Technical Services Representative

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Technical Services Representative for our San Juan, PR office.

This highly motivated individual will be responsible for delivering operational and administrative excellence to support our sales and technical services teams—ensuring that every customer interaction is efficient, accurate, and leaves a lasting impression.

This position reports to the Technical Services Manager. This role is onsite and is based out of our San Juan, PR office. 

Essential responsibilities:

• Coordinate jobs with customers and prepare appropriate paperwork, including the paperwork associate with our trucking process and associated weights
• Create and distribute invoices with quotes for services, such as lab packs, lab moves, and others
• Field incoming calls from prospective and existing customers as needed. Satisfying customer needs may involve a direct response from information and knowledge already possessed, obtaining information for response, or directing customer to someone capable of responding
• Assist Sales and Technical Services staff with job scopes and the coordination of bids, proposals, and quotations
• Assist Sales team with administrative tasks related to maintaining and growing customer base, including customized waste profiling and shipment report generation
• Organize and control all job folders and customer master files. This includes ensuring all paperwork is filed properly, and retrieving files for job costing purposes
• Provide Quality Control by contacting customers, post-service, to conduct surveys
• Attend all sales meetings and other necessary meetings
• Provide technical support to Inside and Outside Sales representatives and customers
• Assist with the approval of OSS, lab pack, and other job folders
• Order and maintain inventory of office supplies
• Track some office budgetary items
• All other duties as assigned 

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Environmental Science or industry related experience
• Ability to work as a team player
• Determination/eagerness to learn about the environmental health & safety field
• Creativity in solving unique problems
• Leadership experience/potential
• Strong communication, analytical, technical, and organizational skills
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship 
  
• Must have a reliable form of transportation

As an Account Manager on the Red Ventures' Education team, you will own full-funnel client success management from ideation and inception to ad deployment, including - but not limited to - partner engagement, program conceptualization, ad building, quality assurance, data storytelling and program optimization for our portfolio of higher education websites such as BestColleges.com. Coverage Determination 

As a Coverage Determination Specialist you will be responsible to create and evaluate coverage determinations for our clients’. You will communicate with pharmacists, beneficiaries, and doctors regarding pending coverage determinations for our clients’ beneficiaries, applying clinical knowledge in each coverage determination case. You must comply with all federal rules and regulations, and client contracts and have disposition to give an extra mile in every coverage determination case. Main duties include:                                 

• Review and Respond to all Coverage Determination (CD) requests, and claims pending to be adjudicated for Medicare and/or Commercial-plan beneficiaries, always in an accurate and timely manner.
• Receive calls from pharmacies, physicians and members in relation to status of CD requests.
• Initiate calls to physicians, pharmacy and members when additional information is required for processing and adjudicating a CD request.
• Generate calls, faxes and/or letters to pharmacies, physicians and members in reference to coverage determination requests’ resolutions.
• Document Coverage Determination (CD) request inquiries, issues, status and resolution in accordance with federal and department / company policies and guidelines.
• Review faxes and emails and create new cases for Medicare/Medicaid or Commercial plans.
• Support Pharmacists in gathering additional information to support the decision of making an exception (formulary, non-formulary or other requests).
• Ensure Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Compliance or other regulating entities related to coverage determinations.
• Complete other Coverage Determination related tasks, as assigned.

Rx Customer Service

As an Rx Customer Service Specialist, you will serve at the front line of all incoming and outgoing communication (calls, emails, and faxes) with pharmacies, beneficiaries, and prescribers.  You will use Rx Platform and other resources as necessary to resolve caller’s needs. Main duties include:       

• Manage all incoming calls, emails, faxes and web-generated requests from pharmacies, beneficiaries, and prescribers.
• Provide service-level standards set by CMS or by client; 80% of calls should fall within service level, less than 5% abandon rate and speed to answer should be less than 30 seconds.
• Rejection support, including overrides.
• Provide Coverage Determination status to clients including exceptions and appeals.
• Administrative PAs- Document PA request inquiries, issues, status, and resolution in accordance with federal and department and company policies and guidelines.
• Answer questions and recommend corrective services to address customer complaints, payment status, manual reversal requests, benefit and eligibility support, provider portal support and response to price appeals.
• Report identified issues to the appropriate department, for investigation and correction, following the established procedure.

The Bold Requirements...

• Associate degree in Pharmacy Technician. 
• 1+ years of experience in customer service.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Word).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

El creador/a de contenidos es responsable de desarrollar contenidos digitales atractivos y de alta calidad en español que den vida al trabajo, los valores y el impacto de Flamboyán en todos los canales. Se reporta al director/ra general de comunicaciones y es responsable de crear, refinar y supervisar contenidos que respalden las prioridades de la organización, los hitos del programa y los objetivos de participación del público. Esta persona es un narrador creativo/a y un experto/a estratega digital que se encargará de manejar y expandir la presencia digital de Flamboyán. Tendrá la responsabilidad de transformar ideas complejas y trabajo programático en relatos atractivos, accesibles y adaptados a cada plataforma, que conecten con los educadores, los líderes de sistemas, los funcionarios responsables de crear política pública, los artistas, los donantes y el público en general. Esta persona será responsable de crear contenido para las plataformas prioritarias de Flamboyán, incluidos el correo electrónico, el podcasting, LinkedIn, Facebook e Instagram.  

