Position Description:
The Services PreSales Architect is a technical authority on both cloud and on-premises based IAM systems and is responsible for ensuring the successful design and implementation of Okta’s & Auth0’s industry leading cloud identity platform for our customers. Your main focus will be on driving the success of Okta's and Auth0's identity offerings. You will cultivate strong, trusted partnerships with customers, concentrating on their success and helping them achieve their business goals by promoting innovative and creative solutions. This is a hands-on EM role for the Digital Identity — Access & Rights team. The team builds and operates the Entitlements and Authorization platforms, two Tier-0 services every SoFi product depends on. Combined these two platforms are the single sources of truth for what benefits does a member have and what are they allowed to do. The right candidate pairs deep operational rigor with a genuine investment in coaching engineers, ships with modern AI tooling as a default, and moves fast with a just-do-it attitude.
You will inherit a strong, senior team of engineers already delivering against a dense roadmap that directly enables SoFi’s top tech initiatives such as Big Business Banking, SoFi Plus, Small Medium Business as well as other offerings.
The Digital Identity group owns customer identity, relationships, access control, and benefits distribution across all of SoFi. The Access & Rights team specifically owns two platforms that sit on the critical path for every member interaction: Entitlements (the generic connection graph mapping each entity to its accounts, benefits, and other resources) and Authorization (evaluating fine-grained permissions for every authenticated request). Our consumers include all of SoFi and we are a direct enabler to increased product velocity.

We are seeking a GRC Automation Lead to join our GRC organization and build the technical foundation for how we scale our risk and compliance programs. In this role, you will lead the team that designs and implements automated workflows, data pipelines, and integrations that transform manual compliance processes into scalable engineering systems.
This is a greenfield opportunity to establish the team, architecture, and integrations that will define how we approach governance, risk, and compliance at Anthropic. The core challenge is a data problem: compliance information lives across dozens of systems—cloud infrastructure, identity providers, HR platforms, ticketing tools, code repositories—and your job is to design systems that bring it together, normalize it, and make it actionable. Success in this role comes from understanding how systems connect and how data flows between them, not from writing code yourself.
At Anthropic, you'll also have a unique advantage: the ability to design AI-powered workflows where Claude acts as an extension of your team, handling tasks that would traditionally require additional headcount or manual effort. You'll need ingenuity to identify where agentic AI can accelerate evidence collection, interpret unstructured data, triage compliance gaps, and augment human judgment in risk assessments. Working closely with Security, IT, and Engineering teams, you'll translate compliance and regulatory requirements into solutions that support audit programs including SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, and FedRAMP, building systems that combine traditional automation with AI capabilities to achieve scale that wouldn't otherwise be possible.

For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

About the Role
This is a rare ground-floor opportunity. Sleep Doctor is expanding aggressively into insurance-based care—and this Director of RCM is one of the earliest and most critical hires in that journey. You’re not inheriting a mature function: you’re designing and building it.
We are looking for a hands-on, visionary Director of Revenue Cycle Management to architect and lead our end-to-end RCM infrastructure from scratch. You’ll cover the full billing spectrum—clinical services and DME—across both commercial and government payors nationwide. Working closely with our VP of Product and clinical leadership, you’ll build a next-generation, digital-first revenue cycle that is automated by default, transparent to patients, and built to scale.
This role begins as an individual contributor—you’ll be deep in the work, setting up systems, forging payor relationships, and getting the fundamentals right. As the insurance segment grows, you’ll evolve into a people leader, building and scaling the RCM team and function around you. Compensation Range
$150,000 - $200,000/yr. Note that final compensation is subject to the candidate’s specific qualifications and location, as well as the needs of the company. This position is eligible to participate in the company’s bonus program.

There is an option to participate in both a medical FSA and dependent care FSA. We offer a 401(k) plan, with fully matching contributions up to 3% of salary and 50% matching from 3% to 5% of salary. Remote with Moderate Travel (4- 8 trips per year)
