What You’ll Be Doing
- Understand and apply knowledge of crypto products, blockchain technologies, and market dynamics to deliver solutions at scale
- Independently identify stakeholders and align cross-functional partners toward completion of project goals
- Break down complex engineering projects into executable tasks and partner with all applicable teams
- Design and build end-to-end mobile systems, from architecture to launch strategy
- Ship production-quality code with an emphasis on long-term maintainability, in partnership with reviewers, with relevant documentation and test coverage
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback; action feedback from reviews of your own code promptly
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders; share project updates and influence decision-making through data-driven insights
- Serve as a subject matter expert within the mobile engineering team and provide consultation on domain-level projects
- Participate in interviewing and onboarding of new team members
What We Look For In You
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent degree/experience
- Experience working in fintech, crypto, or Web3 environments
- Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Ongoing AI skill development — prompt engineering, agent orchestration, staying current with emerging AI technologies

- Proven experience shipping production-quality mobile code (iOS and/or Android)

About the team:
The Product Marketing Director, US for the Americas will play a critical role in shaping OKX’s go-to-market strategy across North and South America, driving community-led expansion and ensuring our CeFi and Web3 product narratives resonate with users in these key regions.
This role requires a deep understanding of the US and LATAM crypto landscapes, strong expertise in regional growth marketing, and the ability to work closely with local General Managers (GMs), product teams, and global marketing stakeholders. You will act as the voice of the customer in the region—both externally, to create awareness and adoption, and internally, to inform product and marketing strategies based on local market insights.
What You’ll Be Doing

Develop frameworks and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy for the Americas (US & LATAM), aligning with OKX’s global vision while adapting to regional market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and user needs across CeFi and Web3 trading products.

Drive growth in community engagement and product adoption by fostering relationships with crypto-native communities, influencers, and industry stakeholders across the region.

What We Look For In You
At least 10 years of product marketing experience, with a significant portion in consumer tech, fintech, or the crypto industry. Direct trading experience in crypto markets is highly desirable.
Leadership: Proven leadership experience with the capacity to drive marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Financial Markets Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial markets, trading principles, and investment strategies, including familiarity with various financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, cryptocurrencies, forex, commodities, and derivatives.

About the Opportunity

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Principal Engineer with a deep expertise in autonomous AI agent architecture and deployment, to spearhead the design, development, and optimization of intelligent agent systems on our global crypto exchange platform. About the Opportunity
We are seeking an AI Infrastructure Engineer to design and build the foundational systems that power next-generation AI agents. This role sits at the intersection of research and production engineering, focusing on scalable long-term memory, knowledge graph infrastructure, and robust context management systems.
You will transform cutting-edge research concepts (e.g., Context Graphs, GraphRAG, agent memory architectures) into auditable, maintainable, and production-grade infrastructure that enables reliable, stateful AI systems.

Architect and implement long-term memory infrastructure for AI agents, including auditable, versioned, and rollback-capable middleware that supports persistent, stateful reasoning.
- Design and own end-to-end GraphRAG and knowledge graph pipelines, from ingestion and schema design to graph indexing, retrieval optimization, and integration with LLM-based reasoning systems.
- Build scalable context management infrastructure, elevating context from prompt-level techniques to structured, maintainable systems such as Context Graphs that enable long-horizon and cross-session reasoning.

About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on product manager to own and scale our Affiliate and KOL marketing channels, with a primary focus on the US market. Your mission is to drive measurable user acquisition and transaction volume through your established network and data-driven optimization. If you have a proven track record of delivering GMV growth at a leading crypto exchange or a hyper-growth web2 platform like Temu, we want you.
What You’ll Be Doing

Own the overall affiliate growth strategy for the US and other regulated markets, aligned with company-level acquisition, activation, and ROI goals.

Define affiliate growth as a product capability, including segmentation, commercial models and funnel design

Translate growth strategy into a clear product roadmap, experimentation plan, and success metrics.

Regulated-Market Execution & Compliance-Aware Scaling

Partner Acquisition & Ecosystem Leadership. Build, scale, and manage a diverse affiliate ecosystem, including major affiliate networks, KOLs, communities and publishers.

Data-Driven Performance & Optimization: Own core performance metrics across the funnel: CAC, LTV, ROI, activation rate, trading conversion, and GMV contribution.

Partner with Data and Product teams to ensure clean attribution, reliable tracking, and actionable insights.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Design, Content, and Marketing to ship high-converting results.

People Management & Team Building
What We Look For In You
-
8+ years of experience in growth, affiliate, partnerships, or product-led growth roles.

Proven experience owning affiliate or partnership growth end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and results.

Strong product mindset — you think in systems, funnels, and scalability, not just campaigns.

Demonstrated success being measured against hard business metrics (GMV, ROI, revenue, CAC).
Industry Experience (Strongly Preferred)

Experience at a leading crypto exchange (e.g. Coinbase, Kraken, Bybit)

Experience at a hyper-growth consumer or transaction platform
US Market Expertise

Hands-on experience driving growth in the US market, ideally in regulated or compliance-heavy environments.

A strong, real network of affiliates, KOLs, or growth partners, and a track record of converting relationships into results.

Deep understanding of performance marketing funnels and attribution challenges.
Nice-To-Haves

Experience operating across both Web2 and Web3 growth mechanics.

Strong personal interest and understanding of the crypto ecosystem.

Familiarity with tracking and attribution tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Impact.

Prior experience building or scaling teams from early to growth stage.

OKX Statement
The salary range for this position is $313,055.00 to $375,666.00. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
