THE WORK:
We’re building the next phase of real-world adoption on the XRP Ledger, and LATAM is a critical part of that journey. As Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager for LATAM, you’ll partner with builders, founders, and institutions to expand how tokenized assets are used across payments, trade finance, and collateral management.
Together, we’ll grow a durable ecosystem by connecting startups, venture capital, and strategic partners across LATAM’s FinTech and TradFi landscape, while navigating the region’s diverse regulatory environments. This is a strategic yet hands-on role blending ecosystem development, partnerships, and go-to-market execution.
You will be responsible for the rollout of ecosystem growth programs, supporting emerging startups from inception to mainnet launch, and improving our standing in the region. Navigating LATAM’s diverse regulatory landscape, you will form a robust network of startup programs, venture capital firms, and ecosystem players.

Why We Need This Role
All Google and Meta advertising for LATAM and the US market is managed in-house, and right now there is no dedicated resource to own it day-to-day. Without this hire, campaign performance suffers from a lack of daily optimisation, structured reporting, and creative iteration. This role is business-critical: they will own paid digital across the full LATAM portfolio and the US market, while building the data and reporting infrastructure that is currently missing globally.
What you’ll do
As Digital Marketing Specialist for LATAM, you will be the primary executor of paid digital channels across Brazil, Chile, Peru and the US market. You will run campaigns across Google Ads and Meta day-to-day, support creative briefing and monthly ad creative cycles, and build dashboards to give leadership clear visibility of marketing performance. A data-first approach is central to this role, you will be expected to test continuously, draw real insights from performance data, and make decisions that improve results over time. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their career who is hungry to own channels, grow fast, and make a measurable impact.

We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to support and scale our global partner marketing efforts, with a strong focus on strategic events like our hosted flagship event Ascend and key co-marketing initiatives. The Team
Our GTM Enablement team plays a critical role in helping Datadog’s Sales and Customer Success teams succeed by equipping them with the right skills, knowledge, and tools at the right time. The Opportunity
Datadog is growing quickly across Latin America, and we’re looking for our first Field Enablement Manager based in LATAM to support this momentum. This role will be responsible for delivering ongoing ramp and everboarding enablement for our Sales and Customer Success teams across LATAM—particularly for sellers and CSMs based in Brazil and Mexico.
In addition, you’ll support Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking sellers based in North America (e.g., Boston, Denver, Atlanta) who sell into LATAM accounts. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to the field, ensuring global enablement programs land effectively in the local context—across language, culture, sales motion, and market dynamics.

Principais responsabilidades
Desenvolver e executar a estratégia de Hunting, definindo segmentos prioritários, contas-alvo e critérios de qualificação para geração de novas oportunidades comerciais.
Planejar e executar cadências multicanais de prospecção (e-mail, LinkedIn, WhatsApp e telefone), personalizando mensagens (copy) de acordo com dor, segmento e contexto do potencial cliente.
Qualificar leads de forma assertiva, garantindo que apenas oportunidades com real potencial de compra avancem no funil de vendas.
Conduzir reuniões de diagnóstico estruturadas, identificando dores reais, prioridades, impacto no negócio, stakeholders, orçamento e processo de decisão do cliente.
Construir e apresentar propostas comerciais personalizadas, com clareza de escopo, prazos, investimento e alinhamento de valor com os objetivos do cliente.
Conduzir negociações consultivas, gerenciando objeções, dúvidas e expectativas até o fechamento do contrato.
Executar follow-ups disciplinados ao longo do funil de vendas, assegurando avanço consistente das oportunidades até a assinatura.
Gerir o CRM com alto nível de precisão, registrando interações, status, histórico e previsões de fechamento (ferramentas Snov.io e Salesforce).
Monitorar e reportar indicadores de desempenho comercial (leads qualificados, reuniões agendadas, conversão MQL → SQL, propostas enviadas, conversão proposta → contrato, tempo de ciclo e receita), transformando dados em insights acionáveis para otimização contínua.
Garantir handoff estruturado para Sucesso do Cliente, assegurando alinhamento final de expectativas e qualidade na entrega pós-venda.
Requisitos e qualificações
Obrigatórios:
Experiência prévia em vendas B2B full-cycle (SDR + Closer), atuando em prospecção, qualificação e fechamento.
Capacidade de operar o funil de vendas consultivo de ponta a ponta, com execução disciplinada de follow-up e gestão de pipeline.
Experiência na condução de reuniões de diagnóstico estruturadas, identificando dor, impacto no negócio, decisores e processo de decisão.
Vivência na construção, apresentação e negociação de propostas comerciais, com foco em valor, escopo, prazos e investimento.
Uso consistente e organizado de CRM, com registro de interações, status e previsibilidade do pipeline.
Comunicação clara, consultiva e persuasiva, com boa capacidade de argumentação e storytelling comercial.
Forte orientação a resultados e métricas comerciais, acompanhando indicadores como leads qualificados, reuniões, conversão, tempo de ciclo e receita.
Desejáveis:
Experiência com metodologias de vendas consultivas (ex.: SPIN ou similares).
Vivência em vendas de serviços, educação ou soluções de impacto social.
Capacidade analítica para leitura e otimização contínua do funil de vendas.
Experiência de atuação em interface com Marketing e Sucesso do Cliente.
