About the Role

As an Account Development Executive, you’ll manage a portfolio of restaurant and hospitality clients, nurturing relationships and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts. You’ll be responsible for driving upsells, supporting renewals, and helping clients get the most out of the SevenRooms platform. In this role, you’ll collaborate with teams across the business to ensure clients are set up for long-term success, while also contributing directly to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

• Manage Account Growth. Drive renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities within your book of business to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Own the Renewal Process. Proactively engage clients ahead of contract expiration to discuss goals, performance, and ensure continued value from the platform.
• Identify Expansion Opportunities. Spot and close opportunities to introduce clients to additional SevenRooms features, integrations, and services that support their growth.
• Pitch and Close Upsells. Recommend solutions like advanced reporting or marketing tools that increase engagement and adoption of the platform.
• Build Trusted Relationships. Serve as a strategic advisor to key decision-makers, understanding their goals and aligning platform solutions to meet their needs.
• Lead Client Presentations. Deliver engaging presentations and product demos that showcase SevenRooms’ value and educate clients on new capabilities.
• Collaborate Across Teams. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to advocate for clients and drive successful outcomes.
• Track and Report Progress. Provide regular updates on account activity, upsell potential, and forecast data to support broader team performance goals.

Job's mission

The Lead II, Internal Audit is responsible for the planning, organizing and executing of audits for ASM globally. This will be achieved primarily through risk assessing, planning, executing and reporting on operational, financial, and compliance related audits and reviews of ASM.

This is an individual contributor role, based in Singapore and reports into Vice President, Internal Audit & Risk Management.

What you will be working on

• Conducts detailed risk assessments and identifies controls in place to mitigate identified risks.
• Plans data-driven audits and reviews activities in an effective and efficient manner.
• Undertakes audit procedures to verify that controls are operating as intended through testing and interviewing techniques.
• Proficient in data analytics and demonstrate actual use of audit analytics.
• Analyses and concludes on effectiveness and efficiency of controls.
• Identifies control gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Provides value-added recommendations for audit issues raised.
• Perform timely follow-up and verify to ensure proper closure of audit issues.
• Documents the results of audit issues and work performed in accordance with the Internal Audit department and IIA standards.
• Prepares timely audit reports for senior management, the Management Board and the Audit Committee.
• Assesses, evaluates and promotes adherence to ASM policies and procedures.
• Contributes, as appropriate, in the year-end financial audit with the external auditor.
• Enhance internal audit standards and practices within ASM.
• Assist in any adhoc activities such as business consulting or investigations, etc.
• Willing to travel up to 20%, depending on the audit projects assigned

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable university with a CA / CPA / ACCA certification or with certifications such as CIA, CFE or CISA;
• Minimum 10 years of relevant audit experience.
• Minimum 5 years of external audit experience from the Big 4 accounting firms and another 5 years in internal audit at an MNC.
• Knowledge of semi-conductor manufacturing industry or high-tech manufacturing environment 
• Thorough understanding of IIA standards and ability to fully comply with these standards.
• Strong skills in negotiating, relationship building, problem solving and timely problem escalation.
• Adaptable and able to meet deadlines as well as prioritize and juggle multiple demands.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in SAP and Power BI/ other data analytics certification/programs.
• Familiarity with audit tools currently available on the market

As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will be mainly involved in the general accounting operations of Southeast Asia (“SEA”) region in Riot Games. Your hands-on accounting experience and understanding of accounting principles ensure the general ledger is keeping Riot on a firm footing.

You will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records while supporting the accounting team for existing and new compliance requirements, or detecting and recording unusual transactions. Most importantly, this role requires someone who understands Riot’s mission and values and is committed to helping teams creatively solve business problems.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the journal entries such as accruals, prepaids, fixed assets and various general accounting within our established month-end reporting schedule.
• Responsible for month-end close activities including balance sheet reconciliations, flux analysis and liaising with outsourced accounting providers to prepare local ledgers and reporting packs.
• Understand accounts, investigate fluctuations, monitor trends, identify unusual transactions, research the proper accounting treatment and propose a resolution
• Address accounting issues related to new transactions by investigating the facts, and researching the proper accounting treatment under local and US GAAP
• Support the accounting team in audit and compliance-related activities, including preparation of audit schedules, responding to auditor inquiries and supporting internal controls processes
• Improve existing processes by finding ways to add efficiency or quality, including through system enhancements and improved data integrity
• Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or CPA, CA Singapore, or ACCA certification
• 4+ years of experience in public or corporate accounting, with 3+ years in a Big 4 assurance role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and with strong documentation and organizational skills
• Collaborative team player who devotes into the team to harmonize and encourage discussion on alternative and unconventional approaches
• Proactive attitude to solve problems and ask questions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle)
• Experience in gaming, entertainment, or technology industries
• Experience with US reporting and cross-regional reporting, including Southeast Asia entities
• Experience using advanced excel (power query) and tools or automation to improve accounting processes
