About the Team

The Strategy & Planning team is the function responsible for shaping and accelerating LatAm's strategic growth. Our role is to identify what truly moves the region forward, ensure focus on the highest-impact opportunities, and create clarity on where we are going and how we get there. We operate as connectors, challengers, and enablers across Brazil, Mexico, and global teams.

We combine strategic depth with execution discipline. We analyze opportunities, validate assumptions, stress-test feasibility, and adjust the route when needed. Our work is built on selectivity, prioritization, and impact — we make conscious choices about which initiatives we lead, which we support, and which we should not pursue.

We are not an operational back-office or a task-taker team. We are a strategic growth engine, responsible for pushing LatAm forward, ensuring we focus on what matters, and creating long-term value for the region and the company.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This is not a supporting role. You will be a driver of the region's strategic agenda — expected to operate with independence, voice, and influence.

You will work at the intersection of strategy, market intelligence, and cross-functional execution, partnering directly with regional leadership and stakeholders across Brazil, Mexico, and global teams. Your output will shape how LatAm grows.

What You Bring

•     5+ years of experience in strategy, business development, management consulting, or a related field.
•     Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with data, building models, and deriving actionable insights.
•     Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services is a strong plus.
•     Proven ability to operate with autonomy and influence across levels and functions.
•     Language proficiency: Advanced English (required), Native Portuguese (required), Spanish (strong plus).
•     Structured thinker who can translate complexity into clear, executive-ready outputs.
•     Track record of delivering high-quality work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

This role is based out of our São Paulo office. We are an office-first company and value in-person collaboration; we do not offer remote-only roles.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Mobile). You will be the core driver of our mobile user acquisition (UA) strategy, focusing on data-driven execution and aggressive ROAS optimization. This is a hands-on role requiring technical analytics skills and deep operational knowledge of major advertising platforms.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Hands-on creation, optimization, and scaling of performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Apple Search Ads (ASA), TikTok Ads and other channels.
• Relentlessly focus on maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and achieving efficient mobile user acquisition targets.
• Serve as the expert user for our Mobile Measurement Partner, AppsFlyer, ensuring data integrity and accurate attribution.
• Manage the creative process by briefing design/creative teams and generating/validating effective ad copy and video scripts.
• Utilize expertise in AI tools for copy creation, campaign optimization, and strategic performance analysis.
• Deep understanding of mobile ad fraud (click injection, SDK spoofing) and prevention tools.
• Ability to self-serve data via SQL/Looker/Tableau to reduce dependency on data teams.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 5+ years in Performance/Growth Marketing, specifically focused on Mobile App Growth (UA).
• Expert working knowledge of AppsFlyer.
• Proven success in ROAS-focused campaign optimization.
• Experience managing monthly budgets exceeding USD 300k.
• Extensive, hands-on experience managing Google, Meta, ASA, and TikTok campaigns.
• Fluency in professional and technical English.

As an Applied AI Scientist (MLE), you’re expected to:

1. Research Execution & Technical Leadership (Complexity & Autonomy)

• Lead and execute complex applied research initiatives independently, focusing on building and optimizing architectures (e.g., Transformers, GNNs) that can be deployed across critical use cases like Credit, RecSys, GenAI, and real-time inference.

What are we looking for?

• Professional Experience: 5-7+ years in applied AI/ML, with a proven track record of delivering research-driven systems into production environments
• Technical Mastery:
  • Deep expertise in Deep Learning architectures (Transformers, Multimodal, or GNNs).
  • Strong coding skills in Python and proficiency with frameworks like PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
  • Solid understanding of MLOps and the constraints of deploying models at scale.
• Problem Solving: Sophisticated skills in ML problem formulation and the ability to navigate uncertainty when data is messy or unavailable.