Se trata de un puesto creativo y práctico para un profesional de la comunicación en etapa inicial de su carrera que disfrute de contar historias, interactuar con el público y trabajar con estrategias y sistemas establecidos. El creador de contenido colaborará estrechamente con el director/a de operaciones en comunicación para garantizar que el contenido se programe, se evalúe y se mejore de forma continua. El candidato ideal deberá tener una combinación de destrezas en periodismo, mercadeo digital y creación de contenido, y deberá apasionarle el uso de plataformas digitales para ampliar el impacto social.   

Responsabilidades del puesto 

Desarrollo de contenidos y narración de historias 

• Redactar contenido visual atractivo (por ejemplo, fotos, videos cortos, infografías, entre otros), texto de publicaciones y narrativas para las audiencias de las redes sociales de Flamboyán en todas las plataformas (incluidas Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn y YouTube). 

• Traducir el trabajo programático, los datos y las historias a contenido accesible y atractivo para públicos diversos. 

• Adaptar el contenido a múltiples plataformas manteniendo una voz, un tono y una alineación de marca coherentes. 

• Traducir el contenido extenso existente en contenido breve y específico para cada plataforma (por ejemplo, infografías, videos cortos, ensayos fotográficos, entre otros) para ayudar a ampliar el alcance y la presencia de Flamboyán. 

• Desarrollar historias auténticas en colaboración con educadores, familias, artistas y beneficiarios para destacar el papel de Flamboyán como una entidad catalizadora de este trabajo. 

• Revisar los análisis de las redes sociales en colaboración con el director de Operaciones de Comunicación y el director general de Comunicación, y ajustar la estrategia para mejorar el alcance y la presencia de Flamboyán. 

• Mantenerse al día sobre las tendencias y herramientas en materia de participación digital y comunicaciones sin fines de lucro. 

Boletines mensuales y comunicaciones por correo electrónico 

• Apoyar la redacción y edición de un boletín mensual cuyo enfoque será dar a conocer los programas y la experiencia de Flamboyán a fin de inspirar acciones en toda su red. 

• Recopilar aportaciones de contenido de los equipos internos y darles forma para crear narrativas claras y atractivas. 

• Manejar los plazos, los borradores, las revisiones y las aprobaciones finales del boletín informativo. 

• Asegurarse de que el contenido de los correos electrónicos esté en consonancia con las campañas generales y los esfuerzos de comunicación digital. 

Supervisión de campañas y manejo de datos 

• Revisar los datos de rendimiento de las campañas digitales, incluidos el alcance, la participación y el aumento de la audiencia 

• Ajustar el contenido, los mensajes o el calendario en función de la información sobre el rendimiento y los comentarios que se reciban 

• Manejar y optimizar el uso del programa de publicidad Google Ad Grant en colaboración con el director de Operaciones de Comunicación 

• Colaborar con el director de Operaciones de Comunicación para mantener un seguimiento y una presentación de informes precisos 

• Utilizar los datos para orientar y configurar las mejoras de contenido y la experimentación creativa 

Manejo de redes y audiencias 

• Apoyar el desarrollo de la red digital de Flamboyán interactuando con seguidores, socios y colaboradores en línea. 

• Ayudar a identificar oportunidades para ampliar el alcance mediante la promoción conjunta, el etiquetado y el contenido colaborativo. 

• Estar al tanto de las conversaciones y tendencias relevantes en materia de educación, participación familiar, artes y filantropía. 

• Ayudar a llegar a los socios o las partes interesadas para ampliar el contenido cuando sea apropiado. 

• Buscar, seleccionar y manejar el contenido que generen usuarios, como los educadores, las familias, los socios y los beneficiarios. 

• Coordinar los permisos y dar los créditos correspondientes del contenido compartido. 

• Destacar las voces de la comunidad de manera que reflejen los valores de equidad y los principios discursivos de Flamboyán. 

• Mantener organizadas las bibliotecas del contenido que generan los usuarios para su uso futuro. 

Protección de la organización 

• Actuar como embajador/ra de la identidad institucional de Flamboyán y de nuestro trabajo programático en alfabetización y artes para niños de K-3, tanto a nivel local como nacional. 

• Modelar y fomentar los valores fundamentales de Flamboyán: las personas, el impacto, la acción catalizadora y la equidad. 

• Administrar de manera responsable los recursos financieros y humanos.

Requisitos 

• Bachillerato en comunicación estratégica, mercadeo o relaciones públicas 

• Dominio avanzado del español hablado y escrito 

• 2-3 años de experiencia profesional relacionada en comunicaciones, mercadotecnia o medios digitales 

• Destrezas excepcionales de redacción y edición, con capacidad para adaptar el tono y el estilo a diferentes plataformas 

• Sólidas destrezas narrativas y capacidad para traducir ideas complejas en relatos accesibles 

• Experiencia práctica con plataformas de comunicación digital, incluidas Sprout Social y Meta Business Suite 

• Excelente atención al detalle y cumplimiento efectivo de las tareas

Remuneración 

El puesto de creador/ra de contenido se remunerará con un salario entre $24 - $31 por hora, y se prevé que el contrato sea de entre 30 y 40 horas semanales. RESPONSIBILITIES

The Certified Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in person to clients at their home, apartment gym or outside while encouraging them to reach their fitness goals. Responsibilities are as follows:

• Customize client workout programs developed from the Initial Assessment
• Utilize the Svetness Fitness App for all client sessions, including programming & session notes
• Demonstrate each exercise and ensure client is performing correctly with or without modifications
• Conduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks
