You will report to the Creative Director in Costa Rica. This role is eligible for remote work within Costa Rica. You  must reside in Costa Rica. 

You will: 

• Push the Brand Forward: Create every piece of work with the intentional goal of elevating and evolving the Smartsheet brand identity.
• Lead & Mentor: Lead project’s execution, reviewing the output of junior designers and contractors to ensure world-class quality and professional growth.
• Master the System: Participate in the definition and creation of flexible, coherent design systems, and component libraries. Design mood boards, comps, concept sketches, presentation decks, style guides, and storyboards.
• Drive Full-Cycle Projects: Own projects from initial conception to final completion, deciding the most effective way to present work to stakeholders.
• Manage with Precision: Manage large-scale projects and deadlines, while helping less senior designers manage their time and resources effectively.
• Guide the Vision: Eloquently explain design decisions and guide stakeholder feedback to ensure all work stays "on brief" and aligned with strategic goals.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with technology and project management to ensure designs meet creative, strategic, and technical objectives.
• Commission Excellence: Identify and commission specialists (artists, photographers, etc.) to bring unique projects to life.

Our Brand Studio seeks a Web Designer to create high-quality, on-brand web pages and visual assets for our marketing team. Working within our established web design system, this role focuses on visual execution   from conversion-focused landing pages and campaign hubs to visual assets and lightweight web animations. This role works within Smartsheet's established web design system. You will not be designing or modifying system-level components, page templates, or global styles — those are managed by the Web UX team. Your focus is on high-quality visual execution: building pages, creating assets, and delivering polished marketing experiences using existing tools and guidelines.

You will report to the Design Director located in  Costa Rica. This role is eligible for remote work within Costa Rica. You  must reside in Costa Rica.  

You Will:

• You will be the driving visual force for marketing our product, crafting high-converting landing pages, campaign hubs, and engaging digital assets. 
• Create low-fidelity page layout wireframes to plan visual composition before building in our CMS (Drupal).
• Work with our analytic teams to rapidly iterate on designs for A/B testing and experimentation.
• Collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
• Design and build web pages across marketing touchpoints using established components and design system guidelines. 
• Share and document your knowledge and perspective with peers.
• Advocate for process improvements related to production efficiencies and best practices.

• Collaborate with Motion Designers to create and implement lightweight, high-performance web animations using LottieFiles and JSON to enhance user engagement without sacrificing page speed.
• Collaborate with the Web UX team to ensure designs align with system capabilities before building.
• Design and produce visual web assets including background images, product visualizations, OG/teaser images, blog imagery, and iconography.
• Use the web component library in Figma to create mockups for landing pages, campaign pages, and promotional content — without modifying system-level components.
• Build and manage pages in Drupal using existing components and page templates; pass completed work to DXO for publishing.
• Reference Web UX team guidelines and demo/gallery pages to ensure correct component usage and layout application.
• Collaborate with the Web UX team to flag component limitations or inconsistencies.

You have:

• 5+ years in a web design or digital design role, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, layout, and data-focused design.
• Experience designing simple solutions for complex problems and a stellar portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for typography, layout, data-driven design, and interactive web elements.
• Appreciation for user-centered design principles and how they inform visual and layout decisions.
• Proven track record for crafting simple, creative solutions for complex problems.
• A high degree of proficiency with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop is a hard requirement.
• A strong understanding of CMS-based web environments and how design system components are structured and applied. You must be comfortable working closely with Web UX Designers and DXO to execute your vision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (visual, written, verbal, presentation); ability to work successfully with teams across the organization from different capabilities and backgrounds.
• Highly organized, track, and document all work.
• Academic studies/certifications or relevant experience on Design Thinking, Human Centered Design, and Web Design are a plus.
• Animation & Implementation is desirable: Proven experience creating, exporting, and implementing web animations using LottieFiles and JSON is a plus.
• Hands-on, proven experience building and managing sites within Drupal or similar CMS systems.

