업무내용
• 후보자는 PJT의 End-to-End에서 Insight를 발굴하여 의사결정을 지원
• 프로젝트 진행 중 발생하는 문제에 대해 데이터 기반으로 현황을 파악하고 이슈 및 개선 포인트 도출
• 간단한 SQL 조회를 통한 데이터 확인 및 리포트 지원

Team Overview
Coupang Eats is offering both food delivery and quick-commerce solutions to Korean customers. Additionally the food delivery experience is also available in the Japanese market. Within this space, the team is responsible for the search funnel for these 3 verticals. This encompasses all the different layers of search (retrieval, relevance, query understanding, ranking, etc.).
Search is a fast-growing area, and we are working to improve the quality of search to ensure that customers find the best dish, store or item for them. We use the state-of-the-art Machine Learning and Deep Learning technologies to ensure the best quality of search, and we are continuously innovating and building highly scalable systems to support the growing business and customer engagement.
Role Overview
As a Sr. Staff Machine Learning Engineer for Search, you will be responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and improvement of the end-to-end search quality and systems. Since the scope ranges across all the search layers (retrieval, relevance query understanding, intent expression, ranking, etc.) there are a wide range of customer problems to resolve. This will require designing and maintaining multiple foundational models. You will run experiments to validate in a controlled environment and launch any features and ranking improvements that would improve the customer experience.

Within this space, the team is responsible for the search funnel for these 3 verticals. This encompasses all the different layers of search (retrieval, relevance, query understanding, ranking, etc.).
Search is a fast-growing area, and we are working to improve the quality of search to ensure that customers find the best dish, store or item for them. We use the state-of-the-art Machine Learning and Deep Learning technologies to ensure the best quality of search, and we are continuously innovating and building highly scalable systems to support the growing business and customer engagement.
Role Overview
As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer for Search, you will be responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and improvement of the end-to-end search quality and systems. Since the scope ranges across all the search layers (retrieval, relevance query understanding, intent expression, ranking, etc.) there are a wide range of customer problems to resolve. This will require designing and maintaining multiple foundational models. You will run experiments to validate in a controlled environment and launch any features and ranking improvements that would improve the customer experience.

As the founding leader of Applied AI Solutions Architecture in Korea, you will drive the adoption of frontier AI by enabling the deployment of Anthropic's products (Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and API) across Korean enterprises and digital-first organizations. You'll be responsible for building and leading the Korea Applied AI team from the ground up. Applied AI comprises Solutions Architects, Product Engineers, and Finetuning Engineers. You will establish processes and best practices for the region's technical pre-sales engagements based on your years of experience, help each team member achieve success, high productivity, and career growth, and represent Anthropic as a technical lead on some of its most important partnerships.
In collaboration with the Sales, Product, and Engineering teams globally and locally, you'll help enterprise partners incorporate leading-edge AI systems into their cutting-edge products and platforms.
