About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance team supporting Korea, Japan, and Singapore. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of accounting experience and a strong understanding of Korean accounting standards (K-GAAP), IFRS, and regional tax compliance. This role will play a key part in managing multi-country accounting operations and supporting our fast-growing AI services business with accurate and timely financial data.

Key Responsibilities

General Accounting

• Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger (GL) entries and reconciliations across Korea, Japan, and Singapore entities
• Ensure proper month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing in compliance with company policies and local GAAP/IFRS
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes across multiple countries
• Review and reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow across entities

Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for multiple entities and stakeholders
• Support the preparation of consolidated financials for headquarters
• Assist in management reporting and variance analysis across regions

Tax & Compliance

• Prepare and file tax returns including VAT (Korea), Consumption Tax (Japan), and GST (Singapore)
• Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements across Korea, Japan, and Singapore
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and government agencies as required

Process Improvement & Tools

• Support ERP/financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks) across regions
• Assist in implementing automation tools to improve efficiency in finance operations
• Collaborate with global finance teams to align accounting policies and internal controls

Business Support

• Partner with operational and project teams to provide financial insights for AI service projects
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning across multiple entities
• Provide finance-related support for payroll, expense reimbursement, and operational finance

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in technology or service companies
• Strong knowledge of K-GAAP, IFRS, and regional tax compliance (Korea, Japan, Singapore preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and financial reporting capabilities
• Strong communication skills in Korean and English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
• Experience handling multi-country accounting operations
• Good communication skills in Japanese
• Familiarity with Singapore GST and regional compliance requirements

Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional Technical Consultant II (Post Sales) to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist customers in adopting the Workato platform for integration and automation from both business and technical perspectives. You will be defining and driving best practices working with customer business and technical stakeholders. You will help Workato extend the functionality of our product and continuously improve our engagement best practices. This is a remote role, candidates based anywhere in Korea are welcome to apply! In this role, your responsibilities would include -

• Onboarding new customers onto Workato’s platform by providing technical consulting, guidance, and enablement to customers to achieve value quickly   

• Engaging with customers to gather integration and automation requirements and leading the solution design process jointly with customers

• Sharing best practices from a business and technical perspective, related to deployment models, governance structures, integration design, and build

• Working closely with Product and Engineering to review customer requirements and feedback, and identify opportunities for Workato platform enhancements, while managing customer expectations

• Becoming a Workato evangelist with the ability to demonstrate how Workato can drive business automation in both direct deployments and embedded solutions across a broad set of industries

• Becoming a trusted customer advisor and a customer advocate within Workato

• Participating in and conducting post-onboarding deployment health checks and guidance on integration and process optimizations

• Contributing to the growth of our technical consulting team by creating or enhancing content such as presentations, demos, best practices, architecture patterns, and online courses for use by both customers and enabling our extended team

• Prioritizing and delivering an outstanding customer service experience to Workato customers

• Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, as well as any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in solutions and implementation consulting

• Knowledge and understanding of integrations and system design principles

• Good understanding of technology and industry trends, especially in the app integration space

• Good understanding of database technologies, such as SQL and Postgres

• Demonstrated good understanding of on-premise infrastructure & cloud-based deployments, configurations along with monitoring & management

• Demonstrated understanding of the SDLC & end-to-end experience in developing, supporting & troubleshooting integrations

• Demonstrated ability to create quality technical documentation 

• Experience working with at least one (1) Integration Platform, such as Workato, Tray, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, WebMethods, Oracle Integration Suite

• Experience working with cloud business apps like Workday / NetSuite / Salesforce / Servicenow / SAP is a plus

• Experience with web development frameworks and knowledge of JS frontend and backend is a plus

• Experience with OEM or embedded SaaS solutions is a plus

• Experience embedding third-party integrations or iFrames into web app is a plus

About the Role

As a Senior Services & Solutions Architect at Celonis, you will play a dual role in our customers' transformation journeys. The Work You’ll Do

Services Delivery 

• Lead Implementation Projects: Drive agile project teams to transform raw customer data into process insights, from ETL through building of analytical dashboards and solutions (AI, automation) 
• Business Consulting: Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications across domains like Finance (P2P, O2C), Supply Chain, and Procurement.
• Advanced Analytics: Build and deploy innovative operational apps enriched with AI/ML algorithms to automate manual business tasks.

Solutions Architecture & Technical Onboarding

• Technical Onboarding: Act as the first point of contact for technical stakeholders to design the Celonis architecture within the customer’s ecosystem.
• Data Integration: Establish real-time integrations between source systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Celonis via APIs, ETL pipelines, and Data Streaming.
• Security & Identity: Advise on user management, authentication (SSO/LDAP), and IT security compliance to ensure a friction-less rollout.
• Infrastructure Strategy: Evaluate customer environments (Cloud vs. On-Premise) to propose solutions that unblock deployment bottlenecks.

The Qualifications You Need

• Experience: 5+ years in Data Engineering, IT Consulting, or Solutions Architecture, with direct experience in a SaaS or Big Data environment.
• Technical Core: Expert proficiency in SQL and ETL processes is essential. Python knowledge and experience with Agentic Agents/MCP servers are also very helpful. 
• Architectural Knowledge: Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, data pipelines, data pipelines and experience with ETL processes for large data volumes. 
• Business Process Acumen: Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and core business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay).
• Languages: Native fluency in Korean and professional English are required for this role to support our local market and global collaboration.
• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
