As a Coast AE hire in Salt Lake City, you will roll up your sleeves to do the critical work of selling Coast’s product. Coast is built to help businesses with fleets save time and money, and you will identify, develop, and close relationships with prospective clients. At the same time, you’ll help build out the sales strategy and vision for our customer-first sales organization. Your contributions will directly drive revenue for Coast, while enabling the long term success of our future sales colleagues.

Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits, signing bonus, and equity. Pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including scope and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Coast employees. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Coast to fall healthily within the range based on these factors.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate would have a degree in Civil Engineering and have 2+ years of Project Management experience, or a strong desire to advance their career into a dynamic Project Management role
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing the design, planning, and execution of aviation and airfield projects. This role involves overseeing the preparation of technical documents, coordinating with key stakeholders such as the FAA and project sponsors, and ensuring projects are completed within scope, schedule, and budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, project management, and experience with FFA regulations.
The Ideal candidate would have a degree in Civil Engineering and have 2+ years of Project Management experience, or a strong desire to advance their career into a dynamic Project Management role

What you will do:
Project Leadership & Management:
Lead the development of construction plans, contract documents, and technical reports. Define project scopes, prepare fee proposals, manage budgets, and coordinate resources to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery. Oversee project schedules and deliver monthly invoicing and detailed Project Status Reports (PSRs) to clients.
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for sponsors, the FAA, and other key stakeholders. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and schedules, and document outcomes to ensure alignment and progress throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation & Compliance:
Review client-provided documents, including as-builts and design reports, and coordinate subconsultants for surveys, geotechnical investigations, and other technical requirements. Ensure all projects comply with federal, state, and local grant application processes, as well as environmental regulations.
Bidding & Construction Support:
Manage the bidding process by organizing pre-bid meetings, preparing addenda, and reviewing bid proposals. Oversee change orders, conduct site visits during construction, and ensure quality standards are met.
Project Close-Out:
Review and approve final engineering drawings, summarize project costs, and conduct final inspections with the FAA and sponsors to ensure successful project completion.
Client & Team Management:
Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of project development. Build and maintain client relationships by identifying growth opportunities during the proposal and RFP/RFQ process. Collaborate with management on client satisfaction, risk management, and financial performance, while providing mentorship and guidance to team members.

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Equity Administration to lead Gong’s global equity programs through a critical growth phase, including IPO readiness and execution. onX is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with a passion for building scalable platform Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. Your focus will be on designing, developing, and scaling secure authentication, authorization, and user management services that are foundational to our platform. You will play a key role in evolving our IAM platform and delivering seamless cross-platform authentication across iOS, Android, and web.
You will be part of our Core Services team that enables product teams to build faster and more securely by providing core infrastructure, services, and patterns. This position reports to the Director of Engineering, Core Services.
Our backend engineers primarily work in Go running in Kubernetes on Google Cloud Platform. The IAM team works extensively with identity platforms (Ory Kratos, Hydra, Oathkeeper), distributed databases (CockroachDB), and OAuth 2.0/session management patterns. Understanding mobile authentication tradeoffs (WebView vs. browser-based auth, token-based patterns) is particularly relevant for this role.

onX is seeking a Senior Geospatial Analyst to support the Offroad vertical, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Offroad-related geospatial content moves reliably through onX systems and into customers’ hands. You will collaborate closely with Offroad Product Managers, a Geospatial Project Manager, as well as with developers to execute geospatial work that supports the Offroad product roadmap.
This role is focused on implementation and delivery. You will apply strong technical judgment to build, maintain, and validate geospatial datasets and pipelines that are performant, scalable, and trustworthy.

onX is seeking a Senior Product Designer, AI Foundations, to help shape how AI is thoughtfully integrated into our product ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of emerging technology, evolving user expectations, and real-world product constraints.
Our AI practice is actively developing, and we are experimenting, learning, and refining how AI should show up in our products. We are looking for a senior designer who is comfortable working in ambiguous spaces and can help define foundational interaction models, experience principles, and patterns that others can build on over time.
In this role, you will design and prototype AI-enabled experiences from early exploration through iteration, helping ensure that technical AI capabilities are aligned to meaningful customer problems. onX is seeking an experienced Product Content Data Operations Leader to build and scale the systems, processes, and teams that power how product content moves from source to customer experience.
At onX, “content” refers to the structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data that powers our products—such as mapping, geospatial, land ownership, trails, access points, recreation information, and other adventure-relevant datasets that help people navigate and understand the outdoors.
This leader will own the operational backbone of product content: the workflows, tools, governance, and quality systems that ensure content is sourced, processed, validated, and delivered reliably into our products.
This role is responsible for defining and scaling the content operations model and content programs for the company, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure that our content systems are efficient, scalable, and aligned with the needs of the product roadmap.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing large content or data ecosystems within technology products. You will help shape how Backcountry shows up in the market during a pivotal stage of its evolution, as we sharpen differentiation and unlock the next phase of growth.
You will operate as a marketing leader who is both strategic and deeply hands-on. You will own the full-funnel growth strategy, with a focus on identifying and testing non-traditional growth levers that connect in-field product value to compelling go-to-market narratives.