We are seeking a Senior Motion Graphics Designer to support the creation of high-quality video content for our aviation operations, marketing, training, and corporate communications. This is a senior-level role ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, visual content, and understands the full video production process across ideation, animation and editing to produce compelling motion graphics footage to support Archer’s marketing initiatives, brand content, and online platforms. 

In addition to supporting video production, rapid-response static graphic design work will account for a portion of responsibilities of this role as well. 

This role is based in-person at Archer’s headquarters in San Jose, CA and Design Studio in Mountain View, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver motion-first visual storytelling across Archer’s brand, marketing, and communications.
• Design and deliver high-impact motion and static graphics for digital campaigns, social, web, email, video, and out-of-home.
• Execute end-to-end: concepting, design, animation, motion graphic editing, to delivery.
• Partner with our Design team to execute on target brand expression and visual standards across output.
• Set and maintain a high bar for typography, layout, color, pacing, and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with video, audio, and VFX contributors to produce polished, cinematic work.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in motion design and graphic  design, ideally in brand or marketing.
• Confident animating type and graphics for short-form and campaign work.
• Expert command of typography, layout, color, and visual systems.
• Proven ability to concept at a high level and execute with precision.
• Strong demo reel and  portfolio showing brand systems, marketing campaigns, motion graphics, and video work.
• Ability to take direction and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Power user proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop (3D tools a plus).

Reporting to the Creative Director, a Staff Motion Designer at BILL is responsible for bringing the brand to life by leading the development, usage, and evolution of the motion discipline at BILL. Driving foundational work streams such as brand standards, motion style guides, and templates for the brand, and leading/delivering high-bar motion work for marketing assets across digital experiences, hype videos, educational content, campaigns, email marketing, events, and more. A Staff Motion Designer contributes to, interprets, and delivers upon strategic creative briefs for complex and large projects; seeks and shares necessary information from stakeholders and partner teams; determines the best design approaches for achieving results, and coordinates contributions from other design team members. 

Additionally, Staff Motion Designers proactively analyze work methods and  business constraints, and propose and drive programs and processes which reduce operational redundancies and drive the Marketing organization’s strategic goals. They actively network and conduct cross-team share-outs which help others understand how the motion discipline contributes to strategic business goals.

A Staff Motion Designer is an integral part of a Creative Studio team who mentors across creative disciplines, and  collaborates across the BILL Marketing org to develop impactful work which delivers strong business outcomes. They act as design leaders, driving a design culture of excellence and growth, including identifying conflict and fostering resolution, mentoring peers and junior members of the creative team and beyond.

Key responsibilities include:

• Act autonomously as a creative lead throughout fast-paced creative workflows to deliver high-bar and impactful creative marketing assets, while balancing business needs with technical and creative constraints.
• Interpret and contribute to strategic briefs, evaluating and proposing creative approaches inline with business needs, propose design and motion solutions, iterate execution inline with stakeholder feedback, finalize and deliver creative assets.
• Succinctly and professionally present work, logic, and feedback openly to senior leadership and stakeholders across Marketing and other BILL organizations, explaining changing priorities and using compelling arguments to convey conclusions and ideas. Ask clarifying questions, interpret feedback for others, and propose solutions to address efficiently. 
• Maintain and share up-to-date expertise and best-practices relevant to common workstreams and/or touchpoints. Seek and share similar information from regular stakeholders and partners.

This role is for a post-production expert, with experience in motion graphics, editorial, VFX and general post-production pipelines.  
You will be working with global clients across some of the biggest brands in the world. Your role will range from creating sizzle reels, to managing extensive post-production pipelines, including projects originating in Unreal Engine that move through VFX , compositing and color grading workflows. 
You at times will be working with a large team, with motion artists, 3D artists, editors, sound artists, creative directors, and producers globally, so an ability to work and collaborate with a team is important.
