저희는 다양한 목표와 맥락에 유연하게 적응할 수 있는 Generalist Agent for Game Environments를 연구·개발합니다.
복잡한 게임 환경에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 실시간 의사결정과 상호작용이 가능한 에이전트를 만들어갑니다.
이 에이전트는 텍스트, 비주얼 정보, 게임 상태, 로그 등 다양한 입력을 이해하고, 상황에 맞는 행동과 상호작용을 생성할 수 있어야 합니다.

Role Overview  

You will provide legal support across various international legal initiatives, including Coupang Intelligent Cloud, Coupang’s AI cloud computing service, in an extremely fast-paced, dynamic and constantly challenging environment. What You Will Do

• Technology and commercial transactions: Lead and execute on a variety of country-specific, regional, and global technology and commercial transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex technology and commercial contracts in English and Korean. You will be hands-on with end-to-end responsibility for legal support and will be required to work in partnership with our Procurement, Engineering, Security, Compliance and other teams.

You'll also be expected to use AI tooling aggressively in your own workflow, automating pipelines, wiring together APIs, and building with agentic CLIs so your output compounds beyond what any single engineer could ship alone.

The Role

You'll design and build the core intelligence layer of our AI agents: retrieval systems, tool-calling pipelines, voice integrations, and agentic reasoning capabilities. You'll also be expected to use AI-native development tools and automation to accelerate your own work and the team around you. The right person thrives at the intersection of applied research, production engineering, and building with AI.

You might be this person if:

• You read AI research papers and your first instinct is to run an experiment, not write a summary.
• You've shipped LLM-powered features to production and you know exactly what separates a reliable system from a promising prototype.
• You obsess over latency, accuracy, and failure modes. "Kind of works" isn't in your vocabulary.
• You use agentic CLIs like Claude Code to move fast, and you wire APIs, automation platforms, or custom scripts together to eliminate repetitive work for yourself and your teammates.
• You get uncomfortable when prompt engineering is the only lever being pulled. You want to go deeper.
• You can evaluate a voice AI vendor on quality, cost, and real-world performance without needing a framework to tell you how.
• You communicate technical tradeoffs clearly enough that product managers and engineers can make real decisions.

You need to have:

• 5 or more years of professional experience in machine learning, data science, or applied AI engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, tool use, or advanced prompt engineering.
• Working knowledge of voice AI technologies, including Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech, with the ability to evaluate solutions across quality, latency, and cost.
• Fluency in Python with a track record of building and deploying production-grade services.

What you'll actually do:

• Design and optimize the full backend pipeline for our AI agents, including advanced RAG systems, function-calling tools, and core agentic capabilities.
• Lead the integration and evaluation of voice AI solutions, third-party APIs, self-hosted models, and fine-tuned alternatives, with a hard focus on latency and quality.
• Prototype and implement new agent methodologies drawn from the latest LLM and agentic research, moving from experiment to production when results warrant it.
• Build and automate scalable Python services using agentic development tools, accelerating your output and reducing manual overhead across the full development lifecycle.
• Connect tools, APIs, and automation platforms to build internal pipelines that save time for the broader engineering team, not just yourself.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex requirements into shippable features without losing technical integrity.
• Embed AI agent capabilities directly into the Sendbird platform, ensuring the experience is coherent and powerful from the customer's point of view.

Experience Engineering Dept. 는 Krafton 게임의 유저들에게 웹 환경에서 새로운 경험을 줄 수 있도록 프로덕트와 서비스를 개발하는 조직입니다.
담당하는 프로젝트 KCN(KRAFTON Creator Network) 은 크래프톤의 게임 IP와 글로벌 콘텐츠 크리에이터를 연결하는 전사 통합 크리에이터 마케팅 플랫폼입니다.

KCN 백엔드 팀은 이 플랫폼의 서버 사이드를 전담하며, 마이크로서비스 기반의 백엔드 시스템을 설계·구축·운영합니다.

About the role

As the founding leader of Applied AI Solutions Architecture in Korea, you will drive the adoption of frontier AI by enabling the deployment of Anthropic's products (Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and API) across Korean enterprises and digital-first organizations. You'll leverage your technical skills and consultative sales experience to drive positive AI transformation that addresses our customers' business needs, meets their technical requirements, and provides a high degree of reliability and safety.

You'll be responsible for building and leading the Korea Applied AI team from the ground up. Applied AI comprises Solutions Architects, Product Engineers, and Finetuning Engineers. You will establish processes and best practices for the region's technical pre-sales engagements based on your years of experience, help each team member achieve success, high productivity, and career growth, and represent Anthropic as a technical lead on some of its most important partnerships.

In collaboration with the Sales, Product, and Engineering teams globally and locally, you'll help enterprise partners incorporate leading-edge AI systems into their cutting-edge products and platforms. You will employ your excellent communication skills—in both Korean and English—to explain and demonstrate complex solutions persuasively to technical and non-technical audiences alike. You will play a critical role in identifying opportunities to innovate and differentiate our AI systems, while maintaining our best-in-class safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the foundational team of Applied AI professionals in Seoul (Solutions Architects and Product Engineers) providing both technical guidance and career development

• Set goals and reviews for your team, promoting growth and output

• Work with a handful of highest-value enterprise customers on their overall AI adoption strategies, focusing on pre-sales technical excellence including use case scoping, technical champion building, and POC execution

• Partner closely with your aligned GTM leadership to understand customer requirements & co-build GTM strategies to drive adoption for Korean enterprise customers

• Contribute to thought leadership through conference presentations, webinars, and technical content creation

