’re looking for someone who combines the discipline of traditional finance with the agility of digital assets, and who thrives on bringing structure to dynamic environments.

You’ll be embedded closely with trading and research teams, building tools and infrastructure that streamline the entire data journey, from ingestion to live signal evaluation and model updates. ScopeAs the Radio software engineer at Ambiq, you will drive the wireless software development for the Apollo Blue family, develop wireless software solutions (implement specification, design software, and unit test). This role will work with different cross functional teams to integrate and debug wireless components on the company’s platform. Perform code review, code optimization, refactoring, bug hunting, and bug fixing.
The successful candidate must be intimately familiar with open-thread , have extensive experience in developing deeply embedded applications for wireless silicon and good at analyzing RF, firmware issues using air sniffer, logic analyzer, etc. The person in this role will be responsible for scoping software development work, task delegation, identifying resource/technical gaps, and taking initiative to tackle challenging technical issues by getting support from across teams. Every year, millions of students apply to university. The decision shapes the rest of their lives — which country they live in, which careers open to them, who they become. And for most of them, the school they attend is the single biggest determinant of how well that decision gets made: the counselor they meet with, the platform that counselor uses, the conversations that happen in the months before they hit submit.
Roughly 100 school groups in the world collectively educate over a million of these students. You’ll start by building a complete picture of the current commercial landscape — the school groups that matter most, the government systems where Cialfo has a credible right to play, where the IC team is performing and where it isn’t. You’ll have a point of view on where to move first.
From there, things will be measurably better. The first lighthouse group deals will be closed or in late-stage negotiation. The first Ministry-level conversations will be running, with at least one credible procurement path identified. The IC team will be hitting a higher bar with a clearer playbook. The Manifest ecosystem story will be told consistently in every conversation.
Over time, Cialfo will be the default platform partner for serious international school groups across multiple regions, and will have won at least one national-system deployment that becomes a reference for the next ten. Group-level and government revenue will be a meaningful and growing share of K12 ARR. The pipeline for the following year will be anchored in relationships that compound for the next decade.
You’ve spent twelve to fifteen years in commercial roles, and a meaningful part of that has been closing enterprise deals where the buyer was a network or a government rather than a single decision-maker — in K12, higher education, public sector, or an adjacent institutional market where procurement is slow, political, and outcome-driven. You don’t lose patience when a partnership takes eighteen months to close. You’ve done it before.
You’ve sold to government before, or you’ve been close enough to it to know exactly what it takes — the RFP discipline, the political reading, the partner ecosystem you build before you can credibly bid, the patience to lose a cycle and come back stronger the next one. You don’t romanticise government sales and you don’t fear it. You see it for what it is: a slower, larger, more durable version of enterprise selling that pays back over a decade if you do it right.

Unlike centralized data platform roles, this position is deeply integrated with the investment process. You will own the end-to-end data lifecycle that powers alpha research, portfolio construction, and live trading – from sourcing and ingestion to profiling, validation, transformation, and delivery into research and production systems. Responsibilities:
Architect and develop embedded firmware components that execute real-time power regulation, protection, and control algorithms for SST operation.
Own embedded bootloader architecture, embedded security, and common platforms

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, etc. with 5+years of professional experience or combined equivalent experience with evidence of exceptional ability
Proficiency in C or C++ for embedded systems.
Understanding of low-level programming and hardware interfacing.
Experience with one or more IDEs and debugging tools.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Knowledge of real-time programming concepts and real-time operating systems.
Ability to write efficient code under resource constraints (memory, CPU).
Experience with embedded system testing practices.
Knowledge of digital and analog electronics.
Ability to travel up to 20% including internationally
Excellent written and verbal communications

As the Staff Applications Software Engineer, Zephyr at Ambiq, you will drive the development and testing of Ambiq’s Zephyr software offering. This includes porting new Ambiq SoCs to the Zephyr environment and enabling hardware evaluation platforms, staying up-to-date with the latest Zephyr developments and maintaining Ambiq SoC compliance, building new samples and drivers, and driving power optimizations to best showcase our ultra-low power technology.
This role will work within our Applications Engineering Team and will work closely with the global MCU software team.
The successful candidate should be a fast-learning, result-driven, and self-motivated team player with an “always learning” mindset. They should have an inquiring spirit and be comfortable in a lab environment and in executing hands-on debugging for embedded systems.
