We’re hiring a Manager, Product Design to lead the design strategy and execution of Stitch Fix’s core experience, spanning how clients discover, request, receive, and engage with their Fixes, and how stylists deliver personalized styling at scale.
This role reports to the Head of Product Design and sits at the center of the business, with end-to-end ownership across both client and stylist journeys. You’ll define how these experiences evolve together, setting a clear product vision and driving alignment across cross-functional partners.
You’ll guide the work and raise the bar for craft and product thinking, while actively contributing to how key problems are framed and solved. A key part of this role is advancing how we use AI to enhance both sides of the experience. This includes integrating capabilities like Vision AI (our generative style visualization capability) into core journeys, while also enabling stylists with better tools.
You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Algorithms, Merchandising, and Strategy to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and bring cohesive, high-impact experiences to market. This role requires someone who can operate across strategy and execution, leading through others while also shaping critical work directly.

Ever Cars is a technology-forward electric vehicle dealership based in San Francisco. We buy, recondition, and sell pre-owned EVs through our hub model, supported by floor plan financing and a growing wholesale channel. Our small but high-performing accounting team manages a full-cycle close process with automated pipelines, a cloud-backed vehicle database, and QuickBooks Online as our GL. We’re looking for someone who thrives on the transactional rhythm of a dealership—someone who can own the day-to-day financial operations so our accounting leadership can focus on reporting, controls, and strategic initiatives.
You will own the full accounts receivable and accounts payable cycles for the dealership, from recording customer payments and reconciling bank activity daily, to monitoring outsourced bookkeeping work, processing vendor payments, and handling customer refunds. You’ll work closely with our title clerk, F&I team, and operations staff to keep cash flowing accurately through our clearing accounts. This role is highly cross-functional—you’ll touch every major transaction that moves through the dealership.

Wholesale trade, a $55T global market, still operates like the world before the internet and modern payment networks: collection processes are manual and run on paper, short-term credit risk is assumed by the vendor, and businesses rely heavily on legacy ERP systems that don't talk to each other. The result is large, measurable drag — we estimate that vendors spend over $500B a year globally across industries on an inefficient mix of processing, bad debt, lending, credit insurance, software, and labor costs to get paid.
Wholesail is building a financial network from the ground up that connects the systems of vendors and buyers involved in wholesale trade to enable streamlined payment and the transfer of risk to third parties. This will allow vendors to offload risk and eliminate tens of billions of waste — while giving creditworthy buyers better terms and third-party capital, unlocking hundreds of billions (ultimately trillions) in additional sales. The primitives of this network scale across industries and geographies: a universal approach to ERP integrations, modern payment rails, and a live trade-credit bureau to underwrite risk — which we're calling Lighthouse.
Credit is the load-bearing beam of our network. Every time a vendor ships goods before getting paid, someone is taking a risk — today it's the vendor, tomorrow it should be a third party at a fair price. Getting that transfer right is what unlocks the next order of magnitude of sales across the wholesale economy, and the only way to get it right is to underwrite buyers more accurately than anyone else in the industry. We think we're uniquely positioned to do this. Through Lighthouse, we're building a live, reciprocal trade-credit bureau: vendors on our network contribute real-time payment behavior on a long tail of SMB buyers that no traditional bureau sees. That data — combined with the bank, ERP, and transaction signals already flowing through Wholesail — is a modeling dataset that doesn't exist anywhere else. The first MLE on this team gets to decide what we build with it.
The problems are real and the stakes are significant. Our models directly shape the terms buyers are offered and the losses Wholesail and our capital partners absorb. There's no established playbook here and no legacy stack to inherit — you'll be setting the direction for how we do modeling, data engineering, and production ML at Wholesail for years to come.
As the founding MLE on the Risk Engineering & Capital Products team, you'll own credit risk modeling end-to-end — from problem framing and data pipeline design, through model development and validation, through production serving and monitoring. You'll work directly with the hiring manager, our engineering and product leadership, and our hands-on advisor Dan Massoni (former Chief Commercial Credit Officer of American Express) to decide what to build, explore features to model and how you’ll scale our approach risk scoring. .