• Own the technical portions of pre-sales engagements, ensuring your team provides compelling demos and validates enterprise customer ROI from Anthropic products

• Drive collaboration from cross-functional teams to influence and unify stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive business outcomes

• Travel regularly to customer sites for executive-level sessions, technical workshops, and building relationships

• Establish a shared vision for creating solutions that enable beneficial and safe AI in technology products

• Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative solutions that leverage our latest models' capabilities

• Stay current with emerging AI/ML trends and competitive landscape in the Korean enterprise tech sector

You may be a good fit if you have:

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales technical role

• 3+ years of technical go-to-market management experience, specifically managing pre-sales teams

• Native or business-level fluency in Korean and professional proficiency in English

• Experience working with Korean enterprise customers and understanding local business culture and decision-making processes

• Experience with the unique technical requirements and technical procurement process of enterprise tech companies

• Deep technical proficiency with enterprise AI deployments, API integrations, and production LLM use cases

• Have an organizational mindset and enjoy building foundational teams in a relatively unstructured environment

• Have excellent communication, collaboration, and coaching abilities

• Are comfortable dealing with highly uncertain, ambiguous, and fast-moving environments typical of the tech industry

• Strong executive presence and ability to foster deep relationships with technical leaders and engineering teams

• Have at least a high level familiarity with the architecture and operation of large language models and/or ML in general

• Experience with prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, and architecting AI-powered systems

• Make ambiguous problems clear and identify core principles that can translate across scenarios

• Have a passion for making powerful technology safe and societally beneficial

• Think creatively about the risks and benefits of new technologies, and think beyond past checklists and playbooks

• Stay up-to-date and informed by taking an active interest in emerging research and industry trends

• Understanding of developer tooling, SDKs, and technical integration patterns common in enterprise tech companies

As a member of the Applied AI team at Anthropic, you will be a technical Product Engineer focused on becoming a trusted technical advisor to customers as they adopt Claude. You will work closely with customer product and engineering teams as they ship new products powered by Claude: advising on architecture design decisions, developing evaluation frameworks, and guiding customers through the most cutting edge implementation patterns for LLMs.

Working closely with our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, you'll guide customers from technical discovery through successful deployment. You'll combine deep engineering expertise with customer-facing skills to help customers understand the potential of working with LLMs and build innovative solutions that address complex business challenges while maintaining our high standards for safety and reliability. 

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical advisor to Anthropic customers as they deploy new products & workflows with our models: from discovery through deployment, coordinating internally across multiple teams to drive customer success
• Partner with account executives to deeply understand customer product requirements and architect technical solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical implementation
• Guide technical architecture decisions and help customers build state-of-the-art products & workflows with LLMs via API
• Develop customized pilots, prototypes, and evaluation suites that make the case for customer deployment of our models into customer products and workflows via our API
• Lead hands-on technical workshops and code reviews with customer engineering teams
• Identify common design patterns and contribute insights back to our Product and Engineering teams 
• Maintain strong knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities, implementation patterns, and AI product development stacks
• Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops, implementation support, and building relationships
• Attend conferences, lead speaking engagements, write blog posts and white papers on topics surrounding the AI space

You may be a good fit if you have: 

• 4+ years of experience in a technical roles such as Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Software Engineer or Technical Product Manager with a desire to work closely with customers
• Production experience with LLMs including advanced prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale
• Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python and experience building production applications
• Expertise working with common LLM implementation patterns, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, agent frameworks, and retrieval frameworks.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and execute across domains with intellectual openness, finding simple solutions to complex problems
• High cooperation mindset for cross-organizational collaboration, balancing competing priorities with integrity
• Passion for advancing safe, beneficial AI systems through creative technical applications
• Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders while maintaining a low ego and collaborative approach
• Fluent in both Korean and English

The Role 

You'll own end-to-end delivery of core AI agent capabilities, from architecture to production, driving excellence across orchestration, prompt engineering, and platform scalability. You'll mentor the engineers around you and set the standard for AI-native development. This role is built for someone who moves fast, thinks in systems, and uses AI to ship at a pace that surprises people.

You might be this person if:

• You've owned a system that broke in production, made it better, and still think about why it broke.
• You use agentic tools like Claude Code or Codex as a core part of your dev workflow, not as a novelty.
• You enjoy mentoring junior engineers not because it's expected, but because you genuinely care about how they grow.
• You've shipped LLM-powered features into production and have strong views on where prompt engineering ends and architecture begins.
• You've led technical planning in a cross-functional setting and can hold your own in a room with PMs, designers, and engineers at once.

You need to have:

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with direct ownership of AI/ML or backend systems in production.
• Deep Python expertise with a proven track record of building and scaling reliable, performant systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs.
• Strong system design and architecture skills, including distributed systems and cloud-native deployments on AWS or GCP.
• Strong English proficiency. You can communicate complex technical ideas clearly in writing and in conversation.

What you'll actually do:

• Design and implement core agent features including advanced RAG pipelines, multi-step tool use, and agent orchestration logic.
• Drive architectural decisions for the AI agent platform with a focus on fault tolerance, scalability, and extensibility.
• Build and optimize evaluation, observability, and classification pipelines that improve agent performance over time.
• Lead prompt engineering strategy for diverse customer use cases, including designing A/B testing and automated regression pipelines.
• Improve retrieval logic and embedding models to push RAG pipeline performance further.
• Monitor AI research and actively bring relevant techniques into production systems, using agentic CLIs and automation tooling to accelerate iteration cycles.
• Guide junior engineers and interns through code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning.
• Partner with PMs, designers, and sales engineers to translate real customer needs into well-scoped technical solutions.
