JOB PURPOSE
Are you looking for a creative internship where you can support our brand design with clever designs wrapped in a pretty bow? Then this vacancy was designed for you.
As the Design intern in the marketing team, you work hard on the visual representation and growth of the DEPT® brand. Your creations can shine in both digital and print context, and you are quick to think outside the box with your design ideas (but within the brand guidelines ;)). You don’t shy away from design programs like Figma, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Keynote. Don’t worry if you’re not experienced with all of them; as long as you’re eager to learn, we’ll make sure to get you up to speed!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work closely together with the marketing design team, and you will get the opportunity to explore your interests and talents. Of course, we’ll be there to guide you along the way!

Je stapt in de trein naar Amsterdam RAI want vandaag is het tijd voor de huishoudbeurs! Samen met 4 collega’s help je mee met het netjes maken van de Butternut Box stand en verken je vast het terrein. Vanaf het moment dat de deuren van de beurs openen sta je aan: jouw doel is om zo veel mogelijk mensen bekend en enthousiast te maken over ons concept en ze een kennismakingsbox te laten bestellen. Butternut Box is bewezen gezond voer en we hebben al veel honden (en hun baasjes) hiermee geholpen, dus gelukkig verkoopt het concept zichzelf! Na 8 uur knallen help je mee alles goed achter te laten en sluit je, als je zin hebt, af met een borrel met het team. Goed gedaan vandaag! Na een paar weken verschijnt het loon voor je gewerkte uren plus je verdiende commissie voor nieuwe klanten en klanten die voor de tweede keer bestellen op je rekening. Zaterdag sta je op de markt in Gouda en zondag op een hondenbeurs. Lekker afwisselend!

The team
You will be joining the Commercial team which consists of around 50 team members working across markets. Our mission is to ensure that every tenant who is actively looking for accommodation can always find a home through our platform.
Your role & Impact
As our new Growth & Lead Generation Manager, you will act as the technical architect for our automated lead intelligence, finding innovative ways to acquire and process leads. Your core purpose is to build scalable and repeatable acquisition engines that generate qualified leads and convert them into bookings. This role goes beyond merely sourcing leads; you will focus on designing, testing, and scaling lead generation strategies across multiple channels to improve acquisition predictability and support sustainable revenue growth.
In this role, you will take responsibility for small projects or significant portions of larger automated lead intelligence initiatives. You are expected to show initiative, work independently to set your own task priorities, and consistently check in with your manager for feedback. WAT JE GAAT DOEN
Wij zijn op zoek naar een zelfstandige, ervaren en commerciële Sales Consultant met een duidelijke focus op New Business. Jij bent de motor achter onze groei en gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten. Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met contactpersonen binnen middelgrote en grote bedrijven in de sectoren waarin wij actief zijn én willen zijn. Dankzij onze brede dienstverlening krijg je volop ruimte om waarde toe te voegen voor zowel je klanten als Level.works.
Daarnaast houd je je bezig met:
Actieve (koude) acquisitie bij nieuwe bedrijven, onder andere in de logistiek en productie;
Zelfstandig opstellen van je salesstrategie en het uitvoeren van slimme, innovatieve acties;
Adviseren van bedrijven over flexibele personeelsoplossingen;
Proactief werken aan het behalen van je targets en commerciële doelstellingen;
Intensief samenwerken met marketing voor leadgeneratie en met recruitment voor het vinden van de juiste kandidaten.
Een aantrekkelijk salaris tussen € 3.500 en € 4.500 bruto p/m (o.b.v. fulltime), afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring;
Een maandelijkse bonusregeling op basis van commerciële resultaten;

Aantoonbare ervaring in een zelfstandige salesrol (bij voorkeur binnen arbeidsbemiddeling);
Een winnaarsmentaliteit en het empathisch vermogen om gesprekspartner te zijn voor uiteenlopende klanten;
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht in het Nederlands (minimaal C1);
Ondernemerschap, innovatie en creativiteit. Jij ziet kansen en grijpt ze;
Ervaring met koude acquisitie en het lef om de telefoon op te pakken of bedrijven binnen te stappen.

Creatieve en innovatieve ideeën om klanten te bereiken en te overtuigen.
