We are seeking a Manager, Program Management to lead and develop a globally distributed team of Program and Project Managers within PagerDuty's Professional Services organization. This role is primarily a people leadership position, responsible for building team capability, driving delivery consistency, and enabling measurable customer outcomes at scale. The Manager, Program Management partners closely with Professional Services leadership, Customer Success, Sales, and cross-functional operations teams to ensure the PM team is well-equipped, effectively deployed, and delivering high-quality outcomes across the customer lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in program delivery and a proven ability to lead distributed teams through change. They lead with clarity, invest in the growth of their people, and maintain a high bar for operational rigor and customer impact.

PagerDuty - Senior Forward Deployment Engineering Delivery Consultant (FKA Senior Scaled Delivery | Success on Demand Consultant)
The Senior PagerDuty - Forward Deployment Engineering Consultant is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development, deployment, and optimization of PagerDuty's platform and AI-driven solutions for enterprise customers.
This position requires experience in software development, architecture, and deployment, coupled with a deep technical understanding of AI integration practices and advanced development technologies.
The successful candidate will guide fast implementation projects, leveraging generative AI and automation to enhance customer outcomes from initial scoping and design through to production deployment and ongoing service enhancement.
Additionally, they will serve as the principal liaison between customers and internal teams, including Support, Success, Engineering, Professional Services, and Education, as well as between customers and PagerDuty’s Product & Development teams, ensuring that technical strategies align with business objectives.
This role also involves mentoring junior consultants, leading technical workshops on AI-powered solutions, and representing PagerDuty in external forums to advance modern development and deployment practices.

The Business Development Manager, multi-industry, is responsible for managing all aspects of prospective and existing end user accounts; government institutions, fintech companies, banks, and generally the private and public market, in order to generate sales opportunities, revenue and ensure a productive and profitable business relationship.
Experience selling data platforms at a senior level (CXO, VP, etc.) is required.

Responsibilities:
· Identify and qualify business opportunities & potential partners.
· Work with partners / or directly for generate new business revenues as well as help protect and grow existing customer base.
· Introduce InterSystems products and services and build a pipeline of new activity.
· Plan sales strategy and drives new business revenues with government, mining or fintech organizations.
· Act as the principal liaison between InterSystems and end user accounts; develops and enhances business relationship by providing high levels of service and by encouraging contact with accounts at various organizational levels; develops and continuously updates account profiles.
· Utilizes internal resources to achieve sales objectives in an effective way.
· Maintain and strengthen the company's commercial relationships with local partners, recommending the application of our technology and seeking to extend its use and application to the challenges of our partners and their customers.
Qualifications:
· Knowledge of the information technology market and providers
· Software architecture domain knowledge, especially around key topics and trends impacting information systems, including but not limited to Interoperability, Analitycs, Standards, Transactions, etc.
· 4+ years track record of information technology sales success
· Demonstrated experience selling software solutions into medium and larger companies or institutions.
· Partner scouting and development experience.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
· Prior experience working in an information technology area or company.
Education and Training:
· Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience, preferably in Information Technology or Engineering.

Days 31–60 – $3K (Full-time start)
Transition to full-time
Begin managing your first 3 client accounts independently
Days 61–90 – $4–5K + performance bonuses
Continue growing your portfolio
Earn bonuses based on hitting revenue targets
Negotiate your term contract annually
This will depend on the amount of clients and the quality of work.

Your impact goes far beyond managing email programs—you operate as a trusted advisor to our clients across all areas of retention strategy. The Retention Strategist at Common Thread Collective (CTC) plays a critical leadership role in guiding our clients toward sustainable and scalable growth. This position is all about owning ensuring revenue is delivered predictably for the business through retention marketing efforts —using data-backed insights to build forecasts, shape strategic direction, and ensure consistent performance delivery. At CTC, your expertise is invaluable, covering the elements of CTC's strategic forecasting methods and the foundational principles of retention marketing.
Your role isn't limited to email strategy—you're a key partner to our clients on Customer Retention. You proactively communicate the rationale behind our approach and connect the dots between forecasts and the emails/sms/direct mail etc that are sent out. That level of clarity builds confidence and deepens trust, ensuring our clients feel supported and understood every step of the way.