The Account Manager, Fulfillment owns the post-onboarding relationship for a portfolio of brands enrolled in Fulfilled by Faire. Merchandising Manager, Young Adult
We are looking for a Merchandising Manager to join our growing Merchandising team. In this role, the Merchandising Manager, Young Adult role is responsible for introducing a targeted assortment toward a younger age demographic to the Quince’s offering for Men and Women. We are seeking two Hardware Test Engineering Manager roles to lead the strategy, development, and execution of hardware validation and test activities across the product lifecycle. You will be responsible for leading a team of multidisciplinary engineers, developing world-class test methods, equipment, and execution of hardware testing. This role is for the full lifecycle of hardware development, from performance testing to find the limits of the hardware, system-level performance tests, durability and environmental survivability, and the development of automated hardware testing for production line applications.

About the Role:
As the Regional Construction Manager you will own and drive all aspects of project construction to establish Zipline’s ground infrastructure in the region. About the Role
As the Associate Regional Construction Manager you be a key stakeholder in driving all aspects of project construction to establish Zipline’s ground infrastructure in the region. This includes supporting the entire process from contractor evaluation, contracting and bid evaluation, design review in partnership with our engineering teams, through to full scope site construction management and project competition and oversight in partnership with our Service Operations and Superintendent teams. The Ground Systems team is a multi-disciplinary hardware and software team responsible for designing and deploying the infrastructure that enables aircraft charging, package loading, and autonomous operations at the heart of Zipline’s drone delivery network.
Within Ground Systems, the Towers team develops the structural and electrical backbone of Zipline’s charging sites. Towers support docks, aircraft operations, power and data distribution, and auxiliary site systems across a wide range of geographies and environmental conditions.
As the Technical Program Manager for Towers, you will drive the development and deployment of complex hardware infrastructure that enables Zipline’s global network to scale. Additionally, design engineers are responsible for overseeing their designs into production, ensuring designs meet their design requirements, are manufacturable, inspectable, and can be built at scale. Our Mechanical Engineers know their hardware inside and out and work seamlessly with Software, Integration, Production, Suppliers, and Test to make sure their hardware is functioning effectively as a part of the whole system.
Must Have Experience / Skill Sets
• 5-15+ years of full time working experience, at a business, designing electromechanical and structural assemblies
• Proven track record of complex subassemblies or full systems over at least two product programs
• Demonstrated CAD fluency for system-level ownership (3D/2D of 20–30 parts simultaneously)
• Experience working with suppliers and seeking DFM feedback
• Experience working on structural components and mechanisms, identifying worst-case loads, creating quick test setups
• Demonstrated core competencies: GD&T, FEA (multi-body structural and thermal), design for assembly and field ops

• Ability to bound problems with hand calcs (beam, buckling, bolted joints, etc.)

Step 3: Onsite Panel
A full onsite interview where you meet several team members, deep dive into your design work, walk through technical challenges, and see the environment where our systems are built and tested. We have a strong preference to conduct your onsite interview in one day, but will be flexible on a case-by-case basis

The starting cash range for this role is $145,000 – $225,000. Please note that these are starting salary ranges that represent multiple internal levels. Own the flight-critical runtime that keeps Zipline aircraft in a known safe state—no matter what the world throws at them. You’ll architect and ship the autonomy safety layer that orchestrates missions, detects/diagnoses faults, and executes mitigation and recovery across planning, perception, and controls. This is deep systems work in Rust/C++ with tight real-time constraints: you’ll make high-judgment design decisions, prove them in SIL/HIL and flight logs, and raise the bar on reliability for a global, safety-critical fleet.
Design the mission/flight manager: build the state machines and orchestration logic that govern mission sequencing, safe-state transitions, and behavior gating under latency and resource constraints.
Own fault management end-to-end: implement detection, isolation, mitigation, and recovery (FIMR) for sensors, compute, comms, power, and actuation; ensure graceful degradation and continuity of service.
Ship flight-critical Rust/C++: develop and maintain core onboard components with strong observability (health, logs, metrics) and testability (deterministic replay, assertions, invariants).
Prove safety before flight: define success criteria and build the tooling—scenario libraries, SIL/HIL, log-replay harnesses, fault-injection—to validate behaviors across edge cases and long-tail conditions.
Integrate across autonomy: partner with planning, perception, and controls to set interfaces, hazards/assumptions, and escalation paths; codify contracts that the runtime enforces.
Close the loop with operations: turn fleet telemetry and incident reviews into requirements and fixes; drive MTBF/MTTR improvements and intervention-rate reductions.
